All the folks I worked with at Crash Champions were professional, courteous, accurate in their assessment of the repairs needed and approximate turnaround time. I appreciated them working with my insurance provider. I also appreciated receiving regular texts updating me on the status of my vehicle's repair work. I was especially happy that the vehicle was ready one day ahead of schedule. I would use Crash Champions again and would refer my friends to them as well.

These people are the best. Even before choosing them as the shop I webt with, they walked me through the insurance process and what to do about my specific situation. They were empathetic and informative. My new car got a bad door ding and they were able to fix that and polished other scratches in the car! Awesome people who work the front desk as well. Shout out to Robin for her helpfulness and kindness throughout the process. Super grateful for the crash champion team on Lincoln!

If you have the option to take your vehicle to another place, do it.I have never been more frustrated by an auto body repair shop. After telling me my vehicle would be done in 4 weeks, I'm going on week six without my vehicle. They keep telling me it will be done by a specific day, only to find out that it is still not ready. Today for instance, I was told my vehicle would be done by the end of business. I showed up to pick it up and found it sitting outside with no front or back windows, bumpers are off,hood is off. Basically my vehicle is still not done and I don't know when it will be ready. Horrible, horrible customer service.was lied to on numerous occasions. Even the manager Bryan tried to smooth things over but he just basically told me what I wanted to hear.Will never bring another vehicle to crash champions again.

I took my car in for PDR, Kaiden at the front desk was lovely and kept in direct contact with me! The hail damage was minor but they fixed it with no issues and made it good as new! When they were pulling some of the dents some clear coat had failed from a previous shops work, Fred the painter blended it and you could never tell that it had been repainted! I recommend this business to anyone looking for a reliable and trustworthy shop!

This shop replaced my drivers door, my outer door handle, inner door mechanism, my front fender, my drivers side headlight, and my hood. The paint color was matched perfectly. Hood works as it should, door works as it should after one minor adjustment.
