I drove from Oklahoma to have my car done. I did the 2 step paint correction and ceramic coating, and it’s beautiful. I absolutely recommend Doctor Detail DSM!

Kamren and Kirsta are the most amazing people. I received my mom's jeep from her estate and it was a very emotional time for me.  They took it and made it look like the day mom had purchased it, handled it with love, cared for it as if it was their own.
When I pulled in the drive to pick it up it was amazing from top to bottom.  It brought tears to my eyes, you have no idea the love and affection they put into their work even the engine looked new again.  I will definitely be using them again and will be recommending them to my friends and family.  Let them know if you see this!

I have a 2007 Lexus LS460 and I am picky about how it looks and how I care for it. Due to health issues I could not detail it myself, so I decided to give Dr. Detail a shot. When they finished there were a few spots that I had to point out (remember I'm picky) and they corrected them on the spot. Overall an excellent job (see attached photos). Floor mats, seats and carpet are difficult to clean because of the color and material, again and excellent job.

Excellent customer service and a true master of their craft. Extremely happy with how clean my car is. I highly recommend Doctor Detail!

Had a wonderful experience.  They did an excellent job.  We bought a used Durango that had a lingering odor of what smelled like chicken feed.  Dr. Detail was able to get the smell out.  The vehicle looked great when they were finished.

Used CarGuru’s to locate the kind of vehicle I was looking for. There happened to be one available at Paul’s, which was just up the road from my home, passed it every day, but never paid attention to see it. Went in, was met with a friendly face, asked to test drive vehicle, Sasha got me all hooked up. Drove it around, was happy with test drive. Purchased vehicle as is. Three weeks later noticed an issue with my windshield wipers, reached out to Sasha, took it in to have it looked at, they immediately figured out issue. Scheduled appt  for a week later to get it fixed. I’ve had an oil change since purchase, it’s mechanically sound vehicle. Great experience, great vehicle!

I don't really want to even give them a full star. Yes the people seem pleasant however that doesn't make up for the unforthcoming experience. First tried to test drive truck wouldn't start next day said they got it started. Next week tried to test drive again wouldn't start finially got started to test drive and the car behind it wouldn't start had to wait for battery to charge. Then test drove decided to purchase the vehicle only filled out all paperwork just got ready to sign tittle to find out after asking that it had a salvage title. Pointed out it wasn't on the website. Nor during any conversation was this disclosed or info volunteered. Then was told all there vehicles have prior salvaged titles. But this isn't disclosed anywhere. Nothing against salvaged tittles however that this wasn't disclosed tell it was specifically asked is not right. So walked away without purchase no bank will finance a salvaged tittle vehicle and drops the book price of a vehicle in half which they still want close to reg book value for there vehicles.

Got a nice vehicle for a good price.  Sasha was very nice to work with.

Owners seemed pleasant however we have had our vehicle less then a week and the transmission is going out😡 almost 5k for a vehicle that immediately needs transmission repair! Very disappointed

I only used the car wash.  I never would have if I'd known it was $20!  First time through, I wasn't paying much attention because I was still in shock about the price, WITH ABSOLUTELY NO OPTIONS ON WHAT KIND OF WASH, and I neglected to put the car in neutral.  It rolled me through in a minute and the only part of my car that even got wet was my back window.  I went inside where the gentleman did give me a code for a free wash and instructions.  Second time through the car got washed, but not well. I will NOT be back for any services at this location.
I usually was my car at "DIY" washes, and can wash it 4 times for what this cost.
Lesson learned.

Customer service is good. My complaint was handled immediately. However, the carwash is not worth $20 at all. After two washes (1 given for free by the lady upfront) my car was still not fully cleaned. Also this carwash used to have 3 options.. now you are forced to buy a $20 carwash which is honestly robbery. Won’t be returning for a wash here.

Usually the best prices in the area. Very fair. I appreciate it.

I have no issues with the store, but that car wash was awful for $20. My car barely looks better than before it was washed.  What a ripoff!

Solid experience, above what I would expect. Shawn was great to work with. The only reason I'm going 4 stars is the car needed a lot of routine maintenance right after I bought it and I wasn't aware of that - it cost a lot. Made an amazing experience merely 'good'.

Not unhappy about it though, still feel like I got a good deal, and appreciated all the work Shawn did to help me out, including getting the vehicle brought down, waiving a deposit, and helping with a warranty in case there are major issues with the engine in the near future, as well as covering some repairs.

