When i asked for help at the front  Instead of trying to see what was wrong she told me to just use the machines up front I notified her I had issues with it and she told me well you're gonna have to wait Customer service is lacking Customer service is  Lacking period If I can give A0I will give a 0 Will not recommend to anyone.  On top of that my food was cold This review is done immediately after I got my food The bag in her hand was my food

Eddie was so polite. He has great customer service skills and looks like a hard worker in your restaurant  fire the ugly people and hire more like Eddie! He served us . Check to see if we needs anything and was stocking your place and cleaning. I consider him an outstanding worker!

Johnathan and Dora were the best! Very friendly, and went above and beyond when it came to service. There was even some a-hole in the drive through who was talking down to Johnathan, and he handled it as a professional. Good stuff all around.

When I have to get McDonald's, I'll go here. Service is pretty good , it's very clean. Never had a problem with my order. Go there for the fries and HI C orange

They were a little understaffed, I understand the poor service.

What I don't understand is the french fries that tasted like they had been sitting since lunch (we ate around 8pm) and the stale burger buns.

I hope this was just a really off night. But I'm not sure I wish to chance it again.

Butterfield's Pancake House & Restaurant

Colossal breakfast. Omelette was fabulously made to order with mushroom, tomato, feta, spinach. Grits were tasty with not too much butter, and coffee had some body to it. Pancakes were delicious on their own so I ordered a second plate without the powdered sugar. Salad with poached egg was excellent. Hash browns were perfect, with a bit of crunch; I even ordered a second helping. Service from Tracy was impeccable.

From fast service to amazing food, this place is hard to pass up for a solid breakfast. They modernized the restaurant, which looks great. They have several employees who have been there for years, and should you become a regular, you’ll get to spot them. They take their coffee very seriously, always making sure you’ve got a full cup. They've got amazing pancakes and the best sugar-free pancake syrup.

Update! Greed has come to this restaurant as well. As much as we liked it before, we are now very disappointed! My wife drinks hot water with lemon , they wanted now to charge for hot water! ( They ended up not, but just the fact that they tried,) now they offer real maple syrup, but charge extra. A good breakfast place should offer real in the first place , anything to make a buck!
One of the best tasting breakfast places  I know! Servers are well trained, effective and friendly! Decor is a little outdated pancake house style, but food is excellent, have not had a bad dish yet. I hope they open one in Gilbert!

What a home run of a breakfast place!

We arrived at 915a today and were seated promptly. Our server Addison was the best I have had in a LONG time. She was super friendly, attentive, and was not over-bearing at all. She had answers to any questions we had and came in clutch when I asked for a single tortilla to finish my skillet with. Five stars for service alone!

The food was 10/10. I had the New Mexico skillet with over-easy eggs and a side of pancakes, and everything was cooked perfectly. The portions were perfectly sized as well. Our wait time was about 10min from ordering which means they know what they are doing in the back.

This place is absolutely our new favorite breakfast spot when we come to the phoenix area and we will definitely be back!

Everything was great except for those eggs!!!! I'm not used to soft mushy eggs. I don't know what they did to them, but that powder puff eggs weren't for me. Just give me my old-fashioned scramble eggs. For that, I have to take off 2 stars 1 for the egg and 1 for the food, not being hot!

This location added electronic door locks to the restrooms a couple weeks ago even though their main clientele is preschoolers w/ soccer moms and senior citizens just there to spend their morning reading the newspaper.  Their aggressive anti-loitering measures are puzzling when you consider they also recently built a new indoor playground.  It's really quite mind boggling that they'd want less people/kids to wash their hands or have easy access to a restroom.   No idea what they're thinking.  It's also one of the more expensive McDonald's in the area in terms of their menu pricing so you're getting bad value on top of it.

Ordered just a vanilla shake. Got home, I live 2 blocks away, my shake was pure liquid. I tried to call the store multiple times and no one answers.

Lady at the drive thru Monday morning with glasses and dark hair Maria? I believe is her name, She made my experience at this location very unpleasant, she’s rude and condescending. I returned my food because I refuse to give money to an establishment that hires unprofessional employees. Not what I need on a Monday morning.

It's a McDonald's, don't expect much. But if you work early hours, and decide to swing through, there's a 50/50 chance they'll lie and say they're only taking cash. Basically in an effort to get people who don't have cash on them to leave, and reduce the drive through line in the early hours.

Starbucks

Good ambience, there was little space to really have a private chat on one on one.
A bit of a confusing on getting your order if they don't call out loud enough.

I don't know in Mexico, Starbucks has a different flavor than the States... I thought was this specific store but sure enough in Tijuana is the same thing... The flavor does not feel like home...

