Ordered $60 worth of food (6 pizzas and bread sticks) for my daughter's bday party as Pizza Hut is her favorite. 4 pizzas were VERY burnt and inedible. Called in, got an apology and took a minute but relayed which 4 needed to be remade. 1.5 hrs later 3 pizzas arrive...wrong order was delivered. Told I would get a refund. Called next day and goes straight to voicemail regardless of the 4 times I call even at 3pm. Call the following day and ask for a manager, she says she is one and will refund my order. I waited on hold for 25 mins and she never came back. Go to any other pizza hut but this one. The one by 465 and Emerson is WAY better and better customer service.

Order of them. He said he couldn’t get into his computer to give me the $3 change so I told him to keep it. I wish I would’ve known that these were raw before I got home. Absolutely disgusting. Not even edible.
I placed order at the location 12/13/23. After placing my order online thru Pizza Hut app, I was told pizza will be ready in 20 minutes. I planned accordingly to the app eta. I arrived at Pizza Hut on time. App asked to acknowledge by click on I am here tab to confirm i am at store. I waited another 10 minutes then I walked into the store for update. I noticed when I walked inside the employee was on her phone and didn’t notice me for 5 minutes. After she noticed me she asked me to sign the receipt and asked me to wait 5 minutes for my cheese sticks. I waited in my car for another 25 minutes no one came out with my pizza. I went back inside again to get update. I waited again another 3 minutes before someone greeted me. He gave me my order, I opened the box and noticed my cheese sticks were not diced into sticks. I touched a small corner of the cheese sticks to confirm this. When I asked the employee to please dice the sticks, his response was sorry I can’t because you touched the food. I was confused, you must be like what is there to be confused about, I asked the employee I don’t see you having a glove on when you put my pizza in the warmer thing. I don’t see you having a hair net or gloves on while you are handling my order or any other order you have been making. He didn’t have any reply for me. all he did was stare at me the whole time. He refused to give any solution to this. I am very very disappointed with this Pizza Hut branch. This is the only branch near me. If this is the kind of service I am expecting from Pizza Hut. I will never go back to this place ever. I would like my money back. I have already called customer service number to file this complaint. I haven’t heard anything from anyone so far.

Haven’t eaten at a Pizza Hut in a long time and will never again be ordering…breadsticks came in a bag old and nasty. Only reason didn’t take back was because my kids were hungry. Pizza was just terrible I’ve had frozen pizzas that were by far better…..over fifty dollars later…
