Worst ever. We sat in the car at the number. No one came out. Finally she comes with the wrong order and cold food. The manager was no better, she said someone came out 3xs which is incorrect. Very rude and unprofessional.

Stopped for a restroom break.
Then for a bite to eat. I enjoyed the bacon egg cheese biscuits.
A long time favorite of mine. Of course a good cup of coffee.

My boyfriend and I have given this McDonald's multiple tries but every time they disappoint. Whether it's sitting in the drive thru for 10 minutes and having absolutely nobody take your order (and then pulling around and seeing that they are inside doing absolutely nothing), or being told that they were closing at 9pm and that they only have nuggets and nothing else. Or having them be rude and rushing you through your order and then not correcting it when you say "actually I had something else to add". This is genuinely the worst McDonald's I've ever been to.

This place is trash, they open and close when they want regardless of the online ordering still being accepted. The employees argue in front of customers and the food was burnt. The managers are also very rude and unprofessional. Definitely do not recommend!! There is a better one right up the street.

The person taking the order was very distracted and talking to someone else thru the drive thru.  It was very confusing and unprofessional.  The fish filet sandwich is very small now with half of a piece of cheese  on it. The hamburgers hardly had any condiments on them. The fries were hot but had way too much salt that none of us could eat them. There's always an issue at this location.  On a previous visit,  the person giving us our food had fingernails over 2 inches long with no gloves...so unsanitary.  I don't recommend this location after several tries. They are in desperate need of additional training for food quality and customer service.

Poké Cleveland

AMAZING!!  Staying in Cleveland for two nights and drove 45 minutes to this location on the recommendation of a friend and it was definitely worth the detour.   Super fresh, generous portions, quick to make, and easy to customize for protein and flavor (2 of us are picky eaters).  I went with chicken on greens and a combo of sweet/spicy/salty.  The flavor was out of this world and very satisfying.  It was actually a very healthy meal but the intense flavor from the sauce combo made it feel like a cheat meal, which was a perfect combo! This was actually my first poke' experience and I was pleasantly surprised with how tasty it was. I even thought about taking a second one to go, it was that good.  And, last but not least, solid customer service! Very pleasing all around.  Highly, highly recommend.

Joe, the owner, is incredibly kind, considerate, and provides exceptional customer service. My wife has several food allergies and Joe (and his staff) always take the time to ensure that her order is prepared carefully and safely. We love coming here and always enjoy the delicious food and excellent atmosphere!

This place is awesome!!! Love the food here. It's like having a sushi bowl but more ingredients and great flavor. Way better then Chipotle Bowl can't even compare. One of my favorite places. Great service, food, and atmosphere! Highly recommend!

The staff here was so helpful and kind! They answered all my questions with no hesitation. The food was SO good and fresh! I am already planning next visit! I have found a new place to eat at often!

It was my first visit and I told the worker that. She was very kind and welcoming and gave me the whole tour of the menu. It's a fast casual setup like Chipotle. You build your meal.

This is the third time we’ve been served undercooked meat at this location. Don’t bother complaining. They don’t care. I’m looking up how to report them to the health department. We’re not giving them a chance to do it again. Avoid at all costs.

During the daytime the service is acceptable. You may run into a 5 min wait if backed up. During nighttime, it can be very difficult to get your food/drinks if they request you to pull into one of the lanes. Food is well prepped, but could be optimized to serve customers faster. A good place to go if you want to inside, but can't reccomend the drive through.

Stopped in to grab a quick sack for my son. He wanted the Big Mac meal, Large, with a sweet tea. He got just that. Said it was just "ok". When I pulled up to the Drive Thru speaker, the employee couldn't speak clearly. I had to ask her 3x if she wanted me to order. She finally said yes, working was stressing her out clearly. Drive thru moved nicely for as how busy it was. It's McDonalds, Don't expect much here.

I order a chicken deluxe sandwich and apple pie. When I got home and saw the food, I was very disappointed to say the least. The chicken was a very dark brown almost burnt and it was hard as a rock.Furthermore, there was a shred of lettuce on the sandwich and 1 small slice of tomato, nothing else. Now keepin mind, this is suppose to be a deluxe! There was an apple pie box in the bag but it had a cherry pie inside the box. The box was open and it looked like someone had thrown a cherry pie in there. Why would somone put a cherry pie in an apple pie box? That's just unprofessional and dishonest. Do yourself a favor and stay away from here folks!

