Pizza Hut

This is how my pizza was delivered to me! This my second time ordering from here and my food has not been correct. The first time I called and told them the wrong food was delivered and all I was told they could credit my account $5 and it was never credited the $5 and this time my pizza looks like someone has played in it!!!

The customer service here is terrible & disappointing. The manager there today on 11/25/23 had the most terrible customer service I’ve experienced, and I have been in customer service for 10 years. They never smile, are rude and condescending, and talk in a patronizing tone. The order was running 20 minutes late when we got there, and we had to wait another 10-15 minutes after we got there. We ordered 5 pizzas online for a birthday party: 4 pepperoni, 1 cheese. For the cheese pizza, we asked for extra cheese instead of a topping. The woman at the desk greeting us with a sour face and said “Are you the girl who ordered 5 pizzas?” We were told that they tried calling us for clarification of the order, because the instructions were not clear. (Not sure what is so hard about extra cheese..) We did miss the call due to us being at the grocery store next door getting groceries. She lectured us on how we ordered incorrectly and that they would not be able to give us extra cheese due to the price difference being $.40 short for extra cheese. I offered to pay the difference & asked if they would accept that. She said she could do that if we canceled the entire order, throw out all the pizzas, and re-make all the pizzas. I told her she could just re-do the one pizza, or just add a little cheese to existing one as it would melt. They would literally be put $40 if they did what she suggested. I said don’t worry about it. We’re in a hurry, and the pizzas were supposed to be done 20 minutes ago - extra cheese or not. We just want a cheese pizza at this point. That female employee was not nice at all. Normally in a situation like this they would just say “I’m sorry. We were not able to add the cheese” and move on. The manager came to explain all of this to us in a very rude, patronizing tone. I finally said to him “stop talking to my mom as if she’s stupid, and go get the pizzas. We’re in a hurry at this point.” He went to get the pizzas, came back, and said “Since there was some confusion regarding the toppings, let’s open each pizza to look at it and make sure it looks okay.” He opened each box obviously as slowly as he could. Asked us, as if we were children, “Does this look okay?” We said yes to the first 3 pizzas. He then stops & says “Is there a problem?” I finally said “No. Give us the pizzas!” So we got the pizzas and left.

Worst Pizza Hut I've ever had. They didn't really put any sauce on the pizza and to get a normal amount of sauce, you have to pay extra for it. The onions were burned. The pasta Alfredo had virtually zero alfredo sauce on it. The cinnamon mini buns or rolls were undercooked. I tried cooking them more but the cream cheese icing tried to burn. Worst meal ever. I would never recommend this store nor will I be ordering from them again. A waste of $46!

If I could give a 0, I would and Iam not a person who makes public reviews, but today got me. They delivered my small very simple order. My cinnamon sticks are very old, hard as rock and stuck in the box. Like, who sends somebody food like that?! I called and spoke to The “manager” Nancy (who was very unprofessional and nonchalant) and she told me that they could remake it but not deliver it because they have No drivers. That’s understandable if you’re short, but What’s the point of allowing delivery then?Obviously I chose delivery for a reason. This experience was a complete ripoff. She also told me that they do no refunds. Hmmm, They quick to take your money though. I know, It’s ok until you experience the same thing or worse.

Best Pizza Ever. Exactly what I ordered. So for years I have ordered pepperoni lovers or magnifico or ultra or whatever you like to call it. And all I have ever gotten just your plain ordinary pepperoni pizza. And here’s to best part. I have always paid for extra toppings. And paid dearly for it. And I also tip the driver on top of the delivery fee too. But todays someone finally listens to the customer. Me. Thanks again I will not be buying anymore pizza from no where else near me. Just like the commercial says. Nobody out pizzas the hut. Thanks again to the manager on duty
