McDonald's

Ordered 2 big mac meals for dinner. Both sandwiches missing one of the burger patties. Tried contacting the store but could never get in touch with anyone. Poor quality and customer service in my opinion.

I hive them all 3,s I am not fond of Mcdonald my daughter is.  I feel over the years McDonald’s has lost the flavor of goodness. This is an okay place kind of slow at the drive-thru. Most of the people that work there always seem to be mad or unhappy

This McDonald's is CLEAN, staff is polite and timely with orders.  Welcomed upon entering, saw staff making cleaning rounds twice in our 30 minute visit, barely a line ever forming because they are quick and responsive to each customer 😀

REALLY nice folks at drive through but ordered two egg mcmuffins, got one sausage, one egg.  Next day, got it right.
Prices on about everything is through the roof.

The staff is very nice. BUT. 1) had to wait 15 minutes for a single coffee. 2) then it turns out they don’t have cream. 3) all tables were very dirty so had to clean my own table and they didn’t even have napkins available and I didn’t want to wait a LONG time again for staff just to ask for napkins so I left.

Every other week I get breakfast, for my grandson on the way to school, service is excellent, I also stop and get him a happy meal and 2 ice cream cones in the afternoons, of course 1 of them cones are for myself. The mornings are wonderful, the staff is always on their toes, very fast.

We went to this location with a very large group and the service was great! The team did not have any order discrepancies. I was very impressed with their customer service. The manger was fantastic!

Unfortunately due to the people in the work force now, complaints are thrown at much higher rates. The food is typical fast food, just always hit or miss on who's making it. Like this past time my fish sandwich had near to no tartar sauce and very dry because of that. The fish itself was cooked/heated right but I guess it could be my fault for not asking for tartar sauce on the side (never had to before, normally it would ooze tartar sauce lol)  The fries are normally served cold and nasty. The only time you can expect good fries is when they tell you to pull forward and wait. Then 9 times outta 10 they come unsalted because they rushed to get them to you. The milkshake/ flurry machine is always down (I was told because no one wants to clean it) And if you get sprite, look at the debris at the bottom of the cup, it's something you won't notice with the darker sodas. I always ask for a plain burger for my dog and 50% of the time, it will come fully loaded.  And if they don't directly hand you straws, ask for them. If they tell you they are in the bag, ask for extra because they are NEVER in the bag lol.  Breakfasts seem to be the safest route. Do I go back and complain, no, because at this point, it's kinda what I expect now. Sad, I know.

Do not go here! My dad was the one who brought the food home so I don’t know exactly how the service and atmosphere was like but I’m guessing the service is horrible because of how bad the food was. My dad ordered the breakfast meal but returned home with 3 biscuits with only 1 bacon in each of them. The receipt said that it was supposed to be biscuit, egg, cheese, and bacon but it was only bacon. The food also tasted like they came out of the trash bin and have been left for the flies. Do not go here if you don’t want to catch food poisoning!

The McDonald's in Troy Alabama, I stopped by for breakfast on my way to work. The food is good BUT the drive thru experience is awful. First day, ok, quick and fast, second day, the person pretty much just gossiping with the other employees, took my card handed me my food, did not confirm anything and sent me in my way. The third and final day the what looked like the manager was rude I mean extremely rude when I was ordering my food. Got to the window and yep both females were rude. Goes to say I wait until I get to Ozark Al to grab my breakfast. It has been great thus far.

Employees were super nice at this McDonald's. They went out of their way to make sure the customer was happy. The manager said 'I appreciate you' to any employee he saw doing a good job. Seemed like a great work environment. Has my food in a timely manner. All tasted fresh and as expected.

This place is absolutely awful. I went in Saturday evening. The dining room was an absolute mess. The food was not fresh. The bun was dry and firm. I went to the restroom. There was an employee (younger guy - wearing a blue shirt) talking loudly on the phone in the stall. He comes out as I am at the sink, and walks right back out of the restroom without washing his hands. Absolutely disgusting!

What an absolute joke.  Let us wait in drive thru for 30 mins while you purposely slowly took orders only to turn your lights off when it was our turn to order after letting us sit there for more than 5 mins waiting for you to come back.  I know times are tough but your absolute lack of customer service skills is disgusting and anyone working there today should be fired.

Mistakes happen and I can live with that. I can't see myself visiting my local store for a long while. I can't remember my last good experience there. I keep giving them a shot. Has this franchise given up?

