Sad!!!!! My friend brought her puppy in the other day and was not told a thing today I bring my esa!!!! In  And I got kicked out of the store not too mention my dog was in a buggy not bothering a soul agine a esa!!! On papersss but all beacuse he didn’t have a leash or his vest on he was kicked out by Mrs.betty jo ….Why would Walmart have animal products if you don’t want animals in the store  🤌🏻🤬 although nobody else said anything…… WE WAS LOOKING FOR A NEW COLAR BTW!!!!! After I’ve done walked the store for about a hour …. Petty Betty 🫣

This is a great location. Seems like everyone working and shopping here are cool down to earth folks who don't mind saying a friendly hi. Its further for me over other walmarts but this one has a certain chill feel

Good only issue their foods expires very fast.  Don't over shop if your just needing certain things. Food wise just buy what you intend to cook right away....

I'm leaving this review in regards to the curbside pick up. If you use this service, do yourself a favor and leave any meats,produce and breading off your list. Otherwise you'll receive the worst of the worst even rotted or molded items. So if you're capable to get these items yourself do so.

The 2 is purely regarding delivery. I'll upgrade the score if delivery improves. Delivery is such a nice option for my elderly in-law and I'm carrying a baby and my man's back is out of order, so delivery is wonderful when things go right.

1. One time, our order was delivered across the street. Thank GOODNESS we noticed before the neighbors brought the items in.

2. There were a few times when items were substituted without our permission. Some things we'd rather not have at all than a substitute.

3. We had to call and ask about a missing bottle of booze; they said they didn't know who it belonged to. A simple review of our order is all that had to be done to check so that was disappointing.

Actually going in and buying things is 5 stars.

Worse company I've ever had to deal with on several occasions. Nothing ever goes smoothly & seems like customer service just doesn't care about there clients. I have to take medication for anxiety to be able to deal with these people! As big as this company is it shouldn't have this many problems.

Love this store soooooo much!! It's like our second home. You can always find what you need there.

I don't normally like going to Walmart but I went very early the other day for some cupcakes for my nephew and sons Halloween parties. It was quiet and I was able to get in and out without having anxiety issues.

Great store with nice variety of merchandise. However we were very surprised & displeased with the amount of grocery carts all around the parking lot. Do you not have workers collect them? We were there 3 days in a row and each day was the same. We had to move carts out of the way to park in a spot.

Staff is very helpful. Didn't like that they were out of some of the things I wanted but that's the way things go these days. One didn't know what I was talking about when I asked him where the malt was located. I laughed a lot

I wish I could give this poorly ran establishment a negative ⭐️these people are the absolute worst. I’ve been waiting in pickup for an hour. I literally had to get out my car and walk in to speak with a manager. I absolutely understand why people shop at target…this Walmart is a hell hole an should be shut down…I hope the powers that be read this…you really need to do better…a Aldi is opening and I hope they close this Walmart down…I can assure you I will absolutely be shopping there..DO NOT EVER GO TO PICKUP…THEY ARE LAZY IDIOTS..NO CAP…NEVER HAVE I EVER EXPERIENCED THIS LEVEL OF UNPROFESSIONAL STUPIDITY

These SCAN&GO needs to gone. It’s not worth having because when there’s something wrong or what not, no one is there to assist the customers. We have to raise our hand and all, so they can see us…ROUSE’S doesn’t have SCAN&GO. Almost all of their cashier counters are open because they hire employees and give them good pay. And the pic below 👇🏼 is what I saw when I was in the restroom at the Manhattan Blvd Walmart. That’s filthy dirty…clean it up!

One of the LESS crowded Walmart’s, in my opinion. Associates are always pleasant and helpful. Shelves are mostly stocked and the temp is appropriately set!

Horrible customer service. Asked for some help at the electronic department and was never helped. Waited for over 30 minutes and I asked for help several times. Store ended up closing and I was asked to leave. Really needed some toner for our printers but washed to come back the next day since the store was closed. I tried to explain my situation and they said there was nothing they could do because it was past closing time.

Perform my grocery shopping online then pick up on following day. Store representatives prompt and courteous with busy amount of shoppers. Have to gives at a boy to all the representatives busy at work.

It's 2 young men that pull carts. AARON AND ANGEL. they are great young men and did a great job helping  me today.. super service they need to be recognized 👏🏿 🙌🏿

Conveniently close, open long hours EVERYDAY is great !!One serious problem is the constant Out of Stock issues at this store (maybe due to high theft?).  The Fairly friendly staff, also can be very honest like when I left my iPhone on a product shelf and on another occasion my iPad in the cookies area. Both were turned into Customer Service, the phone held by a great employee in the jewelry Dept. She and her friend were looking for me the night i misplaced it. Great Service Ladies! Go Walmart!

