This car wash damaged my car and the manager is keep telling me his insurance company will contact and he doesn’t want to provide me his insurance policy. I’m going to get a police report and suit them and will also file a report Better Business Bureau (BBB). I have given them enough time (more than 15 days). The corporate (Shell oil company) told me it’s privately owned.
Awful experience walking in to this store, there were 3 cashiers talking in their language not acknowledging customers walking in or in line. When I’m about to pay the cashier walks away without saying anything until I say hello I’m ready to pay then after a second cashier with the worst attitude not even saying please just giving orders tells me to go to the other side of the corner, he gets mad and tells me give me $2 when my drink was less then $2. I don’t know what he thinks treating woman like this he needs to remember we in a free country where you treat people equality.
Showed up “open 24 hours” and was not. Apparently closes at midnight.. Air Pump was cut. Dude working just stared at everyone while he was counting his drawer instead of acknowledging us customers to let us know they were closed.
On the bright side, you can definitely purchase a tire plug here.
