Walmart Supercenter

My goodness this is a large store and amazingly clean with the amount of traffic this place is has.
Shelves stocked and employees everywhere for a change it felt like compared to most Walmarts these days.

Visited today and quite the movement in clearing Halloween and getting Christmas in there. Looked efficiently and making hell great progress.

Not sure how long it will stay like this or employed like this. But nice as of this moment I can say

Walmart is always a challenging task. This time I got hyped Almond Flour is expensive and I thought there was a sale on it for the bigger size, nope in the wrong spot and literally no spot where it was suppose to actually be!!! Annoying was originally 17 + dollars

Well, I had just come from Ross on this visit where I waited in line to buy three things over 20 minutes. Walmart had no line at self checkout, but it is so difficult to get around in the store during Christmas season. That isn't the stores issue how ever! Folks just need to be courteous to eachother.

Every time I order something here for delivery there out of something. Some of the most basic items. Soda, ramen, potatoes, boxed dinners, meats, spices. Its gotten to a point that am thinking of shopping somewhere else. I tried to order ramen yesterday and apparently yall were bone dry of it. Always something, for a superstore I expected better.

I'm great. Place to stop and get majority of your everyday needs. For the best experience, highly recommend having the Walmart app and utilizing Walmart pay. Also, the shop and go function within the app is very helpful to get in and get out quickly.

My only issue with this Walmart is the lack of anyone at the jewelry counter. - Why I removed a star -  Unless you go there when they first open for the day, the odds of getting anyone in that department are low. Thankfully the automotive manager Nathan was more than willing to help when I needed a new watch battery not too long ago.
To all of you people who complained about the customer service; YOUR ATTITUDE has a lot to do with how they respond to you.

Absolutely horrible customer service. The little girl at the check out wanted to throw attitude at me because I asked her to get a manager for me. Better hope I don’t catch her outside

Very friendly and helpful employees. Always has checkout employees ready. Way better walmart then the others !!

This location is very clean, the isles are not crowded and there were employees available for all of my questions.  All of the employees I encountered were helpful, polite and had smiles on their faces. I was also impressed there were several registers manned by cashiers.  It's the first time in a while that I have been in a Walmart that the manned registers outnumbered the self checkouts.  The employees took pride in that fact and it was refreshing to see that.  I also liked that there were benches to sit, I brought my 87 year old Uncle who uses a walker and it was nice he could sit and rest while I did some shopping.

Miserable place. The lunch from the deli gets worse and worse every time and they never have anything cold to drink. Have to carry my own condiments in my car because they never have any available. Come in after a hot day at work to get a cold drink and their refrigerated drinks are room temp. Frustrating as ever. Do not recommend.

I love Walmart. Really. But it just feels so disorganized with stuff everywhere, not to mention it’s hard to find what you’re looking for without whipping out your phone. In terms of prices, doesn’t seem much cheaper than target if you do price matching in the store. I come here for frozen food and some pantry staples, anything else I might check out Ross or target online for much better deals. My kid likes the toy section and I appreciate they have some affordable options. The photo center was good. Their return policy is much better than target’s but it’s a shame I don’t buy much here besides food.

The guy in customer service couldn't answer a basic question or any OTHER questions. The next person directed me across the store because she couldn't help me either. Finally got someone who was willing to try but had to ask 3 other employees how they could assist me. This took 30 minutes but at least I got what I needed accomplished!

Why does Walmart make the Salvation Army sit outside to ask for donations? On my visit to this store, it was snowing, and the gentleman taking donations looked cold. Let's do better for the people who do so much for the country.

I would rate the store a three due to just overall disorganization with the main isles, but I give a One Star For my extreme dissatisfaction with the behavior of a few of the managers at this location.

One example is On 11/29, I witnessed one of the managers berating and yelling at the staff in front of customers. This behavior was COMPLETLEY unacceptable and having created a very uncomfortable and hostile work and shopping environment.

I was shocked and appalled by this managers actions. They were clearly frustrated with the employees, that is clear, but there is no excuse for treating them in this way. This managers behavior was unprofessional and disrespectful, and it has left me with a very negative impression of this location.

I am also concerned about the impact that this behavior is having on the employees. Being yelled at and belittled in front of customers is a humiliating and a demoralizing experience. This manager clearly fits the stereotype of why Walmart Associates dislike their managers

I am worried that some of the behaviors by some of the managers is causing the employees to feel stressed, anxious, and undervalued. The behavior and interactions I have witnessed over the frequent trips is unacceptable and should not be tolerated.

