I made a mobile order for curbside pickup and after 10 minutes of waiting and many many vehicles that went through drive through after I arrived I decided I would call to check my order and they said ok they would bring it. A few minutes later they brought Mr cold food and before the lady gave me my food she asked why didn't I just come inside and get it? I told her I would of loved to if I wasn't handicap. Shouldn't offer a service if you don't want to do it. Will not be back

I stop at this McDonalds each time I travel to GA usually during the late evening. The service can be slow and the staff is apologetic. This last time they only had 2 sodas orange and Hawaiian Punch both which were flat..I guess the CO2 was out..they apologized about the drinks..I will continue to stop there when I travel in hopes things get better..The food was hot and pretty good despite everything else..☺

Worst McDonald's experience I've had in a long time. Young ladies working the drive through were sweet so  I hate to trash their place of employment but I have a Google tour guide rep to protect.* My people count on the hard truth about which fast food joints have cold fries on a regular basis and which ones don't.* These particular fries from this McDiesels had not been cooked long enough and were soggy AND cold as in they were still partially frozen. Real bad  0/5 stars  This place sits right next to a Conecuh sausage facility which I thought was interesting and why I have a pic of it and not the worst McDonald's ever* (*- denotes a major exaggeration)

We stopped in to grab something that we thought would be quick and hot to eat on our way home from vacation since we have 3 small children with us and we waited over 30 minutes for our food then when we got the food it was cold. People were having to get loud and angry with them before they would even recognize anyone was talking to them. They were very rude and I will never be back.

Never have I been so moved about service as to write a review about a fast food restaurant, but this was quite an experience.  It started with ordering from the kiosk to ensure my order was accurate, which it was not.  Then the food took nothing shy of 10 minutes to come out wrong, which is the opposite of fast food.  But the thing that topped it all off was the very rude employee who told me she couldn't help me with the fact that there was no syrup in the Diet Coke drink dispenser.  I asked if she could fill it up in the back, and she repeatedly ignored my attempts to get an answer.  Even her co-worker urged her to help us!  She refused to answer when we asked for a refund or some other solution to the fact that we could not get the drinks we ordered.  I understand that supplies run out, and it is not about being denied a particular type of beverage.  It's all about how the employees handle a challenge, and this employee was the least helpful and most rude employee I have ever come in contact with.

I would avoid this McDonald with a passion. Everytime you order a cheese burger from this location, the meat is burnt. We ordered 6 double cheese burgers and every single burger only had one piece of cheese, between two burnt falling apart patties.

So my son wanted breakfast once he came from the doctor, so we stopped in at McDonald’s, so he wanted an orange juice with his hotcakes and instead of the lady at the window saying ma’am we no longer carry OJ or she could’ve said it will be back soon, so I’m saying so y’all don’t do OJ anymore her response was we don’t have any, so once I saw the sign that states be back soon she could’ve easily replied that to me and not having me thinking McDonald’s just doesn’t serve OJ anymore! Customer service sucks now days!

This is the worst location i have ever been to. I have stopped here several times while visiting my family on several occasions and they are very consistently disappointing. My last order (today), the fries were not fully cooked and i ordered 2 dr peppers, and you could visibly tell the machine was either out or messed up. It visibly looked like watered down sweet tea. No matter what flavor coke product you order, just expect it to be carbonated water with very little flavor.

The best time to eat at this location is in the mornings when Adults are working! Nights and weekends are only rude and lazy teenagers! Took everything I had just now to hold my composure with the teenager working the pick up window!!

Worst Mc Donald’s I’ve ever been at. The manager is in here yelling at the employees in the back and we can hear her from the front. There is no one in the dining room and every single table is filthy dirty and the floor has trash and sticky stuff all over it. The food order was not accurate and the French fries were served ice cold.
They finally came out and wiped the tables after we asked 3 times for a rag or napkins.

What can one say when guilty pleasures override common sense good food choices. It's ok to indulge those fast food cravings once in awhile ....just try not to make it a habit.

Fries were not hot... just limp fries.... burger, and cherry drink were good. Seems McD has also changed ketchup to more watered down version of previous product. Tall red head guy was very fast in bringing items to table. BIG THANKS...

Order was not made right after making me wait 15mins for 2 cheese burgers and kids meal. Cold by the time we got home. Recommend just keep driving by and find somewhere else

I mean, it's McDonald's it is hard to five any fast food joint 5 stars compared to an exceptional sit-down restaurant.

It is exactly what it should be if they do it right!

Lunch time with a quarter pounder w cheese, hot fresh, fast and oh so good!!! Sure glad I chose their Hickory Flat, Ga location!!!

