The manager was very friendly. He was so helpful he checked multiple times if they had shoes in my size, and found some amazing shoes for me in my size! Fantastic place would definitely recommend!

Made an order and was incorrectly entered into their system. The customer service online is extremely inefficient.

Awesome staff; very helpful and genuine. I use to manage with journeys; glad to see they are in good hands. As well as very helpful with any concerns I had. I hope this crew gets recognized This was the shift that was on for 04-23 at about 4:00 pm

Went it yesterday around noon and had the worst customer service I have never felt so uncomfortable or disrespected in a store. I walked around the mall searching for converse shoes at a great price and walked into Journeys, the lady with short blondish hair didn't seem to want to make the sale and it looked as if she was disgusted that I was trying on the shoes, she sat on the register counter and started at me the entire time I was in there so I left with out making a purchase. I went across to journeys for kids and purchased two great pairs which I would have bought at this store if I hadn't Been treated this way NEVER RETURNING!

Went in 6/17 to exchange a pair of shoes. I had no issues and was fast. The girl that helped me was very sweet. Thank you for your kindness pretty rare nowadays. 😊
