The Cheesecake Factory

I've been here twice. This time I tried their Baja Chicken Tacos. They were absolutely amazing and will definitely be a repeat order for me. Our waiter was great and did a wonderful job on helping us make up our minds. Everything was great and it's another must on my list of restaurants to go to when I'm in the area with my work.

Peyton was an excellent waiter. We appreciated how speedy he was and attentive. Food was also excellent. We recommend the jambalaya and the new chili crunch shrimp pasta. And you can't go wrong with cheesecake of course

I'm still sad that the potato bites are no longer on the appetizer menu... they were sooo dang good! I hope they return sometime in the future! ........ ahem.... hint, hint, hint! This time around, we decided to split an entree as the portions here are so very generous.. We had the Parmesan Herb Crusted Chicken dinner with the included mashed potatoes, and my friend subbed out the green beans for Mac n' Cheese for their side. As always, the chicken was delicious! Perfectly moist and fork tender! This dish comes with three chicken breasts, so there is plenty to share or take home leftovers for another meal! The mashed potatoes were perfection and loved the skins being left in... I didn't have any of the Mac n' Cheese, but it looked really good, and my friend ate every bite while saying how delicious it was.. We also had the Cheeseburger Spring Rolls as an appetizer... they're one of my favorites! It is such an interesting combination, which blends well.. I think so anywayz... After all of that, we didn't have any room left for cheesecake, dag-nab-it! Which means.... we'll just hafta come back!

Cheesecake Factory at the Greenwood Mall was a great choice for dinner. It wasn’t crowded, staff was friendly and helpful. The food was delicious. The brown bread as a starter with butter was great. We also had the Dynamite Shrimp which was delicious. My wife had the beets and avocado salad as a starter which she enjoyed. The Sheila’s salad was my selection for the evening and it was way more than I expected. I needed help finishing it but I did. It was a great choice and very flavorful throughout every bite. My son had the flatbread pizza, I had a piece of it, and he finished all of it. Very tasteful pizza. My wife had the Tuscan Chicken meal. The dish was a delicious meal, however, she had an unfortunate issue with the new cooking process for the chicken. The new chicken cooking process, which the manager came out to explain after we informed the waiter of the rubbery condition of the chicken, needs to have the chicken cook a little longer to cook throughout. Her chicken wasn’t cooked long enough. They were apologetic and and removed the meal off the tab. We appreciated the manager taking the time to explain what happened. He took the plate back to the kitchen to show and explain the issue to his staff. I appreciated that act tremendously. Overall a great experience with world-class professionalism exhibited when faced with an issue. Thanks CCF.

Once again if the "price" isn't listed on the menu ASK - it's definitely not rude. What is rude is how many restaurants are being plain deceitful by not listing their prices. Especially for drinks! Cheesecake factory can make all the excuses but the fact of the matter is; when you get your bill and it's 15.50 that ends up with a sticker shock bill. Furthermore I ordered "orange chicken" it was dry and lacked flavor and it was $21. At a normal higher end Thai restaurant It's 16$ and drinks are $10 - a more reasonable and fair price. This is another restaurant that is pricing themselves out of business. As the consumer tightens - restaurants like these get squeezed. I can not recommend this place to my friends, family or followers and definitely a place I can't afford to return to when other places offer a higher quality meal and drinks for a much lower cost.