This McDonald’s serves raw chicken sandwiches so be careful if you don’t want to get sick!!!! When I called the guy manager said he won’t give me his name until I come down in person now it’s personal!!! Call me Karen cuz I’m callin corporate

They get an e for effort! The online ordering is easy! My orders are usually right. There sandwiches are usually on point but the fries are always cold or under cooked and they seems they never have ice cream in the evening and it sucks can't stack a deal with a reward just to put that out there🤷

Omg I've never had a hard bun on my fish fillet before The food was horrible and they don't cook their fries long enough and the spicy chicken bun was hard to. The only thing nice is the building other then that food trash

Paid $7 for these. They added coffee syrup for some reason; you could taste the alcohols. Also, was given a knife and fork.

Not the first time to mess up orders, but last time for me. They do not even answer the phones at this establishment.

Every time we have tried to go to this McDonalds there’s always an issue. Every single time the food is cold and tastes like it’s been sitting out for a while. (Even where there isn’t a line) The line is normally long just for the pure fact that the staff is so slow. We waited 10 minutes at the speaker after the staff member told us to hold on a moment while the other lane had 3-4 cars go through.

Lolita's Parlour

The owner greets every customer with a Namaste. Very homey feel that makes you feel like a kid again. One of the few places in town that has original Hershey’s ice cream. And their water ice (owner is also from Philly) is amazing. This is my wife and I’s favorite dessert spots in town. Highly recommend.

I Came In Today & Was Able To Try The Fruiti Cereal Swirl & Superman Ice Creams. They’re Both So Delicious! I Am I Love With The Fruiti Cereal Swirl. It’s Pink & Taste Like Fruity Pebbles . ☺️ The Superman Is Smooth & Packed Full Of Tasty Fruit Flavors Such As Strawberry & Banana

I was only here for less a month & found this place!! It never disappointed. Churro with green tea ice cream we’re the best!!! Staff was very welcoming and kind 🥹❤️🙏🏼

Had the 4 layer chocolate, red velvet, vanilla and carrot cake and it was delicious. It was moist and the cream cheese icing was smooth and creamy. I have been coming here with my family for the past 6 years and have had nothing but positive experiences. If ever there was an issue it was handled efficiently and expeditiously. The only people who take issue with any of the services here are those who have a tough time faces themselves in the mirror on a daily basis. I am always greeted as I walk through the door with a "hello namaste". I have had birthdays where the primary source of deserts and sweets came from here for both adults and children.  I would absolutely recommend Lolitas parlor for anyone who is looking for scrumptious cakes, ice creams, pies, and even Naan pizza!

This was my first time here because we were on the hunt for a good funnel cake.  Well we got the funnel cake, along with an amazing hot dog , and chicken waffle (IYKYK). Everything was amazing!! Will definitely be back and soon!!! 😊😊😊

The food is always a hit and miss here! Sometimes we get it so cold and stale and sometimes we get it fresh off the grill. My irritation with this location is they’re always trying to park us and bring us our food but when we receive it something is always missing. Oh and some of the employees are extra rude when we’re just trying to get the food that we paid for. But I am posting today because I’m thankful for once I didn’t get parked and everything was perfect..

I normally dread coming to this McDonald’s because of the service and they always seem to forget things and then I usually have to wait after having waited in the drive thru line. Not today and they were still pretty bus. So I just wanted to commend on what a great job they did today! Have a great day guys!

I've never reviewed a McDonald's before, and I want to say I eat McDonald's maybe three times a year. So I don't know if it's the hormones due to my pregnancy, but this is probably the best McDonald's I've had in years. I was really surprised that even my fries came out hot, and I liked my Big Mac a lot that I'm craving it now.

The service here is just awful. I ordered a medium iced coffee in the drive-through and was asked to wait in front for it. For a SINGLE iced coffee. Not only did I comply and wait in front, but they completely forgot about me and left me waiting outside in 110 Temps with my baby. I walked in after 15 minutes and talked to the manager, and he was completely unapologetic and really just gross. This location is the worst. Do better.

Manager here I'm pretty sure she a manager had grey button down, amazing she had so much too do and kept her composure and helped everyone who had questions or concerns, held it down with amazing service and stayed calm. This women needs raise, promoted or help if not I don't see this McDonald's doing as good without her

Ive had no problems with this mcdonalds before until now. I placed a mobile order for drive thru pick up, we went to pick it up. First window, the man said they had our order and to pull up to the next window. Second window, the woman says we don’t have that order, you must have placed it for 9930 W McDowell (we are at that location, its like she didnt know what mcdonalds she worked at) we pull out of line because shes so insistent they never got that order. We sit and figure it out, i have my receipt, proof of the order, im not crazy i did order for the right location.

We go thru the line again (its insanely long now at 5:30, order was originally placed just after 5pm, we went thru the line in the first place around 5:15) we go to tell them at the intercom that were back, the man says we have the order sorry about that, we get to the first window and the manager woman basically interrogates us and treats us like were liars or scammers. Examining the receipt, saying this receipt was made almost twenty minuets ago, we tell her that’s how LONG we’ve been WAITING. We pull up to the second window and the other woman from the first time in line says they dont have it. We argue, show the receipt, show my app, they give us our food. They say they were waiting for us outside??? No they were not, and if they were i placed this order for drive thru pick up.

