Although it took a year to get my Genesis GV70 repaired, it was a very satisfactory experience working with Steve. He was willing to take my car even though he knew he couldn’t get to it for several months. Then he had difficulty getting the right parts, but that wasn’t his fault. After he could tell it was going to take longer than anticipated, Steve gave me a loaner to keep until my car was finished. I appreciated that so much—definitely going above and beyond. My car looks great and since I’d only had it for 2 months when the accident occurred, it smells and looks like a brand new car! I would highly recommend Chatfield Auto Body.

Steve and his team did fantastic on my truck. I made a mistake and a pole ruined my truck, and Steve made it like new again. It did take three months because of the supply chain issues and lack of available parts, but I followed up with him weekly to see where things were at. I appreciated him telling me how things were moving along and what was happening so that I wasn’t in the dark. He called yesterday and told me it was ready, and it looks fabulous! It runs great, and everything looks better than new! I even had a little quarter size dent in the tailgate, and he fixed that at no cost! That was so incredibly kind! I highly recommend Steve and Chatfield automotive.

Best auto body shop around if I could more than 5 stars I would , huge thanks to Steve and his crew for a job well done on my bronco it looks better than new!

The whole group at Chatfield are absolutely amazing. Car originally went in for front end damage and the Chatfield team helped me transform my Hellcat into this...On top of fixing the damage and bringing the car to back to perfection. They transformed it with changing the hood to matte black and added the diffuser, wicker bill, and splitter. Came out amazing!

Heath did an unbelievably good job fixing a bad dent that had a crease through the body line without re-painting. You can't tell it ever happened, truly impressive work! Thank you so much Heath! The customer service from everyone at the shop was also excellent!

Big O Tires

Thanks for helping out today. I evidently ran over a blade on a job site and flattened the tire on my Mustang. The employees at Big O were super helpful and fixed my car in less than an hour of dropping it off. See the before and after. Tires look great!

I got to the shop at 6:30AM to be the first person.  Bill was kind to let me in at 6:50 even though they open at 7AM. Bill then took my car early. Bill did not try to sell me anything more then I needed, which was removing a nail & screw in my tire. Other shops quoted me having to buy all new tires. The other shops said they could not fix my tire. It was great working with Bill.

The Longmont, CO Big O Tires is the only place that I feel valued, informed and that I have total trust for my cars needs. They always take care of me and have phenomenal communication and customer service. Bill really takes his time to make sure the job is done right and any other communications for clarity and quality.

I talked with Bill at Big O on Main in Longmont, CO to see if they could align my Mercedes tires purchased in NM over Labor Day at a store that did not have the equipment needed. He said yes and it was early enough that they were not too busy to take care of my request and to come on in. Great service, completed quickly.  Bill is an excellent representative for Big O. I truly appreciate their service.

Best place for all my auto needs. Staff is always so friendly and helpful. Bill always greets with a smile. Brian and Micheal are top notch mechanics that keep my ride running smooth!

Crash Champions Collision Repair

All the folks I worked with at Crash Champions were professional, courteous, accurate in their assessment of the repairs needed and approximate turnaround time. I appreciated them working with my insurance provider. I also appreciated receiving regular texts updating me on the status of my vehicle's repair work. I was especially happy that the vehicle was ready one day ahead of schedule. I would use Crash Champions again and would refer my friends to them as well.

These people are the best. Even before choosing them as the shop I webt with, they walked me through the insurance process and what to do about my specific situation. They were empathetic and informative. My new car got a bad door ding and they were able to fix that and polished other scratches in the car! Awesome people who work the front desk as well. Shout out to Robin for her helpfulness and kindness throughout the process. Super grateful for the crash champion team on Lincoln!

If you have the option to take your vehicle to another place, do it.I have never been more frustrated by an auto body repair shop. After telling me my vehicle would be done in 4 weeks, I'm going on week six without my vehicle. They keep telling me it will be done by a specific day, only to find out that it is still not ready. Today for instance, I  was told my vehicle would be done by the end of business. I showed up to pick it up and found it sitting outside with no front or back windows, bumpers are off,hood is off. Basically my vehicle is still not done and I don't know when it will be ready. Horrible, horrible customer service.was lied to on numerous occasions. Even the manager Bryan tried to smooth things over but he just basically told me what I wanted to hear.Will never bring another vehicle to crash champions again.

I took my car in for PDR, Kaiden at the front desk was lovely and kept in direct contact with me! The hail damage was minor but they fixed it with no issues and made it good as new! When they were pulling some of the dents some clear coat had failed from a previous shops work, Fred the painter blended it and you could never tell that it had been repainted! I recommend this business to anyone looking for a reliable and trustworthy shop!