Most of the tables weren't cleaned and they didn't know how to reprint receipts. Three of their teenage employees were eating, cursing, and using the "n" word towards each other while wearing their McDonald's uniform. Their conversation was about hitting and assaulting someone without suffering consequences. Management at this location needs to do better, employees like these only damage your brand.

Starbucks Coffee

Terrible attention. We waited for more than 30min with 3 baristas on duty and a car in DRIVE and they never took our order.

Comfortable and new facilities. Quick medium care. Normal taste

I just hope they say the names in a stronger tone of voice 🤓☝️

The new STARBUCKS located on Paseo Monclova, definitely a good location.

The workers are very slow and seem unconcerned. Not all of them, however, I was delighted there was a worker, Amy Powell, that was exceptionally kind, had a great attitude, and was a genuine hard working program person. Any restaurant would be proud to have her represent their company.

We went thru the drive-thru and the one taking the order was fine I guess the one that was giving us our order she was very rude and disrespectful kept saying huh and when I told her we ordered ahead and we had two orders she got mad and walked off another lady came to the window just as rude told us to pull up and they bring it out when they brought it out the chicken sandwich look like slop something you would feed a pig very nasty they slopped  mayonnaise on it and send it out the door like they were mad we ordered something from them very rude customer service very nasty I had to wipe off all the mayonnaise just to try and eat needless to say it got thrown away, still hungry!!!

This McDonald’s continues to fail at basic customer service.

I go to the second lane in the drive thru and sit. First lane gets done ordering and no one comes over the speaker to take my order. Guy behind me backs up, goes to the first lane speaker, and has Order immediately taken. I pull around and ask if the second lane is closed, explaining what just happened. Guy over the headset simply says “The back cashier is responsible for that lane and the register and doesn’t always have time to take orders. But I can take your order.”

What?! No apology or alerting anyone there’s a logistical problem? This is one of numerous customer service issues with this location. The only thing holding up their business is convenience of no other fast food establishment with a short distance. Throw a Bojangles across the street and this place will yank.

I had done a mobile order online so I wouldn’t hopefully have to wait as long to get my food. I got to the McDonald’s and was told they had no fries and that they were out and because my fries were a part of a deal they would not substitute it for anything. I also got two burgers. Only two. Now I have waited nearly 40 minutes for my burgers and have seen car after car get their food. I would understand the wait had I ordered a large meal but this is just frustrating. I hope that my free money is enjoyed by wasting a ton of my time. Had I not already paid, I would’ve left a long time ago but I held out hope only to be frustrated and extremely disappointed

I came to try their biscuits and gravy this morning which wasn't bad & at a good price also. I ended up also getting a large Vanilla Ice Coffee, chicken biscuit & Hot Cakes Plate ? (it has eggs, biscuit, sausage, hash brown & 3 pancakes).

In the past- I've also ordered their Smoky BLT Quarter Pounder w/cheese and it was delicious 😋 highly highly recommend!!

I always use the drive thru and all the employees are friendly & helpful.

I don't go to McDonald's often but the app for points adds up quickly. I downloaded it this morning, spent $14 and already have close to 4200 points & a lot of freebies!

(**side note: always check your food before leaving ANY drive thru, mistakes happen & it can be fixed if you take a few seconds to check your order** only mentioning because others have complained about making it home & realizing their order wasn't correct!)

I just want to start off with ,almost every Starbucks I've been in there is always a wait either inside or out. So I am used to it..The drinks are sooooo good and the food we had was yummy!!!! I suggest any of the cold brews or any of the frappuccinos are just amazing. Also the bacon gouda sandwich is the bomb and the brownie was just a yummy side treat. Staff here are Soo Nice and the store is clean. This was a very nice treat for a hot day!!!

Went here yesterday to get a dragon drink in the drive-thru, pretty short experience but the dragon drink was so good!…

The baristas are very kind and friendly. They keep the place nice and clean. Good place to relax and enjoy coffee with family and friends.

I went in to this Starbucks in Nogales to buy a cold Matcha Latte. I always love how receptive they are at this store to custom orders or modifications. I always ask for extra matcha because they tend to make it light at every SB. I will definitely be returning to this store for more of my coffee and tea needs.