I hope that Walmart will take steps to ensure that this type of behavior does not happen again!

The new checkout system is horrible. One long line leading to an employee asking ‘cash or card’.  Answered - card.
Then had to wait for him to find a register.  Lots of confusion. Get to cashier and she decides to give my wife instructions to making the perfect Chex mix. Taking her time to check us out, not realizing the enormous line of people wanting to check out.
It looked like Black Friday crowd.  The store was not that busy.

Pretty good store overall not really that packed in there. No masked required. I came in for a few things for my kitchen and grill, ended up leaving with more than I planned. Self check out line is smaller than most places, but still a fast check out. Nice layout of the store, and pretty clean store for the most part.

Bought item online had it ready for pick up. Was told it was ready, got there and a kid comes out with a bag of birdseed. I looked puzzled rolled down window. He said I saw your name on this and I knew it was not right. I brought it anyway to ask, I said I ordered a garment rack , he said I am sorry we are out. I said I received a email it was here. I said I will call supervisor inside. She answered, I verified she was the supervisor and explained to her. She said, I am too busy to look into it right now I am sorry. I said seriously?! She said yes I am sorry. I was extremely busy that day hence online order. But I got out went in and there was one on the shelf. Again, a company overwhelmed trying to keep up with demands. A simple solution would be turn off online orders for that store that day when short handed.

This is a nicer walmart. The staff are.mostly nice and accommodating.  The stock is sporty in the dry goods however their food delivery is actually pretty good!  It isn't the best grocery store, HOWEVER, it is one of the nicest Walmarts I have used.  The pharmacy and staff deserve 5 stars as.they have been extra nice!

It’s 12/5 at 2:49 in the afternoon. You have 1 lane open. And one self check out open. Walmart this is a joke. There is no excuse for this during the busiest seasons of the year. You want to be cheap and make us do self check out. Then have the lanes open. You have enough money to pay employees. Corporate greed at its finest.

It was nice... I wasn't expecting it to be a chain.  Very neat & clean.
Steady flow of customers on a Sunday afternoon.
Was surprised by their hours.  Open later than I expected.
Everything tasted wonderful... I was just shocked by the bill. It was as much as our lunch for the day.
3 drinks & 5 pastries $50+🥐🥖🍰🍮🎂🧋☕️
Don't get me wrong... everything everywhere has gone up... it was just a little surprising.

A nice and cozy place to hang out with friends and get good pastries. Every time I go there I feel like to try all the varieties. Love their peach tea and baguette sandwich. To be frank, the food is not cheap but every once a while we should treat ourselves with food we enjoy right.

Wow, wasn't expecting such a huge variety of pastries. The lunch options were delicious as well. I spent a few weeks in Paris and this place is laid out like the pastry shops over there. Food is just as good too!

I had Bought the mango cake on a Sunday to celebrate a birthday on a Monday.  There were molds on the fruits on top of the cake. I brought this to a birthday party and oh my goodness I was so mortified when they saw the molds and I didn't. I have never been so embarrassed.   The worker who helped me when I bought it was already rude, but when I called and complained about it, the worker was even more rude. He was asking if I properly refrigerate it right away. Of course I did!  I'm not an idiot but to try and to place blame on customers???? C'mon.  He just gave me a whatever attitude.  Never going back there again and I will definitely tell friends and family.  I paid $45 for the cake, they made it seem like it's given freely to me. Hard earned money down the drain.  I wish I took a picture of the other slice that was covered in mold before my friend threw it away.

The vast assortment of pastries sweet and savory was  both beautiful and delicious! There is also a selection of sandwiches and bottled beverages.  I enjoyed the iced Americano. It took me quite some time to finally select an almond pastry. There were so many to choose from. Staff was friendly and polite. There is both indoor and outdoor seating. Both very spacious. Definitely worth your time. Ample parking and easy access

Didn't exactly love it , I was there late afternoon and it was Busier than hell.😳😩😢 But they had a guy at each of the 2 sections, directing people to the self check outs. As they came open . it's gotten crazy since it's either cash or card,can't do both on the same machine..😵‍💫 I got to do two lines that day the money center also. But it is a nice store and big and has almost everything.

Hip hip hooray, I scanned my own groceries, bagged my own groceries, and showed proof with my receipt. Walmart dirty. Aisles are very narrow. I saw a poor lady in an electric scooter having a hard time getting into the aisle. I rarely go there. Not a fan.

