Pizza Hut

I've gone here many times while I'm at work. I usually order carry out. My food is always delicious (jalapeños, chicken, veggie of choice). My latest interaction: I ordered, got a work emergency, and didn't make the expected pick up time. I didn't want them to think it was a prank call, so I called and let them know I'd be 45 minutes late. I arrive around the new expected time, and they'd made my pizza fresh for me. I thought they'd just put it on a heat rack. I was so happy that they worked with me.

HORRIBLE!! Definitely not worth the $50 bucks I spent!!!! The family pasta is more like a personal pan bowl...and it looked like someone ate half of it. Took 10min to remake and it looked like the just spread it back out and added some cheese!! NEVER AGAIN!!!

They still have the best pizzas! The young lady who works there does an excellent job at taking care of customers and keeping the place clean and running smoothly. She deserves a big raise and people need to start tipping her better!

Ordered take out meat lovers , recieved Supreme. Didn't notice till I got home ( 10 miles ) away . Called to tell them after a five min hold time a young lady answered and I tried to tell her my complaint but she said she would have to connect me with main office and she did . I was on hold for 45 minutes before giving up and hanging up . NO I will not use pizza hut again !

I absolutely love Pizza Hut pizza but when the service is less than mediocre I get frustrated. If you schedule to pick up you better call first and make sure they are cooking it before you actually get there to pick up because they likely aren't! Twice now they have dropped the ball and I schedule it for a reason 🙄 to have it on time and ready when I'm ready. Pretty sure that's the purpose of offering to schedule the pick up in the first place. Get with it!!!!
