Walmart Supercenter

It's still a one star place to shop. After months ago, security tried to accuse me of stealing. After showing my receipt to the manager and file a complaint. The security was allowed to retaliate. I followed out the store and belittled all the way out out. I called the ethics line for walmart, and all though I've never seen the manager since the security guard. From Metro lose prevention still gives me dirty looks.

Can't give a good review by that each time I go in I'm having to check myself out. It's difficult when you are in an age range where aches and pains are getting next to you. But on a good note all the floor employees are very nice and courteous and helpful when you need assistance in finding merchandise. That's a plus. Hopefully the owners of Walmart realize that full-time cashier's are needed and necessary and the general public needs jobs.

Really impressed on the cleanliness of this Walmart. Had everything we needed and we saved quite a bit of money. I did notice some items are really highly priced such as red baron frozen pizza is $9.99+ yikes. Drive down to the Hayden mercantile grab a freshly made ready to bake for $14+

Everything is locked up. Always out of stock of many items. There are two other Walmart’s that are close to the unser location that are a lot better. Always stocked not as many items locked up. Shaving creme seriously!  Why lock this up.

The self checkout never works properly. The clerk told me "there's a cashier if you don't like it" , the line for the 1 cashier was ridiculous .one cashier isn't enough. Since you have to stand over people, you should get rid of the self checkouts

Journeys

The manager was very friendly. He was so helpful he checked multiple times if they had shoes in my size, and found some amazing shoes for me in my size! Fantastic place would definitely recommend!

Made an order and was incorrectly entered into their system. The customer service online is extremely inefficient.

Awesome staff; very helpful and genuine. I use to manage with journeys; glad to see they are in good hands. As well as very helpful with any concerns I had. I hope this crew gets recognized

Went it yesterday around noon and had the worst customer service I have never felt so uncomfortable or disrespected in a store. I walked around the mall searching for converse shoes at a great price and walked into Journeys, the lady with short blondish hair didn't  seem to want to make the sale and it looked as if she was disgusted that I was trying on the shoes, she sat on the register counter and started at me the entire time I was in there so I left with out making a purchase. I went across to journeys for kids and purchased two great pairs which I would have bought at this store if I hadn't
Been treated this way NEVER RETURNING!

Went in 6/17 to exchange a pair of shoes. I had no issues and was fast. The girl that helped me was very sweet. Thank you for your kindness pretty rare nowadays. 😊

Love the staff here at this location, they are very helpful and they go out of their way to make recommendations. I was really impressed with the overall selection and great prices! They were having a sale at the time of my visit, so of course I took advantage and purchased a few pairs of jeans and some really cute tops to go with them. When the weather turns cooler, I will be back for some sweaters, you can't go wrong with the styles offered. I got a lot for my money and really felt good when I walked out of the store.

Didn't  like the much colorful design tops. Need better selections.

Carmen is very friendly and helpful as the other young ladies that work here; she made me feel like a concern of mine was as of her own. I will continue to come to this store instead of Coronado Mall:)

Love love love shopping here! The girls are always so helpful and are pretty good at helping pick stuff that's close to your style. They're also great for picking something totally out of your comfort zone. Will be going back!

Firstly, I really want to thanks the associate Kris and the other gal that helped me out. They understood that I couldn’t get the 75 dollar jeans do to money constrictions but didn’t give up on me. The other gal had asked what size I was needing and even what styles I preferred. After we grabbed a few she started a fitting room for me while I was still looking. And then when you thought it couldn’t get any better Kris came in and started suggesting jeans and bringing them to my fitting room. The best part was that she kept coming back to ask how they fit and would suggest another pair when they didn’t work out. Which I understand as a sales associate myself that we want to make the sale and take the guest to the fitting room, but I could tell she cared when she kept coming back to see how I was doing. Oh, when I thought I was set on a pair of xl leggings she let me in on insight about how they stretch out quite a bit and I should try the L. They were tighter but she assured me if they fit now they’ll stretch in 30 mins to a hour. Lol. SHE EVEN GAVE ME A TIME RANGE OF WHEN THEY STRETCH MORE!!!!!😃 Let’s make the long story short, she got the sale!😎😎 I’ll surely come back if she continues to work here.🤩

5 Star ⭐ ⭐ ⭐ ⭐ ⭐ Employees: Connor and Keith!!! Working customer service at any Mall is A Death Sentence, I don't care if I'm disrespected nor do I expect perfect customer service, it's more like herding cattle, just feed us and move on. My experience with the employees: "Connor and Keith" at the Cottonwood and Coronado Mall are Always 5-Stars and is the reason I'm going there to shop back to back for more more and more! I really hope a upper management reads this and takes it into consideration, it's a damn shame when they don't take time to thank great Employees!

Only champs store I go to. The staff is always helpful. The manager now ducks out when he sees me coming after I had a few conversations about employment for my son. I thought it was good conversation and he's always looked out for us so I don't know. I just talk with other staff and no longer bother him. I think he's a good dude tho no hard feelings at all. The store always has a good vibe plenty of employees to help customers always good stock and sale items. Best champs in ABQ

Everytime I come to this store the employees stand around talking amongst eachother staring at shoppers, given, they ask if help is needed but SERIOUSLY keep busy or something it's awkward knowing 3 employees are behind me watching me.

