Pizza Hut

I never had a problem with this store till my last couple of orders. Two different occasions I ordered the super supreme’s. The first time I noticed hey this pizza is uncooked thoroughly. Cost of pizza these I mean common. I went on and cooked it further in the oven thinking new cook. Going to jets pizza my next couple of times. Finally decided I would give the super supreme another shot guess what uncooked, raw dough in the middle, box is like sagging underneath with the weight. Call the store told him hey you guys need more quality control. His reply was that in the future order it well done! What never ever have I had to order a pie well done. That they aren’t having problems with any other pizzas. Turn on the oven and bake it on 350 eight minutes later turned out to be 12-15. Ridiculous!!!

Ordered pizza, chicken and other items, and after waiting over an hour called about an update and the lady rude and obnoxiously said it would be almost another hour wait; finally decided to go pick it up. I was missing an item and after eating half the chicken we realized it was still raw, and slimy in some places. Called and waited 10 minutes to be hung up on, called back and was told they would go get their manager. After another 15 minute wait I hung up and called back, waited another 10 for them to answer and was told I would have to be transferred to customer service, so don’t know why I was lied to about a manager coming. At the end of the day this was by far the worst place I’ve ever ate at; RUNNN SOMEWHERE ELSE!

I’m so disappointed with my order. My pizza was dry and crunchy, even my 6 years old said it’s bad. Waste of money, food suppose to make you happy especially when you spent money but I’m disappointed.

I ordered a supreme pizza on door dash because they do not deliver in my area, and this Pizza Hut made a cheese pizza instead. When contacting Pizza Hut they told me I had to call DoorDash. They said they would get it re-ordered. My second delivery came hoping we’d get our supreme pizza and lo and behold. We open the box and it was a Cheese again we just got our credits back we don’t want delivery, but a system is broken. I hope somebody can fix it so it doesn’t happen to someone else. I attempted to call about my issue to the Pizza Hut and was hung up on after I spoke of my issue.

No stars for the Parker CO pizza hut! I ordered a Philly cheese steak pizza and when I opened the box all I could see was cheese. On a large pizza there was maybe 10 little slivers of steak barely any onions or peppers!!! NOT HAPPY! NEVER AGAIN