My biggest problem with this location is people are CONSTANTLY parking in the assigned pickup service spots to go into the store to shop!!!  It's ridiculous that this is not monitored and will only get worse during the holidays.  People are aweful and just simply don't care.  All those spots are clearly marked.  If you're not going to use the pickup service then leave the parking spots for the people that do.

They were out of a lot of items, and checking out was a nightmare. It took me longer to checkout than it did for me to go around the store to get my groceries. At checkout the cashier ran out of ones, and went to customer service to get some more. He had taken money to buy ones but instead they give him a new till. Since he had already rang up someone's groceries and owed her money that was going to make the tools wrong, so we just told him to take a 5 one-dollar bills out of the new till and replace it with a $5 bill out of the old one so he was able to give her change. When he tried to check out the next customer whatever the managers had done caused the scanner not to work so we had to wait for a manager to come back and fix that. They just need to get it together at Walmart because they're not doing Justice to the customers.

I came today to pick up an online order. I waited in my car for over 1 hour. I can accept that, evidently there were lots of orders, there were many cars waiting. What is unacceptable is that some people skipped the line, they just showed up in their cars, parked wherever they want to and the walmart staff brings out their stuff bypassing the cars who are in line. To make things worse this people park wherever they want, blocking the exit of cars parked in the designated/numbered spots. Which makes things even slower. The only explanation is that the staff at this store has a system where you can pay under the table to skip the lines and get your stuff delivered quickier. I tried to complain about this in the store. No one cared, they were too busy collecting the bribes and bringing out stuff for the people skipping the lines.

Employees are so rude and I just had a horrible experience. Price matching is one of the reasons I love Target, and they immediately denied it. They spoke to me in a condescending tone, I love target but I would 10000000% rather do self checkout or never go to that store again. I left the store feeling horrible bc of how I was treated.

Nice Place All Employees Very Respectful Polite,Kind and Knowledgeable about their Jobs.Busy Time of Year and All Employees had Smiles on There Faces.Experience was A Good One.Will go back.

Mark helped me find a present for my little cousin & asked about my day. Then I didn’t get her name but a young girl cashier was so nice and helpful with the app.

First time in a target store, the store was clean the works are nice I'll be going back.

Great store with tons of merchandise. We went for some birthday gifts but found they had a few different bags of frozen veggies for .95 and .99 cents.

It was so busy being a week before Christmas. The customers were very nice trying to maneuver between one another and all of the displays. Unfortunately, the lack of open registers to check out was minimal, so the lines were very long.

Great store I shop here a lot for groceries one thing I don’t like is when you do a pickup or delivery order there’s always a item out of stock but when you go in the store the item is there . Overall I would recommend getting groceries from and I like the great value items like the tater tots , organic milk , ice cream sandwiches, and the vanilla extract. Not a fan of the great value water or cheese because I have to eat organic cheese and Kraft has a better selection. Also a great school supplies store and Christmas shopping place I always get gifts from here .

The employees work so hard and they seem very under staffed. The checkouts have long lines. Most of the employees were wonderful but they seem like they need more help.

I shop very early (6-7am) but I still like to have help checking out. The Gulfport Walmart store has a lot more items than others but they don't have checkers open that early. I don't like buying much there for that reason. It takes me twice as long to get through the checkout. I prefer Pass Christian, they have at least one checker open early.

Give your employees help. Christmas season and you have customers standing for a half hour to get a charging cable that's locked behind a glass door.

Give them help. Imagine all the other shopping I could do if I could get a charging cable.

Melissa & bakery was absolutely the best with selections. Even took the time to explain the difference between moose and cheesecake to me. You guys have really great employees. I had the opportunity to watch Jenny interact with a few customers she is out of the electronic DPS department. She was absolutely kind and patient. Very knowledgeable. Desi in the garden department is so sweet and kind she was able to explain a lot of things to me and treated me with absolute kindness even though I'm in a wheelchair. I really appreciate the staff

They do carry one type of horse feed that I needed in a pinch late at night.

I just don't bring my horses TO Walmart and slap a "service horse" blanket over their backs. This lady brings her pony into my girlfriend's work too - a grocery store. She said they don't let any of the employees say anything to her and when it defecates and urinates on the floor she doesn't even pick it up and leaves it for the employees.

It's Walmart. You walk out hand carrying anything, they look at you like you just robbed their safe.

Do they realize that they have a receipt-less option on their self checkout outs? What then? I only get the receipt to show the door guard.

Also, get s chip reader ffs.

Wow. You guys stiff a tip on a $2000 +  food order from Olive Garden?!!!!! I am pretty sure the person who worked on that order for many hours worked ten times harder than any Walmart employee who stands around playing on their smartphone . Terrible attitude, terrible service.