Almost 9 dollars for a chicken sandwich that was tiny and overcooked.. no ice in softdrink.. the fries were good, I'll give them that.

There’s only 1 employee (teenage boy, didn’t catch his name) that remotely cares about anyone. I waited 30 minutes in spot #2 just to be forgotten about. He came out and asked if I received my food. I said no, handed him my receipt and he came back shortly with all of my food which was surprisingly fresh. Kudos to this young man for being the only one that cares about his job.

The food? You may get your order, you may not. May be right, may be wrong. I ordered a spicy chicken sandwich plain, and they BARELY put any spicy sauce on it at all. (Will attach pics)

The young man delivered 5 star service but everyone else at this establishment couldn’t care less about their customers.

Edit: the 20 piece nuggets that I ordered contained 17 nuggets.

Waited in line for 20 minutes after we ordered. Sent us to to mobile pickup while they “waited on fries”. Waited another 20 minutes before going inside to check on the order, only to find 3 other customers who were waiting and had been there longer than me who were all “waiting on fries”. Not one employee came to the counter the whole time me or anyone else was standing there but instead were all just loudly ranting and raving about the customers in front of all of us. I chose to leave without taking to anyone even though I hadn’t received the food I paid for and go down the street to another restaurant. I’m not a picky person and I don’t expect a fancy sit down experience at McDonald’s, but I would like to get what I order and pay for without waiting a hour at a fast food restaurant. If you don’t want to work then quit your job and go home, instead of standing behind a counter with all your coworkers yelling because someone simply asked you to do what you are being paid by McDonald’s to do.

Never a problem. I always use the drive thru on my way to work in the mornings or after work because it's so hot to get out and go inside. From time to time, there may be some delay but it's usually explained and understandable. But never really long of a wait. The staff has always been very nice. Orders always correct. Thank you for a great job and hard work.

Upon arrival we were greeted nothing really pleasant just how can I help you. My husband said a mcchicken then I said and the 2 for $2.39 sausage he then said and the $2.39 sausage biscuits.

We waited for a little while I believe we said a word or two to each other, then heard the other drive thru person closing up an order to our right.

My husband said hello? The young lady said yes.
He said are we finished?
She replied I’m waiting on you.
He said we ordered. I previously said 2 sausage biscuits
Then She said and a chicken biscuit
He said yes

We drove to the first window where she a young black female was mumbling I’m not dealing with this this morning arguing with me (something along those lines) then the other young white female came from behind and looked out at us in our car so I took a picture of them since I didn’t see name tags.

She handed us back our card with the white young lady still staring at us no one said good morning or thank you. Which we didn’t expect with the level of service they were providing.

We went to the next window to pick up our food. The woman was about to hand us our food then said let me check to make sure all 3 sandwiches are in here. Gave us our bag and said thank you have a blessed day with a smile. Thank you CRYSTAL for the five star service.

That was rude and I don’t believe the standard of this McDonald’s corporation.

The sausage biscuits were soft and delicious however the chicken biscuit was hard, the chicken was cooked well.

I used to love coming here to eat now I hate coming and honestly wouldn’t if my 3 year old didn’t have a melt down each time we passed McDonald’s. The service sucks. Everytime and I mean everytime I come threw the drive threw I am pulled up an parked an I wait for more than 20 minutes and it’s crazy when there is no one behind you and your pulled up. On top of that the frappe machine doesn’t work after 7pm for a different reason each time so y’all need to do better

Better experience this morning. Sausage biscuit was fresh, got my ice on the side and both the windows with different cashiers were so much nicer. Ty

Went for breakfast and they had a few ice cubes floating at the top of my drink. Kind of looked like when you have a drink sitting out for hours with melted ice. I would have just took a side of ice but the server gave off a vibe like i should just take my stuff and go. The chick who served me with the visor and ponytail had a bad attitude like I offended her that I was confused by why they would serve that. I stayed nice and polite. Not a big deal until I forgot my coffee and had to drive back around she was talking about me with her nose turned up when I came back. Maybe gossip away from the window? Lol. Maybe have someone else do the window...not a great way to start folks mornings.

Food and service was good. The female manager in the back screaming at a certain employee made it to where we didn't want to be there.  No wonder employees leave.

My food was cold. My soda was warm...tasted watered down like all the ice melted. I had one Big Mac combo. You gave me food that had been sitting. So that was a waste of $10. I won't be back.

