Pizza Hut

I'm only going 2 stars because the employee that was there was very nice. The pizza was burnt, dry and tasted like it's was left over from the day before. The wings looked and tasted fresh but they were dry also.

Not really ever had issues here. One time they took longer than should of. They threw in something free can't remember what it was. I wasn't complaining it wasn't a big issue but it was nice they did that.

I would give negative stars if I could! Very disappointed in this Pizza Hut. I’ve ordered twice this month and both times pizza said would be delivered in 30 min. Pizza never came and I drive there and they closed! Manager was not sympathetic and just said oh we left before your order came in. Tonight she called to tell me they were out of edge pizza crust and she was cancelling my order so I can resubmit another order. I immediately did it and still didn’t get my pizza. Just sad! Kids hungry at home and disappointed again! Never again, I’m at Donatos Pizza now getting pizza. So sad looking at all the complaints and nothing has been done but a generic response message from the owner………….. Thanks for reaching out to us. We hate to hear this. Beware all DASHERS don’t come to this Pizza Hut every single person in this restaurant is rude including the managers. They take the orders even after you have already accepted! Then will cause a problem with you! Yet say you’re the problem. I wouldn’t ever come back to this store just for the sheer fact that they have bugs crawling on the counter and don’t understand customer service.

UPDATE: 01-03-2021 I did the online survey at the bottom of this review as per the response from Pizza Hut. It was a complete waste of my time. Pizza Hut did NOTHING to make this experience right. They could care less as is shown by the number of negative reviews regarding this restaurant. They are only open 5 hours a day and still can’t do things right. I was not offered a refund or replacement for my ice cold food and was informed by their cooperate manager that they have decided to let DoorDash do their deliveries for now on. So, if you want a pizza delivered from Pizza Hut, just order it directly through DoorDash. No sense in paying a Pizza Hut delivery charge or tipping a Pizza Hut driver, because they are contracting it out. DO NOT ORDER DELIVERY FROM THIS PIZZA HUT!! I placed an online order for this Pizza Hut on November 29th. When I placed my order, the website stated 25-35 minutes for delivery. An hour AFTER I placed my order, I called the restaurant to see what was going on. Lilly, the manager, insured me that my pizzas were on the way, but to be patient because she only had one delivery driver working. 45 minutes later, I received a text from DOORDASH that my food was on the way. I called the restaurant back and Lilly admitted that my food had just left the restaurant. I paid a Pizza Hut delivery charge and added a tip for the driver when I placed my order online. Regardless, 2 hours and 20 minutes AFTER I placed my order, a DOORDASH guy pulled up in my driveway in a rusted out Camry with a headlight out. He was not wearing gloves or a mask when he walked up onto my porch and set my ice cold food on our bench. $65 for food that we had to microwave. I filled out an online survey / complaint and the only person who responded to me was Heather Haggard. She told me that some guy named MIKE would be calling me about this bad experience. MIKE never called. MIKE, if you are reading this, I believe you are a big part of the failure of this restaurant. We ordered Domino's for dinner tonight and it arrived piping hot in 30 minutes, by the way. You are one of the reasons why my kids make fun of me for still liking Pizza Hut. They say it went out of style a long time ago and laugh when I suggest it. Well, they are right. You are getting left in the dust. Papa John's, Domino's, Donato's, Monicals, Piezanno's and many others are doing a much better job and actually value me as a customer. I suggest that MIKE and LILLY go to work at Little Caesars. That sounds more like their speed. You are an insult to the Pizza Hut brand and I will never order from you again. I attached the photos of my cold pizzas, texts and receipt below.
