Pizza Hut

Pizza Hut is getting ridiculous. We order large stuff crust with parmesan sauce, with chicken bacon and onions with an order of cinnamon rolls. We had it delivered. First off, I guess they didn’t have deliver drivers so I received a text that door dash was going to deliver it. I’m like ok. They get here and sit in the drive way for about 7 minutes on the phone so finally I had to open the door like give me my food. Open the box and it’s not what I order and it was burnt. The person who made it didn’t even try to look at what we order. They made red sauce with only chicken and burnt. That was the whole purpose of me placing for delivery so I didn’t have to get out. I took the mess back up there and got a refund. We always order from Pizza Hut and here lately it seems they are getting worst by the day. I wanted my refund back for the delivery tip also because she just sat there talking on the phone but the lady said she couldn’t give that back. We were very disappointed especially cause we order all the time from Pizza Hut.

Best Pizza Hut in town. I live near so I get carryout and can order a pizza and it's generally ready in 15 mins. Never had an order wrong or a over/undercooked pizza. The melts are on point too

The online pick up needs work. I called to let them know I had arrived they put me on hold and never got back to me,went inside and got my order within minutes. The store was not busy at all so why was I put on hold. Luckily the pizza was decent.

Kiddos loved the personal pan pizza but I was extremely disappointed that a Pizza Hut Melt wasn't offered that was vegetarian. The store manager also said no substitutions to make it vegetarian were allowed.

Every time we order for delivery, the food is always here faster than time estimated and it’s always hot. We’ve never had bad food or an incorrect order from this store. The delivery staff is always friendly, but professional.
