Great attitude from the staff, went looking for a pair of shoes in another location of this store and nobody noticed me, then I found some shoes and they told me that the price on the label was incorrect. In this store someone approached to us from the beginning, new exactly what kind of shoes I needed for my overpronated pace and new the advantages and disadvantages of the product. I'll definitely will be returning for my next purchase.

Did not want to exchange the sweats my wife bought me for Christmas for smaller size because someone called to hold them and didn’t even purchase them but my wife had already done the purchase I can’t believe the lack of customer service especially me letting him know I went to 3 different locations just for these sweats it was time consuming and drove all around town trying to find the gift that my wife got me in a smaller size and I left with only credit of the purchase so if anyone trying to return anything don’t expect the same purchase. I’m very disappointed

Very bad attention from the lady who helped me, she was at the checkout with her cell phone. I arrived asking about some tennis shoes that I ordered at another branch, I gave him the ticket, he took it and left, he didn't even tell me wait a moment, then he came back and brought me the tennis shoes, he attended me without enthusiasm. It wasn't to tell me, hello, how can I help you, it was a pleasure serving you, etc... Is that the service that distinguishes you? She was a good-looking girl, black hair, short and thin stature. I hope that if innovasport takes this into account and puts order with its workers, it will serve as feedback for its workers.

None of the times I visited this branch have they attended to me. All the workers are gathered at the box talking and laughing. I was intending to buy a pair of tennis shoes but I preferred to go to Livepool for them due to the lack of service. They also don't have enough product.

Terrible treatment from one of the cashiers, I went to make a return for this, obviously, I lined up, he asked me for an absurd requirement to change it, after telling him, I will give you a ticket with a label, that is what is required for a return, he makes his eyes upside down and says go get your change, I come back with the change, he gives me the return ticket and returns me to stand in a long line for the 2nd time 🙄

I'M AWFUL ABOUT THE CREDIT FOR THE APP FOR EVERYTHING YOU HAVE TO GO TO THE STORE WHEN I TOOK IT OUT I TOLD THEM THAT I COULD NOT BE GOING TO PAY OR ANYTHING AND IT TURNS OUT THAT THE APP IS MISSING THE PHONE SERVICE IS ALSO FATAL GOOD TO GO AND PAY BUT THAT'S IT SUPER RETROGRADE CREDIT

Very nice clothes, the problem I had with the clothes I bought is that they shrunk and then a gift I gave to my husband and my son, the shirts had a very strange sulfur-like smell and I couldn't get it off with anything.
