Pizza Hut

Came here picking up 2 ubereats orders on Friday morning 12/1/23, the manager working there gave an attitude and threw ticket on the ground. He said he’s annoyed delivery drivers shoving their phone on his face. I did not do that, some names are hard to pronounce and I just want to make sure people getting right items. He then threw 5 personal pizzas on the counter without any labels or bags. It’s really easy to get mixed up as I am there picking for 2 different customers, 2 for one, 3 for the other. Past picking up experiences were no problem just this time, this guy definitely needs some anger control lessons or quit working customer service jobs.

I moved here a few months ago. I loved this pizza hut. My orders and pizzas were perfect. I bought pizza once a week. The last 2 times my pizzas are sloppy and barely any toppings. I paid for extra pepperoni and 2 of my slices had 1 piece of pepperoni on them. I always pay for at least 1 extra topping on every pizza. This time not only were my extra toppings barely there, there's so much sauce my toppings fell off my pizza crust. I purchased a cookie and the bottom is burnt. I can't say I will be ordering there on a regular basis. I'm not sure what has happened but hopefully they will get their quality back. It will be a while before I go back.

I won’t do this on yelp- but in my 72 years, I’ve not had a worse pizza. My grand children insisted on Pizza Hut. It’s been 30 + years since we ordered from your store & we won’t ever again. Pizza was picked up early, and was like a cold hard cracker with a pizza “like” substance on it, only in the middle, at least 2” from the outer crust. a couple of frozen ones would have been more enjoyable. 0 out of 10.

This company has ruined their business. They won’t deliver to us when we could walk their. They put you to a over seas call center and do not support American jobs. They finally transferred me to the local store and since their system couldn’t find my address and said my house don’t exist in their map and they didn’t want my business unless I want to pickup. They are hands down the worst company to deal with and need to get people that are local to answer the phone. Let’s boycott Pizza Hut for not being supportive to local communities.

Second time ordering from this store and it was terrible again. Ordered the stuffed crust and the pizza looked and tasted like it was made from the day before and just re-heated. Absolutely terrible.