Ordered 4 drinks and was only given 2 straws, then one of my customized drinks had missing ingredients, and i still repeated the order at the window. The barista was extremely confused at what I wanted even though I clarified. I paid extra to not have it put in my drink.

Starbucks Monclova DT

If your coming from the usa just show them what you want on the Starbucks app and BOOM they make it  very nice and lovely staff and they know their stuff. It's delicious too.

The parking was a bit of a stress but everything else was good. Can't really go wrong with Starbucks.

Nice place, but terrible service , I had to wait for a worker to show , and after I ordered my drinks they talked to each other for a time before making my drinks.

Excelent service but still dosen't have applied the social aspect of the company.

Waited 37 minutes on 2 plain cheeseburgers  and large fry and soda  the place wasn't busy really dirty and they had cleaning supplies sitting in the way by bathrooms....  called out order number only in Spanish luckily i know a little....when i did get food frys where cold and burgers has half a salt 🧂  on it.  ....  threw it out and went to burger King up the road....   better service and cleaner.  Don't waste your $$$ money  here

I ate a hot and spicy mcchicken and it was very disgusting. I felt very nauseous after eating the burger and it almost made me throw up. I’m never coming here again! If I could give this place 0 stars, I would. I called to complain and they told me to go to the hospital and they could tell me that it was their food that made me sick.

The food is actually done right at this location but times and service are always horrible. Staff always have an attitude with only once in a blue you get a friendly staff member.

It took almost 1 hour waiting for fast food, disgudting honestly. There was a complete mess in the kitchen

10 minutes waiting in the parking lot have to go inside to get food go back out to vehicle chicken sandwich drenched in mayo soggy yellow lettuce what looks like day old tomatoes  and wow I didn't know large fries were only half the container is this how bad McDonald's has gotten anymore I thought there was supposed to be more uniformity to their food not something that's looks like it came from a school cafeteria

Starbucks Nogales Mall

This is a very typical Starbucks that serves great drinks and the service is good although it tends to be quite slow. The place is consistently busy at all hours, and there's a seating area with ample indoor and outdoor seating. It's worth noting that they used to provide a discount for those staying for 45 minutes and only paying 5 pesos, but unfortunately, they have discontinued that policy, which is a bit disappointing.

Absolutely delicious, excellent service, a great place to have a quick bite and a tasty drink...

I used my credit card a few days ago later found out that my card was scan. My card information was stolen. Be careful using your credit card at this location.

Love that finally Nogales Sonora got Starbucks. Hot coffee's​ are not same as USA. Iced frappachino is good. It's a good place to hangout with friends or family. Good customer service.

I ordered a few breakfast sandwiches, and this is what I got. It's completely burned, so much so I had to throw it out. How did this even go out to be sold to a customer? I get that McDonald's is cheap, but it at least needs to be edible. It was not the first time I've had an issue. Usually, the biscuit are stale, or the patties feel like they have been refried 5 times or dehydrated to the point they're jerky, but this was just ridiculous, you can blatantly see it's burnt!

If I could give a ZERO, I would.  We ordered our food and go to get ice. NO ICE in the machine . As we are waiting 3 drive thru orders come back in WRONG!. We finally get our food. Nasty fries, which is typical McDonald's it seems . This particular McDonald's has to be the NASTIEST I've ever been too. Dirty tables, trash can overflowing in bathroom, trash swept into corner in dining area.  Flies in the windows & a couple gnats flying around. Glad we're passing through as I would NEVER come back to this location.

Visiting from Texas and they got ALL my order wrong! Asked for my food to get done correctly and the lady said yall should know better yall eat here all the time, I said no ma'am I'm visiting from out of state. She said you look familiar. Worst customer service ever! I wouldn't give them a star at all!

This is a very poor establishment. I went there this afternoon to feed 5 people there were 3 adults and 2 kids with that being said the lady at the window told me my order was to big and that I would have to call In before coming. Oh and there not really a 24 hr establishment I tried going there at 1:30 am coming home from the mountains and they were closed. They need help corporate don’t let us down or them they are just lost.

I just shake my head every rime I go in here...only McDonald's within a reasonable drive.  Every once in a while you will get a friendly or helpful employee...but that is the exception.  I always place a mobile order (drinks only) and it is rarely ready when I arrive, even with reporting I have arrived before I get there.
