Pizza Hut

My order was marked out for delivery at 6:15 pm. About 45 mins later it still had not arrived. Called to check on it and found out it had never left the store. I canceled the delivery and drove to pick up. Was issued a partial refund and an apology this morning from the manager but still wanted to report to make sure this is seen my leadership. We won't be ordering from this location again. ETA for delivery was 6:05!!!

Tried to order tastemaster on line for $10.99. After picking my 3 items the price jumped to $12.49 before tax. I called the store young lady put me on hold to find out if I could place that special over the phone. After waiting for 15 minutes on hold I placed my order on line with Domino's. User friendly app and they took care of me. Obviously pizza hut doesn't want my business but that's ok because Domino's does.

Rude manager kept calling me ma'am after several times telling them otherwise. We ordered food to be delivered at a specific time. They sent it out an hour early, then acted like i was stupid for asking why. Im not sure who this manager lady is but she sucks.

So here goes, first of all, Pizza Hut, your app sucks! It lets you go through the whole order the kicks you out on the payment! Then when this happens, what do you do? Pick up the phone and call the store. Tell the individual you are having issues with the app, response is, " we have nothing to do with the app" , let's talk about that. You work for Pizza Hut, so my feedback should be noted, then following that comment, we are out of dough! Here's the thing if you people Do Not want to work, quit and move on so customers such as myself who want to spend our money with the business can withthe store than do so !!!!! This is more of a complaint towards the poor staff at the store, if you do want to work, Quit, go hide in the corner somewhere and let them hire someone with customer service skills who wants to work! You applied for a job at a pizza place, you knew what it involved when you took the job, so do the job or move on !!!!!!

Ordered pizza after a huge storm swept through our town and we had been without power for several hours. Placed an order online and received a call from the shop immediately after, explaining that they were out of some ingredients after getting super slammed with loads of business due to the circumstances. The staff very patiently explained our options and a new timeline for completion of our order. Our food was ready for pickup exactly when they predicted. When I stopped in to pick it up, there were only two staff members present, working super hard and fast to complete a huge number of orders. When I commented on their small numbers, I was told some of their employees were not able to come in due to the widespread power outages. The counter staff member was super friendly and helpful to all customers in line ahead of me, despite the challenging circumstances, and our food was just as hot and delicious as always from this store, and made just as we had ordered. We really appreciate the staff's efforts during incredibly difficult circumstances. Our food and this interaction has been a bright spot in this ordeal for us, as we continue with over 30 hours without power.
