They covered my rental car while we waited for insurance to decide if they would cover the estimated repair costs. Insurance decided to total the car, so I can’t speak to their repair quality, but Shiryl was very helpful while we tried to coordinate pick up of the car with my insurance company. Having them cover the rental car while waiting on insurance was a game changer and made this whole process much more manageable!

Very satisfied with the finished product. No deductible. The paint match they did on the new hood was great and staff was very helpful and curtious. Shiryl was always responsive and made sure everything was explained to me and everything ran smoothly. Highly recommend.

Worst company to work with. They squeezed my insurance dry just to do the bare minimum work on my vehicle. Don’t listen to the 5 star reviews most of them are faked to keep their star average high. It took them 2 months to start on my vehicle when I was promised it would be done within 3 weeks at most. They make fake promises just to get you to leave your car and then completely neglect you unless you bug them about it.

After the May 9th hail storm, I casually looked at my truck that sits outside and did not really notice hail damage until a guy was in our neighborhood caught me outside and showed me some hail dents I did not even see due to the way it was parked. I made an appointment and dropped the truck off to them. They worked with me to get insurance info and worked hand in hand with my adjuster. When I went to pick it up, not only did they do an EXCELLENT job but cleaned it so I could inspect their work! I highly recommend them if you need hail damage fixed!! Big Thanks to the HAIL GROUP!!
