McDonald's

Prices keep going up and they barely put any effort into making the food. They also love to skimp out on fries. Order a large fry at $5 and you'll receive a medium amount. This has happened countless times to where I've had to go in and make sure they gave me the proper portions numerous times. Never returning and hope it gets shut down soon!

Every week we order McDonald's after swimming lessons through an online order. Twice now the last 2 weeks they have forgotten a mcdouble and now this week a 10 pc chicken nugget on the order. I work hard for my money for McDonald's to just take it.. unfortunate! Do not order online as they don't make it  until you're  at the first window. Must be hard to read the order? Not sure

BEST MCDONALD’S!!! Our order is always fresh, hot, accurate. And believe you me, until this particular location the last time we went to one in another state it was so horrendous we swore to never return to any McDonald’s. It had totally turned us off. About 6 months ago (April 2023) we couldn’t say no to coming here. This place you can dine in. Which is a decision maker for fast food restaurants after COVID. It’s clean. Mouthwatering smell wafting into your nostrils. Ever notice how some people just want something to complain about? Understood that some of these negative reviews are a few years old. But not once have we had less than a stellar experience.

Place was a mess and staff could care less about their customers. We ordered out food w one other family in the dining area and we waited for well over 25 mins for 2 burgers fries and drinks.  Cleanliness is not top priority here for sure and staff are not accommodating at all.

The playground areas temperature was very hot compared to the lobby and register area. The playground tables were dirty and looked like nobody had went in to clean it for a long while. Hope they improve because I do like taking my kids to that location because of the playground.

We were pleasantly surprised w the entire experience. The front counter lady was prompt and great. They brought out our food quickly and with happiness. 😄 It was like Chick-fil-A level. Plus, the play place was great.
It was such a good experience that I told my husband I'm writing them a review.

Most profitable restaurant chain on the entire globe and they can’t give me ONE teeny tiny little honey mustard packet?? How else am I supposed to choke down these cardboard fries. Just pull a nickel out of the Ronald McDonald jar smh

Oh McDonald's how you have disappointed me yet again.  I ordered the deluxe quarter pounder with no ketchup, mustard or pickles. I got home and find out you didn't put those on my sandwich but you also didn't put on the tomatoes and lettuce either.  So I have a basic hamburger with double cheese and extra onions (which I did not ask for) and mayo.  Seriously?  C'mon now.  The next time I go to McDonald's will be a very long time from now...after I forget how bad the service is.

Guy fulfilling the happy meal order refused to allow for a boy toy. It would have taken less than a minute. Terrible location and service.

Sometimes the food not made like it supposed too like advertised and also when you tell someone that they don't want something on there burger please don't add it when a person said they don't want it .open your ears McDonald's crew please. Thank you

I waited for 20 minutes for my dine in order. Normally I wouldn't think twice about this, but this time I stayed standing and waiting for the food because there were no table markers. As I stood waited and watched the workers I noticed that there was only one person working. A young gentleman named Payton was busting his balls while the 2 individuals putting meals together were on and off their phones giggling with each other. Keep it up Payton.

Their McAfee machine was down and I didn't find out until after I had put in my online order. The lady at the counter was friendly though. She offered me an iced coffee instead. Never had an iced coffee from McDonald's before. Wasn't half bad.

Ghetto location, drive thru very slow. If you're not taking orders from a certain speaker at least put a cone so that I don't have 3 people served before me at the other one 🙃 I almost backed at and moved to the other one before I finally just had to yell out at the speaker to receive service?? 🙃 I already pre-ordered on the app so servicing me at the speaker took two seconds but a 10 minute wait just to talk to someone and give them my voice code

Ordered a number one a didn’t eat the burger bun was stale and hard lettuce was old lettuce burger just didn’t look edible what so ever

12/03/23 around 7:30pm we visited the dining room. The service was insanely slow, employees played on their phones the whole time, helped customers with an attitude. Peyton was the only worker actually doing his job, going above & beyond, offering customers assistance & restocking things that were empty. Seems like everyone else is standing around while Peyton was pulling all the weight. I hate to see that & feel really bad for the kid but I appreciate his work ethic. I'd give just Peyton a 5 star review & deserves some recognition. The two younger girls putting together orders & working upfront had their backs to customers the whole time, playing on their phones, giggling, & talking about their bras. They'd rather slack off than actually get customers their orders out in a timely manner.

