I cannot praise Brad's outstanding service at Pizza Hut enough! Our experience was nothing short of exceptional. Despite the numerous changes to our order for the party, Brad went above and beyond with his exceptional understanding and unwavering kindness.

I have to admit I eat pizza hut a lot and I like Pizza Hut in general but my experience at this store was sub par. Of all the hundreds of times I’ve ordered pizza this store was the first ever that I made an order online and 20 minutes later they called to let me know they were out of stuffed crust that I’d have to get another crust. That alone was very disappointing. Then the pizza took 40 minutes to be ready to pick up. They didn’t offer any discount for this and I had to ask for the difference to be deducted for the extra I paid for the stuffed crust. I would’ve rated this worse but the employee working seemed like he was the only person there and obviously doing his best. The pizza still tasted good, it just took forever and didn’t have the stuffed crust 😒 I’d eat somewhere else the next time I’m in town.
Edit* Got delivery again and it was great, but the driver informed me the $6 delivery charge dosnt get paid to them!!! This made me very angry as these drivers weren’t getting the $6 unpaid as a “delivery fee” Now i know to tip more!
Pay your drivers the delivery fee!
Been ordering here for 5 plus years, i’ve had the pleasure of Jeff i tbink last name started with an L) Always kind courteous and even helps being in garbage and packages! This is customer service that rarely exists these days!
First time ordering here and the pizza was pretty good. We wanted to try the New Yorker and would recommend it. The wings were good as well. Great customer service and quickness in receiving our order.