Dillard's

I had a wonderful experience picking out a simple Calvin Klein blazer and a Liverpool white button-down shirt. All of the sales floor associates were very helpful. I had the lovely Lisette help me search for what I needed. She was very kind and attentive - and not pushy at all. She allowed me to look at my own pace without making me feel like I was pressured to buy anything. These associates take special care of their customers. I will be coming back here in the future for business wear.

I have been shopping at Dillard's since I was a kid shopping with my mom and grandparents. It's nostalgic to walk in and shop there. Yesterday was nice because I started early Christmas shopping for my family. Good sale prices and I spoiled myself a little in the process. Clean store friendly customer service.

Went with my fiancee. Met with very helpful and friendly staff as soon as we walked into the lingerie department. Looked for an elegant dress on the upper third level, the lady was busy but she was extremely helpful and knew the designer when we inaccurately described the garment we were in search of. The dress we are in search of can be ordered and shipped to the store or to home.

I had an extremely disappointing experience with both the service and the product at Dillard's. First, the service was abysmal. The staff seemed disinterested and unhelpful, leaving me to wander the store without any assistance. When I finally found the Johnston and Murphy business shoes I was interested in, the staff was unable to provide any knowledgeable advice or assistance.

To make matters worse, the Johnston and Murphy business shoes I purchased turned out to be a complete disaster. After just 30 days of wearing them, I started experiencing severe issues with my ankles and knees. It became apparent that the shoes had an incredibly strong sole that caused my feet to pronate, leading to excruciating pain. This issue escalated to the point where I had to visit the ER and see multiple medical professionals, including chiropractors and doctors, to determine the cause of the problem. Shockingly, it all traced back to the poorly designed shoes from Johnston and Murphy.

I decided to approach Dillard's with my situation, hoping they would show some level of concern and responsibility. However, their response was utterly disappointing. Despite having a receipt and facing serious health repercussions due to their product, Dillard's flat-out refused to provide any form of resolution or compensation. This experience left me deeply frustrated and disillusioned with both their service and the quality of products they support.

In light of my experience, I strongly advise against shopping at Dillard's, especially if you're considering Johnston and Murphy business shoes. The lack of care for customers' well-being and the complete disregard for product quality make it clear that there are better alternatives out there, even if it means exploring online options. This entire experience has left me thoroughly disappointed and disheartened with Dillard's as a retailer.

I walked in the other day and there’s this woman in the kids shoe department. I was their minding my own business when she said to me, “excuse me ma’am if you don’t leave I’ll have to call security on you” I was shocked and when I asked what I was doing wrong she just gave me a dirty look and said “you know what you’re doing wrong.”
I’ve never been treated like this before and I’ve been to this Dillards around four times. I’m very disappointed knowing that there are people like her who ruin other people’s fun… If you are wondering what I was doing, I was simply switching around pairs of shoes and making the place look a little bit disorganized, but not to the point that I needed to get yelled at…

Target

IPS officers Ryan and Michael hooked my little puppers with breakfast today. There's so many options to choose from and I got myself the Colgate toothbrush I wanted all night for $1. Thank you so much for always having a friendly team.

This target used to be really nice, now everything including the deodorant is locked up and it takes several minutes to have a worker come and get it out for me. I even saw the laundry detergent locked up, it's ridiculous. They only had three cashier's during the rush. Apparently they are "hiring" but seems they won't hire anyone. Would recommend the target on Coors instead.

On 10/25/2021 MARVIN worked the self check out are his patience and courtesy was refreshing.  So many selections here. I LOVE that I was able to find VEGAN KIMCHI and their  Vegan selection is growing. Clean, spacious NO military discount here.

I have always loved Target but this place is dirty and is not as well kept as it used to be. No customer service. We got Suszie on Isle 5 and she first stated to the customer in front saying, "people always see my hair color and think I can do alcohol" (her hair was grey) so she definitely loves her job. She takes an outstandingly long time with the customer in front. Never said hello or how are you. Told me that she couldn't lift the water to which I told her to call for assistance. Because she is going to have to call for alcohol clearance anyways. Sat there an additional 7 minutes waiting for assistance. What a joke. Number 1. Maybe take a lesson out of Walmarts book and put signs up for authorized alcohol cashiers. The people around us were amazing and the person who came to assist was very nice. But 1 star for the absolute mess of an experience we had to go through. Won't be going back.

Target tends to be more expensive than Walmart, but the shopping experience is better. They have a great selection of women's clothing and bedding. The only complaint I have is that when a customer hits the button in the beauty department, it always takes a while for an associate to come help.

