Pizza Hut

Every time we order from Pizza Hut it is a roll of the dice. It's either great or disgusting. The other night we were missing on of our wings on delivery. We called & were told they would send it out on another delivery. Did we ever receive anything? Nope.. Did anyone ever call and say anything else or offer a refund? Nope.. I would never recommend this place to anyone & will be staying away myself after this last straw.

It takes forever if you order delivery but what we were told last time when we went to the store looking for the pizza they said they only had one driver so I can't be mad at them. It's not like they were just being slow or anything and I love their bbq pizza so I deal with it!

What a fantastic experience at the Pizza Hut in Montevallo! Ordered their Meatlovers pizza for take-out and it didn't disappoint. The crust was baked to perfection, the toppings were generous and the blend of meats was truly delectable. Every bite was a delightful symphony of flavors. Kudos to the team for maintaining such consistent quality. The pick-up process was seamless and the staff were friendly and efficient. Highly recommend this spot to all pizza enthusiasts in and around Monroeville. Can't wait to come back for more!

Food was fresh & hot. The person working was kind enough to wait a few minutes past closing for me to pick up my order. I got lost.

Every time I order here I have issues. They constantly leave out the sauces I have to pay extra for. They are also more stingy than mcds when it comes to sauce. When you order wings, the wings aren't even fully covered in the sauce. So fine, I'll spend the extra 50 cents for extra sauce. Only about half the time does the sauce actually show up. Also, why are my deliveries being made through doordash. Is doordash getting the tip I'm leaving on the pizza hut app??