Martin Luna helped me find and finance my dream car. He listened and worked hard for a win-win! Their service folks got it ready and let me know about battery and breaks that would need service soon. The price was right for this most excellent vehicle and I paid a small amount to a local mechanic to get it in tip-top shape. I could easily resell this FJ Cruiser for  thousands more than I paid , but I won’t because  it’s a perfect fit for me!!!

I bought a truck yesterday at Berkenkotter Motors in Parker.  Shawn Carrollwas my sale guy.  The experience was great.  I mean, really, how many times can you say that when purchasing a used vehicle.  Shawn is very knowledgeable, he is professional and fun to work with.  Most of all I trust Shawn and Berkenkotter.  Friends had recommended Berkenkotter to me.  So, when it came time for a used truck purchase I called Shawn and am happy I did.  I've also been using Berkenkotter Motors Repair Shop in Castle Rock for 10-years plus.  They do all my maintenance.  They're trustworthy, do a good job and stand behind their work.  If you're looking for a used car, give Shawn at Berkenkotter a call, you will be happy you did.

Was definitely told they'd reach back out to me about who has my toll transponder, they definitely know who I am, the original location I called in Parker didn't answer so when I called the location in Brighton someone answered and laughed at me and said I deserved to have someone rolling around with my toll transponder when it was a mistake on my part to even leave it in (I believed I had pulled it and it was my garage transponder for a previous building I had rented in). This was literally a mistake and everyone there is literally treating me like I deserve to be punished with $100's of dollars in tolls for this mistake - I'm expected to be a nice guy while they expect to be allowed to mean spirited and provide zero assistance when the assistance requested is literally just a couple of phone calls. Ly__ette has my number, knows who I am, knows which vehicle is causing the issue, has never called back, and the guy who answered at Brighton was just plain mean.

Expecting me to be nice while whoever used the transponder gets off scot-free on tolls just isn't ethical no matter how it's sliced.

Get in touch and get this sorted out and I will remove any bad reviews - I just want the tolls that the person using this transponder is racking up to get paid, I don't want any money. I still have no actual proof that it wasn't one of their employees who did this, either, so providing proof of who does have it and getting this sorted out is just the right thing to do.

There not always open 24/7 the lights are normally off around 12:00 am. still wouldn’t let me in at all even after I wrote this review the guy wouldn’t let me in this place needs to be shut down until you find people who can do there job

What I love about this gas station is the car wash, We bought an annual car wash card and we wash our car daily with less than $1 a day what a deal go check

I have been going to this gas station almost daily to buy Red Bull and cigarettes for the last two years. I have purchased cigarettes from Miss Georgie SO MANY times over these last two years..  today I went in to buy cigarettes as usual, handed my ID over and Miss Georgie refused to sell me cigarettes, four packs of them to be exact. I am 28 years old, I have been buying cigarettes for many many years. I have never ever ever been refused cigarettes as long as I show my ID. I had to go out of my way and drive all the way down the street to the next gas station to purchase said cigarettes, because Miss Georgie refused to sell them to me!
Won’t be coming back to this gas station any more!

Adding to the bad reviews. I bought the buy two get 1 free car wash. The day I bought it the printer didn’t work so I had to go inside and get the tickets. The man and lady said it’s 30 days to expire but don’t worry come in if you don’t use them and we will accommodate you. It’s literally rained all month. They are a few days expired so I go in to get them reactivated. The women was so rude and disrespectful, talking over me, making me look like I’m a liar! Made me feel like  I’m trying to get something for free??? Listen I paid for them! I don’t understand why she wouldn’t just give me a ticket and thank me for my loyalty! Or talk me into another $80 card! Bad service! You should never treat a patron like this. Owner… she is not good for business!

DO NOT use the car wash if you plan to get a package. Twice and it’s been out of receipt tape so you won’t get a code to cash in the other washes paid for. The first time the cashier gave me codes (younger) but said they all expire in a month so that was a waste but at least I got some of the washes. The second time, different cashier (senior woman), wouldn’t give me anything and told me to speak to a manager who I can’t get a hold of after many attempts.

This car wash damaged my car and the manager is keep telling me his insurance company will contact and he doesn’t want to provide me his insurance policy. I’m going to get a police report and suit them and will also file a report Better Business Bureau (BBB). I have given them enough time (more than 15 days). The corporate (Shell oil company) told me it’s privately owned.

