Walmart Supercenter

I love Walmart. Really. But it just feels so disorganized with stuff everywhere, not to mention it’s hard to find what you’re looking for without whipping out your phone. In terms of prices, doesn’t seem much cheaper than target if you do price matching in the store. I come here for frozen food and some pantry staples, anything else I might check out Ross or target online for much better deals. My kid likes the toy section and I appreciate they have some affordable options. The photo center was good. Their return policy is much better than target’s but it’s a shame I don’t buy much here besides food.

The guy in customer service couldn't answer a basic question or any OTHER questions. The next person directed me across the store because she couldn't help me either. Finally got someone who was willing to try but had to ask 3 other employees how they could assist me. This took 30 minutes but at least I got what I needed accomplished!

Why does Walmart make the Salvation Army sit outside to ask for donations? On my visit to this store, it was snowing, and the gentleman taking donations looked cold. Let's do better for the people who do so much for the country.

I would rate the store a three due to just overall disorganization with the main isles, but I give a One Star For my extreme dissatisfaction with the behavior of a few of the managers at this location. One example is On 11/29, I witnessed one of the managers berating and yelling at the staff in front of customers. This behavior was COMPLETLEY unacceptable and having created a very uncomfortable and hostile work and shopping environment. I was shocked and appalled by this managers actions. They were clearly frustrated with the employees, that is clear, but there is no excuse for treating them in this way. This managers behavior was unprofessional and disrespectful, and it has left me with a very negative impression of this location. I am also concerned about the impact that this behavior is having on the employees. Being yelled at and belittled in front of customers is a humiliating and a demoralizing experience. This manager clearly fits the stereotype of why Walmart Associates dislike their managers I am worried that some of the behaviors by some of the managers is causing the employees to feel stressed, anxious, and undervalued. The behavior and interactions I have witnessed over the frequent trips is unacceptable and should not be tolerated. I hope that Walmart will take steps to ensure that this type of behavior does not happen again!

The new checkout system is horrible. One long line leading to an employee asking ‘cash or card’. Answered - card. Then had to wait for him to find a register. Lots of confusion. Get to cashier and she decides to give my wife instructions to making the perfect Chex mix. Taking her time to check us out, not realizing the enormous line of people wanting to check out. It looked like Black Friday crowd. The store was not that busy.