I went in to get the mcchicken bundle and asked for four coffees, a chocolate milk, and a sweet tea. I didn’t have enough for the coffees and asked for two spicy chickens with no lettuce instead of the regular. They ended up giving me the coffees anyways and it wasn’t until I got home that I realized they didn’t give the chocolate milk and the two spicy mcchickens still had lettuce on them. So even before they realized I didn’t have enough for the coffee they already ruined my order and have no care whatsoever about what they give people. Not to mention the employees were rude and snarky. Also the coffees   Taste burnt. Worst McDonald’s I’ve ever been to.

So the food was great...when it arrived. The wait was incredibly long, and if it was a busy location it would be understandable, but it was dead.

The main issue I noticed was lack of employees. It looked like maybe 4 people total working, and that isn't typical of any McDonald's so I'm not sure what the issue is.

Either way, if you visit this location prepare for a long wait, but the food will be fresh and delicious.

Lol. If you’re looking for the WORST McDonald’s ever, you’ve found it. Not only will you wait in line for half an hour or more to get to the order speaker, you’ll wait an additional 15-20 minutes to actually place your order. I used to think maybe this was because they were doing one order in, one order out… but no. If that’s the case, how is my food already cold by the time I receive it. And if they mess up, you can forget about getting it fixed. They’ll ignore you at the window. Get fed up and pull away before you can order? Drive slow by the drive thru window where you can see all the employees huddled together talking, the one with the drive thru headset on sitting there on her phone. She ain’t taking orders. Buh duh bup buh buh. I’m hatin it.

Just assuming that this must be a good choice to most everyone! It has to be if willing to sit in line for what seems like forever to order. No shade on the employees as they are managing multiple hats within the company! Maybe some job seeking young men and women will go for a first time or teenage job to share stories with family in the years to come! Make memories even if you are not where you always wanted to be. Not just the younger ones let’s get up and do more sitting home is much like giving up! Have a home be humble and take care of it but travel, fish , have parties, and eat McDonald’s when you are handling business!

Maybe the worst. Never staffed, out of food, terrible service. Several disgruntled customers waiting for some resolution when you walk in. Staff will avoid you entirely if you have an issue or just roll their eyes. I've never felt compelled to write a review on anything until I literally watched the person preparing my food scoop up burned black bacon crumbs and throw them in my daughters breakfast and laughing about it. It just threw me off like "Why? Why would you even do that?" Evenings are almost worse, Good luck getting food in under an hour after 6pm.

This is *allegedly* a 24 hour restaurant. I placed an order through the app at 4:30 in the morning, had to be at work at 5. I get there and they tell me they will only accept cash, no credit cards or app orders, and do not have any food ready. Since mobile orders cannot be cancelled, I got charged for something I never got. The manager would not cancel my order at the drive through and was very rude. I am going to try a charge back on my card but the credit card company wants me to contact them first, they don't even answer their phones! If this location cannot serve food or deal with people, they either need to close or hire management and staff who actually will do their jobs. I have already contacted the corporate site about this. Hopefully it will result in some personnel changes at this location.

If you're a delivery driver or just picking up for late at night don't bother you'll be in line a hour and haven't even got to even see the menu. All the other mcdonalds if you're a delivery driver even if they lock the door make you wait to give you the delivery this one for some reason makes you go through the line that hasn't moved in 30 to 40 minutes. They been this way at night for years and not sure what's going on with them but just go somewhere else if your hungry otherwise you'll be hungry, angry, and wondering why did I even waste my time and gas coming here.

The Parlour

Located downtown, The Parlour has delicious food with nice presentation.  The staff was friendly and the ambiance is warm and welcoming.  I ordered the avocado toast and it was excellent.  My friend ordered the salmon benny and it was huge.  We didn’t try the coffee but my strawberry mimosa was a perfect balance of juice and champagne.  Prices are very reasonable for the portions you get.  I will definitely be back.

Best restaurant experience from start to finish! We are visiting from Oregon and we just stumbled on this place after searching for breakfast spots.

They welcomed us right away/asked if this was our first time in. Food was proved very well and some of the most delicious breakfast we’ve had! Recommend the Rosco in France crepe, delicious food and even got a birthday surprise!

Everyone was very kind! Great service by all the staff and food and drinks are delicious! Must try ☕️! Very happy to have enjoyed the start of my day with the company of my love here; she picked it 👍 I can’t wait to try more of their menu items 🌻 p.s. the decorations were so cool and the interior design are comfy.