This place is big and comfortable to be with the family and the coffee and drinks are good. The only reason they did not get 5 star is because the restrooms are dirty and  its cash only .

The service was disappointing. Extremely long wait and I was the only one in line. The product was great as always. If I didn't love Starbucks as much as I do the rating would be far far lower. Better a Starbucks with terrible service than no Starbucks at all.

When you’re the only one standing inside a store full of employees and they can’t even acknowledge when you speak, what do you think the food is like? The service at this location is a joke. We walked out multiple times while being straight up ignored while making eye contact with the employees at this location before leaving this review. If they don’t want to help or acknowledge customers, maybe get an office job? It’s sad how bad this location has gotten in the last year. Go somewhere else, save yourself the headache.

I went through the drive thru and the line went quickly and my food was ready when I pulled up. It was hot, fresh and tasty. One of the best McDonald's I've been to.

Quick. Easy. Correct!  I usually order some fairly complicated things like a double cheeseburger meal…with no cheese. They managed to get my food spot on and got it done fast. Happy customer today!  Thank you for the meal.

Was very happy that this location was open for in store dining until 10pm. Made a big difference and we appreciated it

10 min waiting by the order here, finally ordered happy meals with chicken nuggets, 10 min  later i get to the pickup window, food not ready and the same unfriendly girl who took my order ask me what my order was, i replied the 3 happy meals and she replied, how you want them with burgers? happened today at 420 pm hopefully the owner reads this.

I found this to be one of the most run-down, depressing locations I've ever been to, if not the winner.

The soda fountain does not work at all, the floors were dirty, and the eating area was a mess (which helps explain why no one was eating there.

I'm honestly surprised at how bad it was. Is this a franchised location that doesn't get looked at or a corporate location that was forgotten?

Extremely dirty, while they are slow they don’t send anyone out in lobby to clean. I ordered table service and they made me walk up to the counter to grab my order and had it bagged when it says done in. They only gave me 9 nuggets instead of 10. They had a spill when I walked in and it was still there when I was leaving after 30 min.

I was standing first in line along with two other people.. I was there patiently waiting for someone to come and take my order. There were THREE employees (two managers) just standing off to the side gossiping about a party they went to.. they weren't doing anything while talking just standing there talking to each other. They also made eye contact with me a few times but didn't bother to say I'll be right there,that's all I was waiting for!! I decided to wait a little longer just to see how long they're going to make us wait while they finish their conversation not doing a thing but no still didn't happen so I had to leave!! I am so appalled it's not even funny!

There is this old lady who says she is also the morning manager.
She is at the drive thru.
She is always rude. I am not sure if she is like that with every person or is just me.
This morning, I stopped there for a coffee she did not take my order, but when I pulled to pay there, she was, and she did not want to take my coupon in very rude manner like always. I hate to see people  with  this type of attitude at a customer service.

This was by far one of the worst experiences I’ve had. I went in for two breakfast sandwiches and a frappe. Nothing too crazy. I ordered through the app so by the time I get there it would be done or close to done. I pull up to mobile curbside pickup and wait 20 minutes!! I gave them the benefit of the doubt and assumed there was a breakfast rush but I just keep seeing cars alongside me get there orders and leave. After I hit the 20 min mark I decide to go in and check on my order. Only to find out it was sitting out and nobody had given it to me. I ask the cashier how long my frappe would take to be ready (that was the only thing I was waiting on now) he didn’t give me an answer and proceeded to walk away to bag other orders. At this point it’s been well over 30 minutes. I continued to ask about my frappe and I was being understanding knowing that breakfast rushes can get busy but I was not getting any answer. I eventually gave up and asked the cashier if I could just get a refund for the frappe so I can head out. This is when the cashier said “oh okay I’ll go make it right now” so this whole time he was fully capable of making it knowing I have been waiting well over 40 minutes for my order. At this point my food went cold and the worst of all is when I got home I noticed that my breakfast sandwiches were completely wrong. They gave me a whole different sandwich. I didn’t bother to go back or even call to fix it, I wasn’t willing to stand in line again for another half an hour.

It's a great McDonalds for a drive-through. Just note that the menu signs have gotten a little worn for worse in AZ heat and the speaker at the order spot is not very loud. Other than that, it is your trusty chain offering consistent standard of chain products.

One of the best McDonald's in Phoenix.  Very good service,  clean dining area.  Great coffee!

Update:  on a return visit yesterday morning my wife and I enjoyed another breakfast snack.  As  predicted things were the same as before - very good service and food, and they were very busy.

Service was amazing tonight thanks to Lydia working so hard. This is now my favorite McDonald's due to her. That women needs a raise or promotion of some sort. I also witnessed her hold her composure with a ridiculous customer.