I brought a vehicle in to fix a flat and was 4th in line when the vehicle service counter opened at 7:00 am.  At 9:30 am the service on my vehicle still had not been started and all the bays were empty. At 10:01 am my vehicle was finally taken back. Walmart may want to hire a few more mechanics.

It was great the only thing they didn’t have what I wanted! I was looking for a Spider-Man action figure/toy, but it was zero available maybe because of the holidays.

I shop here often as my go to for weekly grocery shopping. My pet peeve is incorrect pricing, especially on mark downs. This happens quite often. I take pictures now of the posted price to show the employee working the "pit". So not only do we have to check out ourselves, we have to be their price checkers. Sam would be so disappointed with how his company is now. Update 9/22: I am further disappointed in the employees. I understand the employees that have to shop for customers picking up their orders, but they should be courteous to the customers there shopping. Today, I had one run into me like I wasn't even there. He seen me clearly but kept moving his cart towards me. Never excused himself or apologized. Then He turned into next aisle and almost hit another shopper. This isn't the first time this has happened. This needs to be corrected immediately.

I mean what can I say it's a Walmart super center. I can say this though. The staff are willing to help if you ask. I've never gotten attitude even when they are busy. And they try to keep the shelves stocked at this location, you can tell. Because they seem to be packed all the time but have consistent stock on most everything.

Husband is here for work and new to the area. He ordered groceries for pick up on the way home after a 10hr shift.
Got 2 text messages that groceries were ready for pickup.
Got there and let them know what pickup spot. After waiting 35 minutes and no groceries as the person next to him got there after him and was getting hers, he went in to talk to someone about it.
First he was told there was no order there for him and said he could be at the wrong store, he showed the employee the order with that address on it…. After the 4th person and 30 minutes later he got his order. Not a good first impression at all!
Not even an apology from any of the employees either.
2 stars because at least the order was correct.

I order my groceries for pickup and have not had a bad experience yet. The items are always fresh and I  get what I ordered. If any items are not available they make me aware of substitutions and/or other options to pick from. The staff typically greet me, load my groceries within 5-10 minutes of arrival and have always been friendly.

People stranded in the mountains trying to out run an avalanche with no chance of a rescue team ever being able to arrive to save one single soul would undoubtedly be much  happier and friendlier than any employee I have EVER come into contact with at this store!  Not to mention that this store is the least organized and the lowest trained store of any of the locations throughout the United States!

They have disrespectful as people that work there they think it's ok to throw change at you the. When you walk away they start laughing but and lie and say everyone else that came up after me was there first get better and respectful works or your going to end up getting law suit because of your workers

We finished shopping for 13 grandkids on 12/23, and the store was still navigable and products available. It didn't take as much time as you'd think, and the cashiers were very speedy. The employees were fairly jolly and the store had a good feeling. Thank you, Walmart employees! You rock! Merry Christmas!

Waited over 45 minutes for pick up. One guy spent 10 minutes  on his phone in front of the door . Another guy had to deal with a messed up some poor girl order. Watched 4 cars just drive off w/o their order. Was hoping it’d speed things up for me but 20 minutes later still waiting

Literally takes 45 minutes just for someone to be able to help you unlock an electronic. Might as well get rid of the department if we can’t even buy anything. Like there’s 3 people there and instead of handing to key off while checking out the other customer they hold on to them like it’s not that hard bro

Store to go just a great story to go to and you don't have to worry about a lot of people standing around the store and begging for change and the beautiful lady that worked there is amazing great personality okay thanks a lot God bless this is Antwan the tall guy brown skin stay down the street I will continue showing and sharing great news about the store

The employees are extremely rude and obnoxious! I was detained and accused of shoplifting over a $6 bag of chicken from the deli that didn’t get scanned. Instead of taking me to the register to pay for it, they decided trespass me and have the police write me a citation for shoplifting. Mind you, I have my receipts that show that everything else was paid for. The Walmart staff and Walmart cop kept accusing me of giving them a fake name, because my name didn’t come up in their system. I have never been stopped nor accused of shoplifting ever in my life.

Another Walmart, at the shopping area of East Kellogg and Greenwich. Pros: incredibly nice greeters, organized conditions and clean presentation on the home and pharmacy side, except for the always-depleted vinyl section. Cons: produce and grocery conditions can be a mess.  If you have to go, the left side is the best side.

