Pizza Hut

Had to place my order over the phone because the website was having issues. The young man who helped was super nice, very professional. I was impressed. So when we arrived to pick up our pizza, I was surprised at the complete 180 for customer service. There were three employees sitting out back, assuming they were on a break. No problem, breaks are important. We rolled up to the pickup window, and proceeded to sit there for almost 5 minutes while people walked by without acknowledging our presence. When someone finally came to the window, there was no apology for the wait (5 minutes is not long, but when you're not even acknowledged it seems longer). We'd requested plated with our order, but we still had to request them at the window. Awful customer service.

My wife loves Supreme sandwiches and not many Pizza Huts carry them. Here, however, the still do and my wife was over joyed. Salad bar was basic but full and tidy. Sandwiches were hot and very tasty. Staff was delightful.

One star was more than I was willing to give. Stood at the door for 5 minutes. Finally seated ourselves then got yelled at for sitting on the wrong side and 1 hour into our experience we have to get a refill. Don’t come to Berryville Pizza Hut if you are looking for good service

I love my local pizza hut here in my small town of Berryville, Ar. The servers are always pretty and helpful

Edit 10/4/23 Had the entire place to ourselves basically the entire time we were there. That was so nice. Tables are kinda weird. Very cramped spacing in there. The waitress we had was great. Very attentive, polite, professional, and beautiful voice ( I heard her singing under her breath. You know who you are. We chatted. Keep singing girly). The pizza tastes better than I remember (the cook did an excellent job), and we will definitely come back. 😊 Previous: Food is good for what we have available in the area. It just really erks me that the $10 off a $20 purchase coupon doesn't work in conjunction with the "deals" so there's no point in doing the survey. Also, disappointed that the $5 per item deal is gone.