SKECHERS Warehouse Outlet

We went to the outlet on holly Ave first at 8:10pm. The doors were locked and the 2 employees just walked to the back and turned off the lights. So we proceeded to the outlet on  Louisiana and there doors were also locked at 8:25pm. Bad for business. Guess we will go somewhere else and buy shoes. 😡

I’m only posting this review to let our customers know ( I’m a supervisor at this location ) we are open from 10am-8pm Monday thru Saturday and Sunday is 11am-7pm . We cannot change google hours ( we changed them once and they reverted the changes back to 9pm closing ) it’s not us we are sorry for turning customers away after 8 but it’s Google and yelps fault for not adhering to our current hours . Thank you

Workers are great but the security kept following me and my boyfriend around even tho we didn’t do anything just trying to find better gym shoes I guess because we kept walking around looking at everything why waste money on something you don’t like you know .got to make sure I really liked them lol

I have seen tv commercials so I went to Skechers to try the slip on shoe. Sure enough they were very comfortable. So I bought 2 pairs.

Visited Sketchers Store today, very large selection of shoes.  Good prices.  I would recommend  shopping here if your looking for Skechers shoes.  Cashier was very nice.

I want to thank Ben for his assistance. The day before Christmas Eve we were searching for dinning trays. We were able to find 2 Ben came to our rescue and found 5 more! Thank you for taking the time to help look for the other trays on one of the busiest days  of the year. The store was super busy and chaotic Thank you!!!

I don't usually shop at the Target store but this was a really clean store, very well organized and it has a CVS Pharmacy inside it, where I got my Cobra booster. Very convenient

So many items are now under lock and key (body wash? Really?) My wife and I saved over $100 at this store as no employees showed to unlock the cases we needed. Worst Target experience ever! They will lose more money on lost sales than what they are attempting to salvage in security  plus, the presentation! I felt unwelcome and "criminalistic" in this environment! You've lost a customer for life!

Love Target!!  I can wander around this store for a long time. I see Target as an upgraded Walmart.  I love the clothes selections and the work out clothes section too.  The JoyLab sweatpants are great!  I also found some deals in the clearance section this time. I found some great gluten free options too in the food section. I'm looking forward to have a GF brownie in a cup later tonight. 😋 please note... do not try to kick the big red ball outside of Target... those are concrete and I've seen many people injure a foot trying to kick it.  😳  If you read this please  click "like"... it helps my feelings. I believe that I may have discovered a new shopping establishment. Found everything I was in search of.  When I entered the store there was a line for miles at checkout  with 2 registers open.  Numerous of self checkout.  When I came up front to checkout there were about 5 registers open,( manned by humans) and the crowd was gone. Good job 👏 on management in controlling the front. I know of other stores where they would not have addressed this issue.  Target may be a little more on the expensive side but well worth it.

I bought a TV and required the curb side pick up. As soon as I call two fellas named Jace and Malcolm came out right away. Malcolm help me strap the TV in the bed of truck and was very helpful. Thank you guys

We stopped under a time restraint because we were on a tour bus. We quickly assembled our items and had one hour for lunch. When we went to register 2 the young man instructioned us to go to the next register, which was not fast due to large grocery items, I then ate my lunch outside trying to hurry back to the bus. That guy was not a team player.

I was at the eye doctor there and had the best experience with the eye doctor ever in my life. I have been to most the eye doctors in sheridan and Joseph was so personal it was cool

Lines are a little long but move quickly. The store is organized, and everything is labeled. It's not a bad place to do your everyday shopping.

There was a lady employee in the auto care center I didn’t ask her name but she had 2 braids brown hair, it was today 12/22/2023 at about 3:30pm & she was such a sweetheart. She went out of her way to help me & I really do appreciate it. Also she walked right up to me because I was going in circles trying to figure it out & she approached me with a beautiful smile & she has AMAZING customer service skills! Meanwhile other employees ignored me

This is a big walmart..nice to do our grocery bcoz they have more produce that we can choose. All meat is available here.

Had a appointment for the Auto Center for 4:00pm to have 4 new tires installed. I showed up at 3:30pm. By the time I was done being checked in it was 3:50pm The gentleman that checked me in said give us an 1 hour to an 1 hour and 15 minutes I sat in the waiting room and at 4:01pm I received a text saying that they started service on my vehicle. I did not receive my vehicle back until 6:30pm 2 and a half hours later. No explanation on why it took so long and no apologies. The gentleman I saw working on my vehicle would work on it for about 10 minutes and then walk away and I wouldn't see him again for another 10 to 15 minutes at times. When I did see him again on one occasion i saw him throwing stuff at fellow employees he also would walk inside and talk to the lady at the register pretty much about nothing. I didn't see him work on any other vehicle other than mine. I know some places are short staffed and busy but he wasn't busy and they weren't short-staffed at least on that day. I will never go back.

I dislike Walmart because it appears they have forgotten who made them. The customer and happy employees. I emphasize,  "happy", there are some helpful happy people, but not many. The ability to talk to store manager, nor file a complaint with the Better Business Bureau is not possible.  Your disabled parking is not adequate, you don't have enough clerks in the aisles to help the customer. Your placement of goods are moved too often. Your security does nothing to protect your customer.

Best not to go in, but if you have to be very vigilant and aware of your surroundings. They need way more security, like they need their own police force in and outside of the place.

Forget leaving your valuables in the car, just don't bring a car period. There are people scouting the place nonstop.
