Conveniently close, open long hours EVERYDAY is great !!One serious problem is the constant Out of Stock issues at this store (maybe due to high theft?). The Fairly friendly staff, also can be very honest like when I left my iPhone on a product shelf and on another occasion my iPad in the cookies area. Both were turned into Customer Service, the phone held by a great employee in the jewelry Dept. She and her friend were looking for me the night i misplaced it. Great Service Ladies! Go Walmart!
My biggest problem with this location is people are CONSTANTLY parking in the assigned pickup service spots to go into the store to shop!!! It's ridiculous that this is not monitored and will only get worse during the holidays. People are aweful and just simply don't care. All those spots are clearly marked. If you're not going to use the pickup service then leave the parking spots for the people that do.
They were out of a lot of items, and checking out was a nightmare. It took me longer to checkout than it did for me to go around the store to get my groceries. At checkout the cashier ran out of ones, and went to customer service to get some more. He had taken money to buy ones but instead they give him a new till. Since he had already rang up someone's groceries and owed her money that was going to make the tools wrong, so we just told him to take a 5 one-dollar bills out of the new till and replace it with a $5 bill out of the old one so he was able to give her change. When he tried to check out the next customer whatever the managers had done caused the scanner not to work so we had to wait for a manager to come back and fix that. They just need to get it together at Walmart because they're not doing Justice to the customers.
I came today to pick up an online order. I waited in my car for over 1 hour. I can accept that, evidently there were lots of orders, there were many cars waiting. What is unacceptable is that some people skipped the line, they just showed up in their cars, parked wherever they want to and the walmart staff brings out their stuff bypassing the cars who are in line. To make things worse this people park wherever they want, blocking the exit of cars parked in the designated/numbered spots. Which makes things even slower. The only explanation is that the staff at this store has a system where you can pay under the table to skip the lines and get your stuff delivered quickier. I tried to complain about this in the store. No one cared, they were too busy collecting the bribes and bringing out stuff for the people skipping the lines.