This shop replaced my drivers door, my outer door handle, inner door mechanism, my front fender, my drivers side headlight, and my hood. The paint color was matched perfectly.  Hood works as it should, door works as it should after one minor adjustment.

NOVUS Glass of Ft. Collins

They did a great job replacing my window! Really great customer service. I got a quote and within two days I already had it replaced. They have a nice waiting area you can sit in while you wait. I work from home so it was great to be able to hang out and work while they finish. Took the exact time they quoted too. Windshield looks great and no issues at all. Overall a really good experience and would recommend them to anyone looking to get their windshield replaced!

I had a crack in my windshield and Logan & Nate did an amazing job! I had previously gone through Safelite, and I will not be using them in the future. Novus glass did extremely clean and beautiful craftsmanship. All I could think about was how bad my previous windshield looked before.

Thank you again Logan and Nate for explaining the process, and treating my car like it was meant for a showroom! Awesome job guys! They were extremely professional! A delightful experience through and through. The quote was quick and easy. Turnaround time was super fast. The customer service was very pleasant! I have gone to a few other places in Fort Collins to change my windshield before and this place is by far the most pleasant! They even threw in new wiper blades free of charge because, "they didn't want me scratching my pretty new windshield!" If I could give them more than 5 stars I would. Highly, highly recommend!

Great experience with the customer service, scheduling, and repair. The manager ensured I had a high quality windshield replacement and the work done was better than satisfactory. The time to repair was rather quick and I was able to work from my laptop in their waiting area using their wifi, tables, and chairs. Many thanks for taking care of me.

After being told by two different glass shops that I’d need to take my vehicle to a body shop due to rust ($$$), the guys at Novus saved me a whole lot of money, stress and time. They got me in two days after I called, addressed the rust, and installed my new windshield in just under three hours and for less than anyone prior had quoted me for just the glass. JD and crew are professional, efficient, and they have your best interest at heart. This is a prime example of how a business should be run.

The Hail Group

They covered my rental car while we waited for insurance to decide if they would cover the estimated repair costs. Insurance decided to total the car, so I can’t speak to their repair quality, but Shiryl was very helpful while we tried to coordinate pick up of the car with my insurance company. Having them cover the rental car while waiting on insurance was a game changer and made this whole process much more manageable!

Very satisfied with the finished product. No deductible. The paint match they did on the new hood was great and staff was very helpful and curtious. Shiryl was always responsive and made sure everything  was explained to me and everything ran smoothly. Highly recommend.

Worst company to work with. They squeezed my insurance dry just to do the bare minimum work on my vehicle. Don’t listen to the 5 star reviews most of them are faked to keep their star average high. It took them 2 months to start on my vehicle when I was promised it would be done within 3 weeks at most. They make fake promises just to get you to leave your car and then completely neglect you unless you bug them about it.

After the May 9th hail storm, I casually looked at my truck that sits outside and did not really notice hail damage until a guy was in our neighborhood caught me outside and showed me some hail dents I did not even see due to the way it was parked. I made an appointment and dropped the truck off to them. They worked with me to get insurance info and worked hand in hand with my adjuster. When I went to pick it up, not only did they do an EXCELLENT job but cleaned it so I could inspect their work! I highly recommend them if you need hail damage fixed!! Big Thanks to the HAIL GROUP!!

Caitlin was professional and calming in a potentially stressful situation where we needed new tires right away! Caitlin also recommended different tires that still fit our car, and were also in stock. Got a screw in my tire over the weekend & called first thing this morning to get scheduled for an appointment. Sunny (store manager) got me in right away and my car was ready within an hour of me dropping it off. Exceptional customer service & very accommodating to my schedule. Absolutely could not have been happier with Matty at Wheat Ridge Big O. The previous day I had an appointment at Discount Tire to do my winter change over with mounted tires... After waiting 2.5 hours past my appointment time and they still hadn't got me in I left. Showed up the next day at Wheat Ridge Big O
and not only got my change over done, I gotta new set of summer tires, mounted at better price than I was quoted at Discount. All in half the time I spent waiting at Discount. Wheat Ridge Big O is my new tire store. Thanks Matty for your help and valuing my time.

Did you know that Big O Tires does all of your vehicle maintenance and not just tires? I didn’t until recently.. now I take my car there for EVERYTHING! Oil changes, new car battery, and tires of course. Anthony is always so detailed, diligent and knowledgeable! Highly recommended and would definitely ask for Anthony!

I was passing through denver and came in with a flat tire, Matty got me in and out very quickly. The teams communication and moral was top tier. They gave me a detailed list of what has been done and what my car needs. Wish i had somewhere like this back is Nebraska.

