Did not want to exchange the sweats my wife bought me for Christmas for smaller size because someone called to hold them and didn’t even purchase them but my wife had already done the purchase I can’t believe the lack of customer service especially me letting him know I went to 3 different locations just for these sweats it was time consuming and drove all around town trying to find the gift that my wife got me in a smaller size and I left with only credit of the purchase so if anyone trying to return anything don’t expect the same purchase. I’m very disappointed

Very bad attention from the lady who helped me, she was at the checkout with her cell phone. I arrived asking about some tennis shoes that I ordered at another branch, I gave him the ticket, he took it and left, he didn't even tell me wait a moment, then he came back and brought me the tennis shoes, he attended me without enthusiasm. It wasn't to tell me, hello, how can I help you, it was a pleasure serving you, etc... Is that the service that distinguishes you? She was a good-looking girl, black hair, short and thin stature. I hope that if innovasport takes this into account and puts order with its workers, it will serve as feedback for its workers.

None of the times I visited this branch have they attended to me. All the workers are gathered at the box talking and laughing. I was intending to buy a pair of tennis shoes but I preferred to go to Livepool for them due to the lack of service. They also don't have enough product.
