Pizza Hut

Waiting 1.5 hours for delivery. Finally went and picked it up self. Still charged me the delivery fee and tip. Pasta tasted freezer burnt. 1 person total working, They should have closed! 8.2.2023 ordered at approx 6:30pm.

Exactly as ordered. Friendly associates. Was ready when I got there.

I like places that I can order online and pay cash when I go pick it up. I don't recommend the boneless "wings". They were soggy and the sauce looked like it was applied by a monkey. The pizza was excellent as always and the staff was very helpful and friendly, they just need to work on their food prep skills.

Food tasted sour and price was very high over $40.00 for a pizza and cheese sticks. I also didn't have the option for deep dish. Very disappointed Pizza Hut is going downhill in my opinion.

The app is not up to date. Ordered pizza that was on app and store did not have ingredients. I ordered 11 pizzas, they called to tell me they would replace the pizza with another flavor. I went to pick them up and only 10 pizzas were made. They decided to short the order. I had to wait another 20 minutes on top of the 15 minutes they were late with the 10. Staff was super nice. I just had a bad app experience.
