Pizza was good! When I arrived, 2 employees were behind the cash registers having a full on conversation and totally ignored me. After about 5 min, they said, "Can I help you..."
Apparently they don't deliver, but tell me that they are unable to change their status online to pickup only. After almost 2 hours off watching online that my pizza was still cooking. I finally got someone on the phone and was told this. They had my phone number but never called me to let me know. I was told that they were waiting for someone from GrubHub to pickup the order! Went and got my pizza, of course it was cold.
The manager (female but didn’t get her name - probably April mentioned in other reviews) forgot to make my wings. (2 orders along with pizza and melt). Cashier offered all of my order but the wings. She apologized and ran to make them. She made one set. Once she realized her mistake, she asked the manager to make another six to complete my order. An hour later, I am still waiting. After I saw the manager put three wing orders into a delivery bag, I asked where my wings were. When I mentioned I wanted a full refund and all of my food, the manager ran to the back to hide knowing she is the only person who could give a refund.
I tried calling 12 different times. The 13th time I walked into the store with my phone ringing asking why they was not answering the phone. The whole time there was 4 works standing around talking. I then asked to speak to the manager and he came up with an attitude and said they are busy, but when I pulled up all but 1 was outside including the manager. There was also 2 people the managers brother his girlfriend in the kitchen who the manager himself said did not work there. I would like a return response please.

Ordered pizza from Franklinton, LA and it was the best pizza ever! My 5 and 6 year old grands even said the best ever!!
