Pizza Hut

This was an odd Pizza Hut location. It appears that even though they have dine in seating that their focus is on drive thru or delivery. Rather than a waitstaff coming to your table, you have to go up to the counter to order. As near as I can tell, salads are not an option - and I really love Pizza Hut's creamy Italian salad dressing. Our order was brought to our table for us and eventually we were provided with plates and flatware. Drinks are self serve, which is fine. Napkins were readily available. As for the food, the Canadian bacon pizza and cheesy breadsticks were okay. My dining companion really liked the breadsticks. The best thing I ate was the chocolate chip cookie/pizza. I am not sure that we will return to this location. I feel like there ought to be better pizza options available in Batesville.

We were coming through Batesville late on a Sunday night on our way to southern Texas. Eating late on a Sunday night does not leave you with many options. We were pleasantly surprised by our choice. The food was deliciously fresh! The service was fantastic. The establishment was super clean. The food also came out super quick.

Very nice waiter named John greeted us the moment we walked in and we were seated immediately. He was excellent and made sure we were well taken care of. Very attentive service. Personal pan pizzas delicious! The menus are new and clean. All employees are smiling and friendly. Excellent service. Would give the 5 stars but the ceiling is filthy, especially by the air vents. Building needs maintenance, especially cleaning the air ducts and ceiling around them in the dining area. Yuck.

Would give a 0 if i could :) GAVE US THE WRONG ORDER. Wouldn't give a refund gave "store credit" (I'm not ever going back so) Not to mention the lazy worker. At the window who was on her phone and kept peeking through looking at us which was very irritating & annoying she was acting like a child looking into a candy store so tbh it was very disrespectful. Would not let us talk to the manager instead they went and "talked" to them. Horrible service all the way around.

We ordered 2 pizzas and it was so sad! First of all, the pizza was dry and tasteless It wasn’t even hot it was cold. And the crust was so hard you couldn’t even bite it without Breaking it in half with your hands. Some parts of the pizza slices where uncooked on the Bottom. We couldn’t return it because this was for a party And I was in a hurry because there was guest waiting for me. The guest were very sad but still ate the pizza and threw away the hard crust this made me feel shameful to give my guest this pizza. For this it deserves 0 stars because it was expensive And I got not even slightest bit of good taste in the pizza I think this pizza seems like it’s been made 2-1 days ago And only been reheated again for my order Wasn’t even fresh at all. This was so shameful.
