What can I say really? It is a Starbucks, you get what you can usually expect. Good variety of drinks and nice service.

Very modern.

A recommendation, clean more often, more outside tables full of dust... the floor is all dirty and the top of the ceiling is full of cobwebs 🕸️ I know it's Halloween but don't mess around 🤣😂 and it's not obligatory but I suggest playing music this is the most depressing Starbucks I've ever been to

The establishment is excellent to have a drink and have a pleasant time, Starbucks is always a good option, almost all of their drinks are delicious, as I always say, you pay for good and good service. ✨
My only bad comment is that the cashier/barista who serves here, a tall dark-haired man, is passive aggressive with customers, he is stubborn and if you ask him something he acts like he knows it all and makes you feel bad for not knowing something about a drink 🫗

It’s 7:30am. Why would you have a Starbucks with only one person working? Not the employees fault.

THE WORST EVER SERVICE IN MY LIFE!!! For a coffee shop. Long time waiting, they did not respect the people paying-serving turn!!!, high price paid and I have to bring everything to the table, hahahah. Last time in my life visiting starbucks. 1000 times better Timis or Caffenio. I dont know if all this brand coffee shop are like that but that one was really bad and disorganized.

Great Mexican Starbucks totally different menu and they still offer hazelnut syrup.

There is not much to offer other than its standard quality

The service is slow, although it is understandable because they also receive external orders, which is why I recommend ordering from the app, apart from that very good service. They are very attentive.

As they shout the name, but if there is a lot of noise in the corner, it is not heard well, they leave the order on the bar until it almost melts 👎 the chai tea is not good too sweet, nothing like the original flavor 🤷

Not the regular space you'd expect from the world wide chain, but it has all the basics and the prices (of course), so get there early because it's a first comes first sits jungle.

I give it 3 stars because they have promotions on display that have already expired and products that they don't have. The place does not offer comfort or privacy since it is visible to people passing through the square. It has an online billing service with your purchase receipt.

Terrible service. They gave me the wrong order and did not want to validate the return. They gave the excuse that this was how it was prepared. It's the only place that has done that (I usually order the same thing every time I go). When ordering my coffee, one employee told the other that he didn't know how to prepare it. Train your employees when hiring them.

Excellent coffee and very delicious desserts, somewhat expensive but worth it, the bad thing is that when you pay they ask you for change and well there they have me looking for the coins so that the girl wouldn't struggle but oh surprise I didn't have trash and at the end of the coffee I came out with a good change since to top it off it gave me a lot hahaha how good it was for the parking boy.

Starbucks Aeropuerto Hermosillo Ext

Been here at the Hermosillo airport since 6am Sunday. Still closed. People here working but won’t serve people. Terrible Servicos

It turns out that my flight to Tijuana could not land due to excessive fog, so they diverted us to the Hermosillo airport and the airline gave us a food voucher to be used in the restaurants inside the airport.

I decided to use it at Starbucks, to my surprise, when I wanted to scan the barcode of my application so that the purchase would be registered, the guy who helped me said that it could not be used when the purchase was with an airline voucher... Is that What does it have to do with it? The coffee will receive the money from the airline, Starbucks does not care if I pay for my own coffee or a third party does it, in the end, they will receive the money. I feel dissatisfied with the service I received.

Generalities:

- They accept credit and debit cards as an additional payment method to cash.

- Easy access for people in wheelchairs, there are no steps or elevators to climb.

-It's the only Starbucks where I've been offered guacamole for sandwiches. Point for that.

- The cafe is visibly dirty and messy.

- I didn't like the service.

The best service 100 out of 100, I have not had good experiences in Hermosillo with Starbucks but Kiki, Ronaldo and Robert made the experience great, thank you for your service, for your closeness and attention. Keep up the good work guys, it's the best branch. My super delicious caramel makiato.

Servicio estaba excelente and my drink was good too. I loved that they had a Mexico tourist mug.

Starbucks is always a good place to hang out, work and/or study! And this place is not different! Very friendly staff!
