Pizza Hut

The lady who helped me pick up my pizza was very very kind! However the pizza was the worst I’ve had in a long time. Not too long ago my husband and I ordered the Big New Yorker- it was incredible- a delicious hot cheese pulling experience. Today on my birthday, I wanted to experience that again. Picking up the box from the store it even felt hot and freshly prepared- it wasn’t. When we got home we noticed how dry everything looked- not a piece of it was hot or even warm. The pepperoni flaked to a crisp upon touching it- no grease in sight- and NO EXTRA CHEESE and the cheese that was on there was RUBBER- (extra cheese which I was charged for). It seems like they just had this pizza sitting there from 5 hours ago and decided to push it on the birthday girl. Went from a 5 star experience to a 2. Only because the employee helping me at the store was very kind!! I will never order here again.

We came in for a late night pizza and some pasta on October 29th. The young lady working the front was absolutely the nicest person! She was very helpful and had even called us to ask our preference on our order. Over all, a lovely experience!

They're usually great when they manage 2 deliver exactly what it is that u actually ordered in the 1st place 🤨🤦‍♀️😓 If I had wanted a brownie, then I would have ordered 1 in the 1st place 🤷‍♀️🙅‍♀️🙇‍♀️ It was way 2 sweet, & now I am sad I had been looking 4ward 2 getting 2 have a chocolate chip cookie all week 2 😡😤😖😭🙇‍♀️💯

When I first ordered my four pizzas off the app, the app indicated that the pizzas would be ready in 15 minutes. I actually did not get to the shop until 30 minutes after placing the order because of heavy traffic, and when I got there, my order was only partially complete (did they give away one of my other pizzas?). As a result, while my three pizzas waited in the heater, the crew began my last pizza. The crew was very apologetic and told me that they were short on staff, but even that did not make sense because my other 3 pizzas were done and other orders were going out as I stood there. They should have at least comp'd me with something - very disappointed.

The person taking my order did not help much. I paid $14 for a one topping med pizza and $7.99 for a large pizza!! He did not say a word about the difference!! Poor customer service! We won't be back for sure! 😡