Me and. My 15 year old daughter went in to this Walmart thinking we could buy all the things we needed for our Thanksgiving. In peace That was definitely not the case. We went to check out and there was one person scanning we decided to go to the self checkout. And we went to self checkout. With 2 carts over 400$ dollars and. They decided to mean mug us and continue to stare at us and no one else there was one worker at the time we arrived at self checkout and. Then 4  workers came and worker called a security. Guard to watch us check out our items   we feel highly disrespected and won’t be back. I work very hard to make the money I make trying to give my family and friends a joyful holiday ! Have people work to check out others not self check out

The automotive department is an absolute joke. No hurry in any of the workers, took 10 minutes for someone to come out and greet us. Don't go inside, though, because they will tell you you have to go back outside and wait after waiting in line for an extra 10 minutes. After an hour and a half of walking around Walmart, I was then told they couldn't find any leaks. Don't get me wrong, I understand sometimes that happens, but if they had a little more lead out of their shoes, they wouldn't have been as backed up and they wouldn't have had to take so long to figure out that there wasn't a problem.

I went to get two new tires put on my daughters car. The lady at the counter laughed at me and said. "Good luck with that". She said there was a 5 hour wait. To which I wouldn't have minded. I could have picked up the next day. I just wanted to drop the rims off to have NEW tires put on them. Time nor money was an issue. I had two new ones put on it 6 months ago. I had them rotate the old tires to the front. Come to find out these tires were out of date. This shop should have never rotated them to the front in the first place. It is illegal to do that and a huge liability. Thankfully I check over my daughters car. And caught this problem before a serious blow out. Thankfully nothing bad happened to her. I would seriously recommend never going here. Not only are they rude but they do not do the most basic thing as in check the date on tires. What else do they not do? I won't be finding out. I will be going to discount tire from here on out. I have bought tires from Walmart for 20 years for any vehicle I've ever had. It's one thing to be rude. But it's a whole other thing to rotate bad tires. Especially to the front where they become steer tires. My daughter is 17 years old. If you have kids I would never let this Walmart touch your or their car.

I have an older stick shift car that if someone else owned they would probably soup it up. I took it into the service center for an oil change and when I picked it up it had 4 more miles on the odometer and the guy said something about if I wanted to sell it he knows someone. I dont have a dash cam so I cant say for sure that they drove it but I wont take my car back there. Be careful if you have any car that could be considered cool to some young car guys.

It's been a very long time since I been to this location and will definitely be the last time.  Please have more available register I never felt so uncomfortable while checking out my items it was only me and another gentleman and to be stare down like a hawk is pathetic. I had to look around omg just crazy to me.  I know some of y'all are doing your best to make ends meet we all are.  But that right there Stare down and then there a line like Sam's club checking everyone receipt.  Just bring the old method back we're people can communicate with the customer again.

I would give this walmart a two out of five. The appearance of the store could be better. It would also help if they would have more registers open. One whole section of them was closed off. Also, the customer service section was extremely understaffed. I waited over thirty minutes to return something and there was only one person ahead of me. There were multiple staff that could have assisted but the only person who was working, was some poor disabled woman who was not receiving help from other team members. It was also extremely cluttered by the customer service department. See the attached pictures…..there was also significant clutter all over the store, again, see attached photos.

My sister-in-law was shopping there on 12/23/2023, it was near closing time which being from out of town she didn't realize.  The security guard came and told her it was time to go.  She turned towards the back of the store to get my son and niece and he stepped in front of my sister-in-law telling her the front of the store is the other way in a nasty tone.  At that point my sister-in-law spotted my son and her daughter and they tried to go, but the jerk of a security guard had to get one last snide remark in about not picking up 15 more items on the way out.  I quit shopping at Walmart already, but they lost my sister-in-law's family as customers as well!  To be clear she never attempted to do more shopping nor did she argue with the security guard.  I get be frustrated with people trying to shop as long as they can, but that was not the case here.  Be nice until it is not time to be nice, unless you are a Walmart security guard I guess.

This the closest market center of Walmart near me. But , not too crowded today. My youngest son came over to my place and took me to store, for what was really needed. God 🙏 Bless my children, I Love my boys(2), from bottom of my heart and soul. Praise God, Hallelujah!!!! 🙏.

I would like to apologize to the person in the front who was asking to see my receipt. I didn't laugh and walk by because of you, you're great. It's mind blowing that a billion dollar corporation is leaving loss control to a 40 year old woman making $16/hr while an off duty cop stands feet away with a pistol. This is Nebraska, anyone can now carry a gun with no permit. Please employees of this Walmart look at UPS and what a union can do for you. You are worth more!