It's McDonald's not much else to it. However McDonald's use to be a I'm broke until Friday kinda fastfood but nowadays their prices match several other places so all things considered I would rather pay the same at Chick-fil-A for higher quality everything.
But that's just my opinion, price is my only issue with McDonald's

My fries cut my tongue real bad. They forget creamer. Only the morning manager did things nice always. And this time the kitchen cut a 30 year old mouth, like a hole in your sheets, that I made, for you. My whole car stinks like poopy eggs.

Every day and night you have to wait in line for someone to take your order and there is no soda machine there to sit. Many nights they close at 11pm.They really need staff and a good manager.

Ordered and egg McMuffin got an english muffin with cheese!!!? This place is a joke

The communication at the drive-thru fails miserably.  I'm sorry,  but this is Denver, CO, and the language is predominantly ENGLISH.  The person at the drive-thru could barely communicate with me.  Once we received the order, it was clear they could not understand clear English.    I will not be back.

Folks at both windows were nice. Second window explained that the kitchen was behind due to cleaning. if you're going to have me wait nearly 10 mins with only one other person in line, at least fill up the fries.

Another finely crafted burger....NOT! It was not busy.  It looks like they opened the cardboard box and tossed each piece from about 5'3" away. I could be wrong, and maybe Ace Ventura delivered them. Food was brought to us by a friendly employee. The fries were  cooked but cold, definitely not fresh.

I live right around the corner from this McDonald's and without fail every single time I try to go, I place my mobile order, pull up, and they tell me they are no longer serving food. I always go before 10 PM and the hours state 12 AM as closing yet I am never served. As someone in the food industry, it is really disheartening to have an order placed and confirmed just to pull up to find out my order was never intended to be filled. Update your hours or hire enough staff to support your operating hours. McDonald's makes enough money do better.

Ordered one Mcdouble and two large drinks. Waited for 20 minutes then asking the cashier about the order. When the cashier asked the manager who was expediting orders the manager said its not her problem they are waiting for 20 minutes Upon receiving the Mcdouble and going to unwrap the burger half the ketchup was on wrapper. One of the patties of meat was half way off the rest of the burger. This is McDonald's so standards are pretty low when getting food here but they managed to exceed expectation and lower the bar for me. Removing drink machines out front for a more personable experience while having leadership that doesn't care about the customer.

They made me wait 10 minutes to get my doordash order and still wouldn't give it to me in the drive through. Who ever was in drive through as of this time should be written up. I told him it's a doordash order 3 times through the speaker and couldn't hear me.

Skipped our turn and helped a larger family than my daughter and I.  An employee said she called my name, I told her she did not as we were standing by the counter, turned around to another employee and asked if our name was called she said it was so I was accused of being a lier 😡 then I said where is our food since it's done and our name was called twice No Answer and No food until the larger family was served and since they ordered after us!

I ordered and paid for a Large Drink but I got a Small Drink, I asked an employee and was told this small cup was a large cup!

On two separate occasions I didn't get Fries 🍟

I always go to mcdonalds, especially this one, they do a great job!! But Lately the food portions are out of control, I always get a large fry and they are only filling it up half way, why am I paying more for less?

It's a bummer.

The food is usually a let down. The locations and hours are great, since most are 24 hrs. The customer service is generally okay since most of the staff are usually polite.

Very dirty inside. They definitely need to have a cleaner in there. The floors were sticky, the glass was yucky, the tables were gross. The trash was overflowing. Kids enjoyed the play land. Just need to clean up the place more.

