Pizza Hut

After having a not-so-great experience on our first order, I left a review and to my surprise, someone actually reach out to me and made an effort to rectify the issue. We reluctantly decided to order again with a much better experience. Great work Pizza Hut, you've retained our business.

What Happened to you guys? I used to love Pizza Hut, this last experience has destroyed what little enjoyment I got out of going there. I understand the economy is bad but $70 dollars for 2 pizzas and an order of 16 wings? In this economy that is just unacceptable. When you factor in that neither pizza was particularly good, one of them wasn't even done right, and the wings were once again reduced in size you get a pretty ugly picture. I won't be getting Pizza Hut again anytime soon, if ever at all. Even if the pizza quality was better that's just too expensive. It's just not worth it.

Tried to do contactless curbside pickup. When we arrived, it said on the board it would be ready in 5 minutes. After 15 minutes, we finally went in and the lady said she had no way of knowing that we were there because we never responded to either a text or a prompt in the app (she wasn't sure which we would have gotten, but that it should have probably been one of them) Well, we never got a text and there was nothing inside the app to say that we had arrived. So our food sat there for 10 minutes and then we were blamed for that. By the time we got home (we live about 10 minutes away and they refuse to deliver to us for some reason) the food was cold. Never even got a "sorry for the confusion" or anything, just blamed us despite us not doing anything wrong. PIZZA HUT, DON'T OFFER CURBSIDE PICKUP IF YOU CAN'T DO IT CORRECTLY!

pizza hut has managed to increase the price during shrinkflation. there's no more value in their food, portion sizes are half what they used to be and cost more than before. if you want fast food pasta stick with fazolis and get better tasting food at more affordable and justifiable pricing.

Ordered pizza melts and thin crust pepperoni. Both were very dry. We had just thrown out pizza bites cuz they were so dry-pizza hut was n better. Too much money for dry pizza