Such a stupid ordeal, whatever. But i didn’t appreciate being interrogated. Very terrible customer service, the problem isn’t the mistake or the lack of organization but the way they treated us when THEY made the mistake. Usually mcdonalds give u like a free McFlurry card when they mess up, i didn’t want that, i just wanted to be treated nice.

Today December 8th 2023 Friday around 6:40pm we came for an Uber order. The manager on floor who was scared to give us her name because she knew she had acted with the most rudest and worst customer service I have ever experienced with my husband, kicked us out of their drive thru because for whatever reason they did not want to do Uber or door dash orders. Did not want to give us a reason why and she tells the poor boy at the window yelling at him to tell us to get the hell out of her drive thru. Obviously one wasn’t gonna hold back from saying something back. The boy wasn’t no where at fault. This manager needs training even during stressing times in the restaurant or needs her position taken down. I as myself who was a shift manager didn’t treat customers so poorly.

Don't come here if your black didn't feel welcomed at all at one point the cashier was about to skip me for another customer even though I came in before them and was waiting patiently. And when I asked to use the bathroom she made almost seem like she didn't even want to let me use it even though I was a paying customer shortly after taking my order I saw her go into the back which I hadn't seen her do for any body else's order but mines

This place has very bad customer service. I recommend you not to come to this store. You will have a bad experience. I

If I could rate this place zero stars I would. Their customer service is a complete joke. They are so worried about homeless people getting into the bathrooms that they refuse to let regular customers have the code to the restroom. My daughter asked to go to the bathroom the guy said hold on one minute I'll let you in. It ended up being so long my 6 yr old almost went on herself. They don't listen when taking orders. Overall experience was awful and won't be coming back.

Starbucks Aeropuerto Chihuahua

Excellent service and mainly fast so as not to have delays in your boarding.

Terrible service, if you ask for your drink to be without ice they charge you extra!! They won't replace your drink if they make a mistake! And although I ordered the drink without ice and paid the extra, they prepared my drink with the glass full of ice! Terrible service!

Good service but they marked the frappe I ordered differently so they charged a little more for the ingredients that are supposed to be included in the strawberry chocolate chip

Very sad that the staff of such a prestigious coffee chain give such poor service because it is a robbery that I ordered a large coffee and they gave it to me for half a glass when the cost is almost 100 pesos...and for them to serve it to me I complained about half of it, of course... and the person who helped me told me that this is their measurement and that this is what Starbucks coffees are like... terrible behavior and terrible attitude.

Falafel Cafe

Fire, straight fire this place is. Everything from the salad, chicken kebab, falafel we so good. It’s in the back of a building tucked away, but I promise you won’t be disappointed. Worth the price, most entrees $15-25 & you get a lot of food. Not pictured was my salad.

I ordered a vegetarian platter with a chicken kebab on the side.

The staff was very friendly and accommodating.

Delicious Turkish Coffee and I got a classic gyro with shirazi salad.

We also tried the homemade hummus. The pitas are soft and dip very well.

This food is wonderful, but some may not like it during colder days. It is very light, refreshing, fare with cucumber, tomatoes, and mint highlighted in many dishes.

I find it delicious anytime. Even though I don't live in this state, I highly recommend giving this place a try .

This was the best gyro I’ve had in Atlanta. Every component is super fresh, the pita was cooked perfectly, the meat was delicious, and the addition of pickles was a great surprise. Everything we had was wonderful and the service was very friendly and prompt. New favorite lunch spot. Awesome.

My wife, son and I had the best Falafel wrap and Platter in Marietta,GA Arash and his TEAM are simply the best.

Loved the environment. It was nice seeing how all the staff worked together. Everyone was friendly. I had the falafel wrap! It was amazing! Will be visiting often.

Starbucks San Pedro

What a breath of fresh air.  Everyone is so nice.   These guys rock and have earned 5 stars.  The guys from Distrito Uno could use some lessons on being friendly, in stock and how to adapt to different situations.

Of all the establishments I have visited, this is the best in service, customer service is excellent.

I love Starbucks forever. I ordered a chai tea latte with half milk. I felt it had a very light flavor, you could hardly feel the taste of chai. Next time I will order with extra chai. The spacious and comfortable facilities. Friendly staff. They charged me for a donut and in the end there was none and they gave me another one that cost less but they didn't give me the rest back. You have to be more careful about what you sell, so that you know there is availability.

The place was clean, the cashier was kind to us, the drinks were good. Especially the pineapple coconut one (frappé). And the other very sweet frappe we didn't like so much mocha with mint. .

I bought a thermos, it came with a label that leaves too much glue residue when you remove it, apart from the fact that it looks stained, it's very uncomfortable because you can't even hold it because it's sticky. That presentation looks of very poor quality, I expected something better for the 800 pesos I paid