I had the worse experience with the manager on 8/9/23  around 3pm he was a rude men ever he just make feel so bad just bc they made a mistake on my order and the whole time he was blaming on me and kept saying that I give him attitude since the beginning he did not stop arguing until I had to said a bad word to him normally I don’t like to treat people with disrespectful manner but he really push my button . He was definitely a a%%^>€€ as a manager he never give me any sympathy and either an apologize of they’re be half .  McDonald employees in general are the most unprofessional employees ever they made so many mistakes when we order and they get so mad. Very bad customer service .

It took over 20 minutes to get my food on a Saturday morning! The drive thru was full with only 1 side open. I decided to go inside. There were no other customers waiting and no employees at the counter. I placed my order on the screen which took over 5 minutes to work. I only ordered a sausage McMuffin hash browns and a soda. I then waited about 13 minutes for them to bring my order to me on a tray. The receipt showed take out in large letters. I told them it was takeout then waited another 4 minutes while they fumbled with a bag and put in the 2 items. By this time I had 3 minutes to get to work. I took the bag and ran out to the car. Then I realized they never gave me my drink cup. I went back in and waited several minutes for someone to come over to me so I could get the cup. Needless to say, I was late for work.

Poke Fuzion

I'm not going to lie about this but I ordered 3 sushi burritos and I got them under 5 minutes, I was very respectful and respected by the service and they made me feel comfortable while ordering, not only that it's very clean and the food tastes great. I'm definitely deciding when I should come back again!

Great. Yummy poke bowls. Gets pricey fast though. And it’s a very big dish, so I would recommend sharing with someone else.

I was recommended Poke Fuzion as a good poke restaurant with decent portion sizes and food. I came in for an early dinner. I ordered the poke bowl. I got white rice, salmon, albacore tuna for my two protein options. I got the eel sauce and the spicy mayo. For toppings I got the red cabbage, mango, ginger, corn, edamame, onions, cucumbers, avocado, onions crisps, sesame seeds, and the spicy crab. Everything in my bowl was really good. The staff gave me my money worth in food! Good portions sizes. Their staff was great with telling me what I could add in my bowl. I also got the taro boba milk tea, it was but I have had better. The restaurant was clean and had enough dining spaces. I will definitely be back! I would like to try their burritos.

Absolutely the freshest ingredients and fast and friendly service. Great value and each time we’ve been has been consistently great.

My bowl today was such a colorful work of art, I almost felt bad to eat it, it was so pretty!

But the crisp veggies and fresh seafood totally woke up my body. It’s an invigorating meal.

The best sushi burritos ever skillfully assembled with care.  The ingredients are fresh, delicious n innovative. They're a little more spendy than other inferior burritos we've had but 100% worth it!  We were in pig out heaven.

8001 East Indian School Road Scottsdale Arizona McDonald's location . This McDonald's is now out of control. I placed in mobile app order from home went to the restaurant and they gave me no receipt served me the drinks at the window and told me to park in space number one. I waited 20 minutes nobody brought my food out they brought food out for other people that pulled through the drive-thru. I went inside and asked the manager where my food was and why it takes 25 minutes to get two Quarter Pounders with cheese. she said you know what I'm just going to refund your money and cancel your order and if you don't leave I'm going to call the police and have you arrested for trespassing... unbelievable her name is Ashley manager Ashley has an attitude. My order was never canceled and it shows paid and I never received any food that's petty theft by a merchant. She cannot handle the responsibilities of being a shift manager or a store manager she has no customer serviceability she can only do one thing at a time she cannot multitask she is absolutely the wrong person to be running a fast food restaurant she's actually very dumb.. I'm a customer a paid Prepaid customer and she's telling me I can't have my food and if I don't leave I will be arrested for trespassing. I said you go ahead and call the police I'm leaving I have contacted corporate watch out for Ashley.. this is a franchise store and they choose who they want to employ there I wouldn't employ Ashley for anything she has absolutely no customer service abilities and threatens people it's no wonder that place has 20 cars wrapped around it when she's in charge. they're like turtles and slow motion. I have a call into the franchise owner they won't return my call . I have not been refunded my  money for the order they put the order through shows it's complete and that I received my food what a joke this place is a dump and has Dumpy dump managers named Ashley working there. a little kid who has no idea what she's doing. I don't know who raised her or where she went to school but she needs to take a good long look in the mirror and serve the customer when she's at work that's what she's there for and that is the only thing that she's there for. not to tell people to leave without their food that's absolutely ridiculous. if I was the business owner she'd be fired on the spot in front of the employees as an example of how you do not treat customers. you want to collect their money and give them their food so everyone is happy. you don't want an employee that causes any kind of troubles with customers she wants to kick people out of the store because she thinks you have an attitude and it's only her judgment who made her judge and jury someone with no brain just like Ashley. I will never go to this McDonald's again and it's unhealthy food for you to eat anyway. In and Out Burger is way better they should tear this McDonald's down and let In and Out Burger have the property McDonald's isn't even a good fast food restaurant. they are a real estate company they care about where their stores are on the corner of a major intersection. Tear this one to the ground and Let It Be In and Out Burger. I don't think the franchisee owner will ever call me or even read this review or even care about one customer but it's not just me she'll destroy your business just wait and see watch out for Ashley. one of the dumbest persons I've ever seen in my life and I'm a senior citizen too. She has no respect for her elders. she is absolutely out of control and ridiculous and should be fired on the spot you watch and see they'll make her store manager that's how dumb this McDonald's is it's like hell.