Sure did slop together a fish fillet...

Half of the half of cheese was hanging off the bun...

And I know it's only half a slice of cheese that's called for on the fillet, how have we not questioned WHY? Why is it not a whole slice of cheese?

Sandwich tasted ok despite the hot mess it looked.  Fries were ok.

Today at 4:00pm September 25 I went in to redeem a damn coupon card I was given for bad service
There Were two female managers on shift!.
I was not able to get their names all I know the first one with long curly hair was rude and unprofessional!!!
She did not like me telling her that the cashier charged me for the food that was supposed to be free with the coupon card
And this is how she handed me my order even the two burgers I did pay for. No mayo, no lettuce no nothing on them 😡 they need to go back and get training on how to treat their customers and how to do their job properly!! 😡🤬
Disgusting place 🤮 !! Never again !! But I am going to make sure this gets to the proper place to be taken care of!. They don't even deserve one ⭐!!

I went in ordered my food they missed to do it correctly did not repeat my order at the window I paid at. I look at the receipt and food is missing I tell them at the 2nd window they charge me for it and then ask me to park I said I wasn’t parking. Then the manager comes out yelling saying park or I’m cancelling your order I had already paid for they didn’t give me my food and they did not give me my money I paid for the food. I paid for the food with a card and they try ti give me cash!! Then they lock the window not giving me my money!! They stole my money by locking the window and refusing to give me my money. I call and they say I need to go in! They also threatened me by saying they were going to call the cops. The food they also have me was just thrown in the bag has browns not even in bags touched by there dirty hands

McDonald's commerce City buy 1 get 1 for a buck. Double cheeseburger they treated me better than KFC, without being harassed I was able to refill my water without being harassed

The people who work here pay very little attention to customers. The old saying "Customer Comes First" doesn't apply here. Once your order gets taken the wait isn't long. Food is fresh 70% of the times I've eaten here.

I ordered delivery through UberEats. The order customization by the store was followed correctly, and packed neatly in the delivery bag. This alone deserves five stars given my experience with other food delivery services, and various other restaurants that I have ordered from. The food was still hot on delivery, and tasty. Well done.

We had dine-in with kids. Relatively clean. Clean bathroom. Food was fresh. Np indoor playground. Great view. Ev chargers.

Elizabeth was so amazing, I had a hard time with the payment and the app and she stayed beside me until I could fix everything. Amazing place that treats customers as their own family. I will be eating here more because of her and her staff!!!! Thank you for an amazing lunch!!!
Edit: came in today to another great meal from Wendy and the crew. Had a chance to try the new sauces!!! Both amazing but that mombo omg!!!!

Marissa was top-notch and attentive, while waiting on fresh apple pies to get done she was just very nice on updates and made sure nothing else was made and just sitting there waiting on something, so everything was hot and fresh. Great insight and common sense on timing.

To Loraine (That's the name one staff member eventually provided when we asked multiple times who the GM is at this location):  Incredibly rude staff with the exception of the male employee with a beard in the drive-thru.  He should be in management,  and your female "supervisor" working dayshift on 09-03-23, would be better suited to be working in a backroom somewhere, not interacting with the public if what we witnessed is her normal demeanor.  This is why people working in the restaurant business should all wait tables first. When your income comes from tips, you clearly learn how and how not to treat the public.  This employee truly needs to be educated about what customer service is and how their arrogance will always fail you and reveal your flaws.  Please consider putting someone more qualified and more deserving of these positions into these roles.  We were regular customers and due to her treatment of us, we will not return again. She has an attitude that obviously has not been properly addressed and in time we are confident she will see too how this certainly does not do herself any favors.   It is off-putting and sadly, customer service is not what it should be these days.  We will gladly spend our money elsewhere, with far more respectful and professional parties.  Your employee refused to provide her manager's name when asked,  which is also highly inappropriate.  Everyone has a boss and if someone is refusing to provide that information, perhaps that should be your first clue that you know you're not treating the public right.  Please consider promoting the male employee mentioned earlier, he clearly demonstrates quality, kindness, and class...unfortunately a stark contrast to what we received from your so called "supervisor". Very disappointing and definitely won't be returning as a result.  Better training is desperately needed if you want to keep customers. Not impressed with this location...lose the attitude and be grateful to have a job.  I would never tolerate this behavior from my staff.

