I ordered 14 medium pizzas for the crew for lunch. They were fast, and everyone was happy. THANK YOU! I did call the day before to prepare them (please have courtesy folks).
Excellent job. We will be ordering pizzas for lunch again from them.
I ordered the New Yorker with pepperoni and pineapple. It came with hardly any toppings on it. I spoke to and I showed the manager and he said that is how it comes. Long story short, I gave back the pizza and got my money back. On the way out the door, the manager said," it will be like that at any location."
Before leaving, I took a picture of the pizza. Then I went to DOMINO'S PIZZA and ordered a simple pepperoni and pineapple pizza. A picture was taken of their pizza for comparison. Plus, DOMINO'S PIZZA was less expensive and had a greater amount of toppings.
My personal pepperoni pizza was delicious, as always with Pizza Hut. I'm a huge fan of their individual pizzas.
The service was excellent. My pizza came out piping hot. They had a deal going on that day (a Thursday) that was less than $7 for a personal pizza with a drink. I'd say that's a pretty good deal for this 2023 economy...!
Also, they had Bob Ross on one of the tvs, so I can't complain about that!
After placing my order online (I paid for 2 pizzas and was trying to redeem my hut rewards points for the cinna sticks), I noticed that my rewards item wasn't part of my confirmed order. I called the store & spoke to an employee name,Isaiah.
I explained the situation & asked if he could check the order on his side to confirm if it went through.
Isaiah said he did not see it as part of my order. I then asked "how can I make sure it gets added to my order or what can I do to not lose my points?" He said, "That has nothing to do with me on this end."
I said I understood that it was not something he could physically control on his end but asked if he could explain the process of how I can redeem my points or ensure that I don't lose the ones I was trying to use. He then hung up on me.
I called back & spoke to Chris, stated he was the general manager. I explained what happened & he too was rude. I cancelled my order and asked for a refund.
I also reached out to the corporate office to discuss my complaint as I'm still waiting for my refund!!
I then ordered from another pizza hut store where the customer service was much better, Thanks Mason location!!
Pizza hut is just not the same anymore
I got a pan crust pizza , it's usually my favorite but now Domino's are better and I usually do not like Domino's but they are way better now plus you get nooooo meat little Caesars put more meat on pizza then them ! I had a medium pan pizza and two slices had either no meat or just one sausage on it 😔 depressing and the cinnamon rolls are overrated