Total incompetence in their auto service center. I made an appointment to get 4 new tires installed. They had the make, model and year of my vehicle, as well as the brand and model of tire, purchased from Walmart. I checked on the status after an hour, and the vehicle was still on the lift with the wheels off. After 2 hours, I checked again. They informed me that they forgot that their compressor does not have enough pressure to seat the bead on truck tires. After waiting for 2.5 hours after I dropped the truck off, I left with no new tires. Unbelievable.

I usually don’t do reviews on places like this because I felt all of them were about the same.. until I came to this location. I’ve been to Walmart locations all over the country and this is by far the cleanest, nicest location I’ve ever been to. Plus you really can’t beat the view driving to or coming out of the store, but that’s just a bonus. Very organized and clean with friendly employees.

I was looking for gluten free section and I asked 3 employees. The first one  pointed me to someone else. She replied that when she was hired, they did not show  her the store around... The third one told me their might be one but he did not honestly know.
I think it is an easy  thing to let your staff know.  Specially when you have it!  I found my bread through  the whole bunch of normal one. After losing 25 minutes .

My husband and I love the Pass Christian Walmart location very much. Always well stocked and the cashiers are very courteous and friendly, everyone of them. So happy in in gaged in conversation. Unlike the Walmart one a mile from my house. A few of them are not happy to see the customers even Managment team no bother to greet people. If we try to greet them no one grunt. They rather have employees gather food for curbside customers and they have to fight for the items attitudes. So congested no room for my wheelchair to get around. Thank you team Walmart of Pass Christian !!!! You guys make it worth the drive to get to!!!🥰😍we went 10 miles out of the way just to get to our favorite Walmart for our grocery. The restroom was so nice and clean. The isles are wild and I was comfortable getting around in my wheelchair. Thank you Walmart team in The Pass Christian store 🙏🏻🙏🏻🙏🏻

The cashiers here are some of the rudest people I have ever encountered. Everytime I have been at this location it’s the same thing.  They either can’t handle having children in their store or they can’t handle having mixed children in their store.  Either way they need some education on service with a smile.

The guy who helps you with your pick up was super sweet n helpful! It was my first time doing the curbside and I didn't know where to go. But he wasn't rude about it and showed me exactly where n what to do.  I will definitely use that service again at that store!

About what you'd expect from a Walmart. Decent prices and selection. During the Covid 19 peak I got used to the online shopping and curbside pickup and have mainly not gone back. The software is pretty easy to use and the associates at the curbside pickup have universally been friendly and efficient.

I don't usually have a problem finding things in the store, tho they move things around a lot. Mostly the associates are very helpful. I love that the store provides free pick up, very convenient , no complaints. Some stock takes long to replenish like pet supplies.On the whole I am happy with them.

Love the store and all the staff. I have been going to this store a long time. There have been some newer staff that don’t seem so friendly. You walk in the store and the front end staff look so sad and bummed out. If your staff is down it brings the mood of the store down.  The front end employees are so helpful and nice. Lead Lisa is so nice and lynelle sorry if misspelled are awesome. Lead Michelle I have witnessed being really snappy to staff and even customers. I was in the store for 20 min waiting for a manager and they said she is in and out of breaks so I just left the item and went about my day. I am in this store almost daily and everyone but 2 people I have encountered are amazing. Please the rest of you keep up the good work. And the others remember to not be mean to your employees because when they are down the customers see it and feel the vibe. Have a great day just wanted to make the store aware.

Overun with snow birds who clean our shelves off by lunchtime of some of our favorite prodocts, and have no real geographfical or emotinal attachment to Arizona, and clog up Apache trail blvd. in their vehicles. Californians here are not a plus either. The in store personal are pretty good after all said and done.

Thank you for allowing a safe area for truckers to rest. I was able to get my shopping done and be down for my 10 hours. So very convenient.  God bless you.

They do a good job on keeping the store clean. They could use some improvements in the parking lot and some new carts though.

This Walmart is horrible! Shelves barely stocked! Rude employees! Rude general manager name David! Horrible to their employees, accusing them of stealing when they're not because everything in the buggy is on the receipt and a lawyer will be called!!! DON'T SHOP HERE!!!

My experience with Thomas at curbside pickup was hands down the best I’ve had. He was so friendly, quick but not rushed, and very attentive. 5 stars for you, Thomas! Keep up the great work.

If I could give negative stars I would . You start shopping and the shelves are half empty . If you ask for help the staff has no clue where to find the items nor care to try to find a way to help you. It's like you are troubling them to stop the personal calls or text they always seem to be on . You tell the managers and they seem just as annoyed bc you asked them to look into it . We might as well stock the shelves, check ourselves out, and don't get me started on the conditions of the restrooms. Customer service has definitely gone out the window in 2023 . This is what happens when there is no alternative to shopping. I personally can't wait for Publix to open up in Alexander City. I just hope they can find people who want to work. The ones at Wal Mart act like we made them take the job.
