Pizza Hut

We ordered delivery tonight. It has been a while since we came here for pizza; and I was reminded why the moment I opened the box. We ordered 1 - cheese pan pizza with extra cheese and 1 - pan pizza with sausage. The images are not for sensitive eyes. How in the world did these leave the store like this? What "quality control" standards do you have? We tried to call and no one answered. Not what we ordered and not even edible. Went to a competitor.

Today I was sick and I wanted to order some pizza, I havent had Pizza Hut in years so I tried their "Big New Yorker." This location is 0.4 miles from my house, so when they said it would be 30 minutes, that made a little bit of sense. About 30 minutes later I get my pizza, I opened it and the slices are jumbled all over the place and the pizza is cold. And on top of that, the flavor is borderline not there and the crust is hard. On-top of this, the dang pizza, delivery fee, and two marinara packs were $27! After tipping the driver, I ended up spending $32 for one of the worst pizzas I've had in an exceedingly long time. Never. Again.

Zero stars. The dough is SO HARD. It hurts my teeth to chew it. & I have braces so I really shouldn’t be eating this hard pizza. It’s dry. Thin. I ordered *hand tossed.* And tbh, I think they consider this hand tossed. But it’s thin and dry. Looks & tastes like thin crust, 5 day-old pizza. Will not be returning.

The pizza is lacking its signature flavor and crispness, leaves alot wondering who else can make better pizza? but your not supposed to out pizza the hut but this hut is being blown away by its competition. Less speed and more care for presentation and proper preparations helps a great deal.

Friendly was friendly but ordered a pan pizza 3 topping special pepperoni, sausage, and jalapeno. Toppings were correct but very skimpy. Paid for extra cheese, barely any cheese. Asked for extra sauce and well done, pizza was dry and if that was well done then regular cook would be just a warm at its best a frozen pizza.