German and Anthony are truly amazing and kind! I had questions about my tires and needed a little assistance. While visiting Brandon, got a nail in our truck tire. Stopped in at Big O Tires to get it fixed. Their service was quick, courteous, and professional. Wouldn’t even charge us! My only regret is that we live too far away to become regular customers!

After spending almost 200 dollars and probably 5 1/2 hours over two days. My car is still out of alignment. Though the manager did step and try his best to take care of the situation, I won't be going back.

Big O is Ozark is great!  They are always attentive to our needs and are very quick with their service.  We have quite a few trucks and trailers in our fleet and Big O takes care of all of our regular maintenance and tire needs.  Special thanks to Jason for always taking good care of our team. 👍

My husband and I were on vacation, we were going back home, towing our boat and had a blow out on the trailer. I found Big o tires on my phone, we made it there and received the best service!! They got us all fixed and back on the road very quickly! Would definitely recommend and would go back if we need too!

Midas

I was referred there by my coworker and I'm glad she did. The Midas in Longmont was amazing! Great customer service, great work and all in decent time frame. They will definitely be my main go-to shop for my truck

This is my first time getting work done at this Midas, and it won't be my last. After years of overspending at my dealership, I figured I'd get brake work done at Midas after I saw they had a coupon for it. I was blown away. Bart, Matt, and co. were not only very friendly, but the service I received was high quality AND affordable. I've never received service this good from VW, and I was practically paying double. (Not to mention the time I waited there for 5 hours for an oil change.)
If you need work done, and are unsure about where to take your car for a good prices and service, give these guys a shot.

I was looking forward to trying Midas, they seem to have fair prices and knowledgeable staff.  I went to get my front brakes done.  Specifically said from Bart Ritcher “We are not out to gouge anybody, I personally watched two different techs torque the wheels”  I was pleased with the experience. Only 4 miles down the road (on a highway) the lug nuts and studs were BROKEN out of the wheel.  Maidas did come out to where the car broke down and followed me back to the shop to refix the car.  Without a tow having to drive it back I had to stop because the back plate was also rubbing and they would fix that as well.  This was a HUGE on their part and only offered to fix their mistake for free.  Never admitting to the mistake, just thanking for the patients.  I spent 5 hours between dropping the car off and getting it refixed my brain wasn’t in the right order to put together what actually happened **Their error was not grinding off the rust on the hub so when they put the rotor on and tightened it down, then the alignment wasn’t completely flush, which then torqued the wheel to tear it off.** The job was NOT done correctly and they took zero ownership of how detrimental the problem was and how it affects the client (based on extended time). Luckily the car isn’t damaged from driving broken back to the shop.

I went to Midas to get my rear brakes fixed and thought it was only my pads and rotors. It ended up being my caliper also. I was not happy because I just got it done last summer at the boulder Midas and spent over 1,000.00. I did not drive over 30,000 miles to wear the caliper out. The manager at the longmont Midas was very understanding and helped me out. I will always go to the longmont Midas from now on.

Super quick and easy. We were in and out in 15. Great customer service. Car runs like a dream.

Glass Doctor of Fort Collins

I live in Colorado so I've had a LOT of windshields replaced. Glass Doctor was very professional, friendly, and most importantly, quick. I've used other places that took forever to get the glass in, made mistakes and took a whole day to get the work done. Glass Doctor was done with my car in a couple of hours. I'll also add that the Subaru dealership told me they're the only shop in town that has the correct equipment to reset the Subaru eyesight system. Great work and super cordial.

We went to the Glass Doctor looking to replace our shower door. Joel at the Glass Doctor was great. We met with him at his office and in a few words he knew exactly what we wanted. He came to our home, measured and confirmed all was good to go. The installation technicians arrived and were very professional. When they were done you didn’t even know they were there except for our new doors. I would hire Glass Doctor again and will recommend them to everyone!

I had a chip in my windshield on my vehicle that they were able to patch up without an appointment. They handled my insurance for me and got everything done in about 20 minutes. Very professional, customer friendly staff!

I highly recommend Glass Doctor of Fort Collins! Julia and Lonnie are amazing. They went above and beyond to help and they were upfront and honest about what they could or couldn't do. I found them after a previous glass company wanted to charge me 2.5x more than what the tech told me for "cleaning", which was not what the tech originally told me was needed. When Lonnie from Glass Doctor came out, he told me that the tech's "solution" and "cleaning" wouldn't have even worked. Lonnie tried out a couple of things and then came up with a fix that worked and that I could even do myself. When I needed to replace some of my weather stripping, Julia found me the replacement and gave me the link so that I could order it myself. I will certainly be using them for all of my window and glass needs in the future and sharing how great they are with everyone I know!

Amazing crew of guys that were not only professional but fun to work with. They only do quality work and will be sure all measurements are perfect in order for the end product to look just right :)