Great service. Very clean place. They even have a dedicated cleaning staff! The real standout here is Maria the manager. Maria had an  outstanding attitude and great service! She made me feel appreciated, welcome and respected. I even complimented her for having such a great attitude.

I visited McDonald’s and I did a order on my McDonald’s app. I did that order where it says two small or two medium fries for free with a purchase of 20 piece nuggets that’s what it says so when I got my order I told them I’m missing a fries, so the man asked the lady for the extra fries. She said there’s nothing on it that says extra fries I repeatedly told the man yes it does say I get extra fries he was looking at me like I had no idea what I was talking about. I even showed him the app where it says it he said well it’s not on there so you can’t get it, where is my fries I asked him can you please ask again he said I already did they said no I asked again  lady the background started talking stuff in Spanish, like If didn’t understand I speak Spanish as well. They are very rude and disrespectful, I wouldn’t leave a star if I didn’t have to I would have left no stars for them. This isn’t the first time they’re very disrespectful there.

Burger meat was dry and rubbery from sitting around for too long. The French fries were under cooked and lacked salt. On the up side the Coke was cold, bubbly & perfect like it should be from McDonald's.

I understand it's busy but all the more reason to hire more help... I was given someone else's order which cost a lot more than my order. Trying to do the right thing I let the manager know and she snatched it from me so hard the bag ripped open and the food hit the floor. It then took ten more minutes for them to hand me my already done and cold order. Too bad I really liked this location

What are double hamburger with no pickles? Paper says double hamburger but if you look at the picture she double cheeseburger. It wasn't really a move of cheese but it is what it is. I gave this restaurant three stars because service go brought the stuff to my table then bring the soda cup with it and then when I said hey can I get the soda cup she took the tray 📥 back to the counter with my food but you're not speak much English so she didn't understand which I don't know why she didn't understand if you're working in a fast food restaurant and when someone says soda you should know that regardless. Never had a bad problem at this restaurant. When I go to Les Schwab and wait for my car. This is the first time so I get him the benefit of the doubt this go around.

McD is McD. Got one of the worst put together McDouble I have ever seen. The always hot and crispy fries were warm and limp. Brought the fries to the marks attn and she replaced.

The last 7 times I’ve come I have gotten a large strawberry smoothie - not strawberry banana, just strawberry. Now all of a sudden the lady says you don’t do strawberry smoothies. Just wanna know what is the truth - do you or do you not have plain strawberry smoothies? I feel like I’m getting played with

My husband went through the drive through and brought this home for lunch.  Totally off set in the bun and tarter sauce only in one small spot on the fish.  Are you running out of tarter sauce?

This is the worst resturant around. The staff cant seem to take an order for lack of paying attention. So they giggle when you have to repeat the order over and over. The serve raw RAW HAMBURGER on their burgers. The manager just tries to dismiss your complaint like you dont matter. Have had to call and comlain NUMEROUS TIMES and nothing changes. So obviously its either management that is failing or the owners that are failing. If i was anyone reading this id stay far away. This place is a catastrophe. Wont be long before they give someone food poisoning. But hey management nor the owners will  are in the slightest. If i had my way. I close the doors fire everyone. Then start fresh. Otherwise people of Firestone will still get the worst service and dining experience around. Honestly, seems as though they are trying to see just how awful they can be.  Otherwise how can so many complaints be called in and NOTHING CHANGES, OVER A YEAR NOW AND ITS JUST BECOME EVEN WORSE!!!!!! Need to change slogan to IM HATING IT