Awful experience walking in to this store, there were 3 cashiers talking in their language not acknowledging customers walking in or in line.  When I’m about to pay the cashier walks away without saying anything until I say hello I’m ready to pay then after a second cashier with the worst attitude not even saying please just giving orders tells me to go to the other side of the corner, he gets mad and tells me give me $2 when my drink was less then $2. I don’t know what he thinks treating woman like this he needs to remember we in a free country where you treat people equality.

Showed up “open 24 hours” and was not. Apparently closes at midnight.. Air Pump was cut. Dude working just stared at everyone while he was counting his drawer instead of acknowledging us customers to let us know they were closed.

On the bright side, you can definitely purchase a tire plug here.

All pumps stopped at 11:40pm on a Monday night - you can’t even pay with a card. Why?? Ridiculous.

This place has the worst car wash!!!! I paid $15 and my car looks exactly the same when I came out of there. Don’t waste your money.

Went in to buy a pack of cigarettes ,and the lady (Tesga) was so incompetent. She didn't know how to use a Marlboro app coupon.
Been in 6 stats with this app with no problems.

Best gas around.  It last a lot longer than any other. The convenience store has a wade selection of snacks for on the road.  Great prices & sometimes free stuff:)

can’t pay at pump with my debit card, so i go inside to pay. i try inserting my chip, it doesn’t work. weird. she tells me to tap, but i don’t have tap. so i think “swiping my card will have to do then!”. the machine instructs me to swipe, i do, and….”sorry we don’t accept swipe” what? the machine says it’s fine? “nope no swipe” so how am i supposed to pay? how are people without chip or tap supposed to pay?

Racism, allowing people to pump gas while smoking fire light cigarettes 🚬, it’s like it’s being handled by their own type of race . Always a mess and never in any order

The cashiers are always quick and efficient. They do not fake smile. The station is clean and well- maintained, though it is rather old. The gas is quality and they accept my Kroger gas points!

Don’t go to this place. They steal money off your card by over charging you then tell you to complain to the bank to get it back. They took my last 20 bucks for food the next day. I went and argued with the attendant who put me on the phone with the owner and he refused to give my money back. I REPEAT DO NOT GO TO THIS GAS STATION. I honestly hope they go out of business.

This place not only tries to rip you off it stinks to high heaven! You need nose plugs. The guy at the counter tried to scam me and scaned my items more then once. I pointed out what he did and he said it's 3 items.. I said yeah I bought three things but they are not all the same prices!!! So lazy!! They probably earn a fortune scamming people!!!

Very good customer service and a very clean store

Stopped at this gas station to get some gas on my way into work where the clerk was helping a lady get some ice. But also having full blown conversations with her . Took him at least 10 minutes to help her get ice while me and another dude standing the store on attended I ended up walking out because I have to go to work and I need gas and I don't have time for you to sit there and flirt around with some girl and give her ice for her carrying it to her car . It's nice but she young and very capable.  let her grab her own ice and continue helping your customers . It just seemed really unnecessary to take her out there to go look at the ice 1st then you guys both come back inside to pay for the ice then you go back outside to help her grab the ice and carry it to her car which is not even a foot away from the ice bin

Dirty and cluttered. $8 for a small box of Fruit Loops cereal and gas is .20 cents cheaper half a mile down the road.
Cashier tooks forever to check us out cause he kept zoning out to something above his head. Told my husband the total and my husband attempted to hand him money and wound up tossing it on the counter since the guy was staring at the ceiling. I'm assuming sports show or drugs. I got fed up and grabbed our items and left before I got rude back.
If you're in a RV the parking lot is not RV friendly, we parked across the road.
Maybe it's just a Texas thing but no greeting upon entering either, real friendly.

Overall, gross and overpriced. Do not recommend.

Idk why they are doing self check out in a convenient store. There is absolutely nothing convenient about that. I personally refuse to use them. If the attendant can’t check me out I’ll goto another gas station. 90% of the time the self check out scanners can’t even read your items efficiently and I have to ask an attendant for help anyway. Make it make sense.

The gas pump working would be cool.   The call attendant button pictured (next to the handicap sign) working would be cool.  The tap to pay working would be cool .  The credit card machine for the carwash working would be cool.  Literally any thing working would be cool

Only shell in town that when you type in your fuel rewards info it shows how much it'll take off per gallon but doesn't actually do it. They're scamming people here and they know it.

It's a gas station. Good lighting, plenty of pumps, good price most of the time if you get cents off with the gas rewards.

love this place the people are amazing the gas prices are phenomenal and can't beat any of the prices especially on their energy drinks