First time here, cute place but our breakfast was soaked in oil. Couldn’t enjoy it, to be honest I felt sick after. Even the bread was soaked in oil or butter. Eggs were good though.  Not worth the money we spent in this place.

My mom, sisters, and I are on the hunt for amazing coffee in Las Vegas. We found it! We went to the Parlour two weekends in a row and we are going to make it three and more. All the coffee we have ordered is amazing. The food is like a party in your mouth. The staff is amazing at explaining the menu. And they are patient as we try to decide what yummy things to order. Cute atmosphere.  If you are searching for great coffee and food the Parlour will be your final stop.
Coffee we have tried: Bonbon, Lavender,  Cookie Butter, Rocky Road, Mexican, Kuro-goma.
Food- Empanadas, Brule French toast, The Parlour sandwich,  Rosco Crepes, Salmon Sammy, Frenchie Crepes.

I recommend all of them. You will not be disappointed with any.

Rocky Mountain Chocolate Factory

Chocolate was to die for.
Picked 3 pieces of candy.
Did not disappoint.
1 almond turtle
1 cashew turtle
1 chocolate covered carmel
Pieces were large.
Reminded me of the candy shop on fisherman's wharf in San Francisco

Sin City Coffee & Beverage

Not a coffee shop. Coffee smells great but you cant buy a cup.

We've been working with Jonathan and Alex at Sin City Coffee for about 6 years now. From day one until now their service and product have never wavered. Just yesterday when we had to brew 800 coffees for a breakfast and our power went down I asked if they could help, and at 5am they started brewing coffee for us in their warehouse. The best in town. Thank you SSC&B.

They are a wholesale beverage company. They will not sell you a drink retail. Very nice people.

Every time I go to this one it's always a problem either they can't take a card for payment the frappe machine down wait forever to place order just to wait forever to get it legit can spend 30 mins in the drive threw I have on 3 different times... If it wasn't for the kids asking I would never stop there

Waited and waited and waited at the drive through speaker. Finally got to give them my order and when I got to the first window I found out what the delay was.. the clerk was taking on her phone. As soon as she finished with me bam she was back on it. Why do customer facing clerks these days feel their phones are more important than the customers they are paid to serve?

I was in there 20 minutes waiting for a lid for my little sisters drink. I had to say excuse me for 5 of those minutes. During which a disabled person heard me, acknowledged me, and then proceeded to attend to the person in line behind me. I asked an able man for a lid and he looked at me and didn’t even talk back. Terrible customer service.

I decided to go McDonald's in Forsyth instead of in Kennesaw where I work. I was so so disappointed.  I ordered the Fish Filet meal and requested fresh fries with Sweet Tea. I didnt know that I needed to ask for fresh Fish Filet. I always order this Combo and it's always fresh and Hot. The associate Mirahya was very pleasant and was scared to tell me that she couldn't accept my cash but credit card only. I went to the next window and the associate asked if I had unsweetened tea with my meal . I told her no sweeten tea. I received barely warm nit fresh over cooked Fish Filet and unsweetened tea. I called to informed the store of my concerns and the phone rang and rang until the call disconnected.  This is unacceptable services. I felt like I let my window down and threw my money away. I was so disappointed and hungry but I was to tired to turn around after traveling 3 hours back to Warner Robins where I live.

We stopped in really quick because we are traveling . First of all we came in and ordered on the machine no one would come to the front, which is fine whatever!! It took 15 to get our food, thinking it would be fresh and brought to the table as the table cap said … she brought the food to the front and screamed our number .. husband went up got it walked back to table . Realizing he didn’t get cups, walked back up there took 3 or 4 mins for someone to see him there, he ask for cups and the girl said o don’t see ur order u need to order first !! Are I freaking serious she didn’t realize she just gave him his food! He said my food is on the table u just have it to me without the cups… she rolled her eyes! Anyway the ice machine was out of ice and no one would come back to the front to help with ice and when we by into our food it was cold … meaning they took 15 mins to get an order that they didn’t prepare FRESH!! several people walked in and walked out after not getting help at the front! Not everyone wants to use a machine to order .. all the tables were sticky we had to wipe one off to sit down, and we stuck to the floor on the way out because of the dirty floor! If ur reading this PLEAASE DONT STOP AND EAT HERE !! They need to do better !!!
