BETTER OFF BUYING FROZEN PIZZA. AND PROBABLY FASTER TOO.
First time my family ate here it was empty. However, we still needed to wait 1 hour and 1/2 for 2 pizzas. Server wasn’t the greatest. The pizza was hot. Just thought they might be short staffed and wanted to give them another shot.
Tried again, 2 months later. During the lunch buffet, it was a full house. The pizzas were paper thin, not at all Pizza Hut consistency. There was no variety, total of about 6 pizzas. 4 of the 6 was sausage and pepperoni. IT WAS ALL COLD AND NASTY. Took 3 bites and couldn’t eat anymore. My son who LOVES cheese pizza, said it was hard and he didn’t like it. My other child was eating the bread sticks were hard as rock, so crumbly—that when he took a bite the dust from the bread stick, flew into his lungs and made him cough.
We had gotten there right after a lunch rush and hadn't had time to restock the buffet. The pizza was OK. The best thing on the buffet was the cinnamon dessert pizza. The food was ok over all and could gve better ratings possibly if we had of made it while everything was fresh. Will try again one day and will go from there.
There was a mix-up with my order one time, and it took a long time. They made it right the next time & gave me the exact order for free. The food has always been great. I will definitely be going back.
Slow slow slow…. Expect to wait 45mins to 1 hour for your pizza after ordering, But when you get it, the pizza is really good. In the late afternoon, Bring sunglasses or a very wide brimmed hat because the sunlight streaming in the windows pierces your spirit deep into your soul. I’ll be back but only around noon when the sun is overhead, and I’ve heard there is a buffet so no waiting.
I was short on time, as I was working on a big project on my property. I stopped to grab a pizza. We stood at the please wait to be seated for an extended period of time then received our drinks. 30 minutes later the server gave us the bill and scooted off before I could tell her we never got our pizza. My wife tried to talk to another server who got rude to my wife. 40 minutes into the experience, our server tells us our pizza just got put in the oven. I told her this is not OK. She said she is not the cook. And they had lots of orders to fill. I had to go to subway