I'm going to be honest, the only reason I come here is because they are 24hrs and working nights limits my choices. I don't eat out often at work, and when I do, I still try and avoid this place. Last night was a reminder of why I avoided it. I get a 30 min break. Did I forget to pack lunch? Yes! But come on, you see me in scrubs. Most likely, I'm on break, right? Taking my order completely bothered was one, then doing everything at the pace of snail was another, asking what sauces I wanted for my nuggets 2x, then still forgetting to put them in the bag? Really 😑 when I went back, he still looked bothered like I'm the one who messed up 😔. I'm not a rude person, so I know it wasn't me. I get it, I hate my job sometimes, too! But can we just be a little more cautious of people's time 🥺

This has got to be the worst Mc Donald’s on the planet, I ordered a number 1 large I get a small fri and the young man that gave it to me did not even say thank you for coming. So I go inside get it fixed and not one of the ladies in the Blue shirts even acknowledge me for 5 minutes so I walked out, then I get home to this is my big Mack. When we are paying $10 for food and the people making it don’t even care enough to make it right this is the last time I will give you any more money.

I ate at the McDonald’s at Indian School and Hayden yesterday morning about 10 AM hoping for breakfast. Since no breakfast menu came up on the electronic ordering screen (even though most McDonalds serve breakfast until 11AM), I opted for a Big Mac, fries, and an iced coffee.  The iced coffee was good, but it was all downhill from there. The meat patties on the Big Mac were almost inedible.  They were extremely dry and tasteless…like chewing cardboard. The fries, usually a strong point for McDonald’s, were mediocre at best.  It’s just my guess but I suspect that both the fries and the meat patties had been sitting in warmers for significantly longer than what the corporate guidelines suggest.

In addition, the restaurant was dirty. Although they were not especially busy, no one was cleaning up, despite the fact that there were literally no clean tables.

This was my third time eating at this particular McDonald’s and I’ve had similar experiences each time. I won’t be back, which is unfortunate as this is the closest McDonald’s to where I live.

Something is very off with this McDonald's. I've been going to McDonald's for years and years and never once have they gotten my order 100% correct. They always forget something. But I don't mind because it's what I expect from them and it's just what you expect when you go to McDonald's. But this location gets my order correct every single time no matter how much I change things. It's just not the same as it used to be and I just want to be able to go home and open up my bag of McDonald's and realize that I don't have the dipping sauce I ordered, and have to whip something together in my kitchen real quick in order for my kids to stop crying. I feel like our McDonald's tradition has been ruined.

As soon as I walked in the door I was greeted by an employee with a smile on her face and a very kind greeting, and then the manager took care of my order. The manager, I do not know her name but she was very professional and kind and she seemed to have a solid grip on everything that was going on at this establishment, she is the reason I am writing this review. I don't say this very often or even at all when it comes to a fast food restaurant but I will say it now, kudos to all of you who work and run this McDonald's restaurant just off of cave Creek Rd and bell Rd  in north Phoenix, AZ keep up the amazing and awesome work that you do in order to keep them coming in for more.

I think it's time to bring down the arches!! The burgers patties got so thin you could write a letter on them and the prices are ridiculous!!! I suggest eating at any of the other fast food hamburger places and skip mcdoodles lol

So we got food from this McDonald’s through Uber Eats. The nuggets were burnt and too hard to eat. The Oreo McFlurry wasn’t mixed. The sweet tea was good but yeah everything else sucked!

They ordered four apple pies they only brought me two of them. I told them they owed me two more. They came back with one and said they didn't have anymore. I said then you owe me some money back. The guy said we don't give money back on mobile orders. I said then I guess i'm calling the corporate office. And I did.
