I'm not the only one and this has got to stop BRITTANY the manager does not show you respect when they mess up on a 40$ order. Very sarcastic and nonchalant, and when I did manage to get some help from another Pizza Hut and talk to REGIONAL MANAGER it was the same demeanor. I recommend anybody that has a problem with any one of these two to do what I am about to do, can I contact with their bosses above them or corporate, because I have spent hundreds of dollars with Pizza Hut for years and have proof, and I should not be disrespected , and to treat myself who has a disability and who loves Pizza Hut is not right,.They need to be reprimanded.
I spent a total of $100 in about a weeks
or two time. The first time the driver getting mad and almost a physical altercation happened, because I did not have enough tip money to give him (or what he thought he deserved.) I called the manager thinking she would at least have some decent customer service skills and be mature, but that was very wrong she was young did not care about the situation (laughing) & actually hung up on me. After calling multiple stores to get in contact with the regional manager, talking with her did not really seem to care or was going to do anything about employee who threaten me almost getting into a physical altercation.
WORST business I have ever spent a penny on. The manager is incredibly rude and STOLE MY MONEY. Delivery was 2 hours late, and when we called, they said they couldn't do anything about it. My total was $34 and I only got a $20 credit to the store. The manager blamed us for not calling back with the refund AFTER her employee told us it was already processing the refund. The manager is very unprofessional and does not know how to run this business.
Two stars for canceling my order for me, we will see if I get refunded my money. None of their coupons specific to their store applied upon payment. Noticed missing items on digital receipt and called to get the situation resolved to be told canceling my order is the resolution.
Do not eat in here. Order delivery. We called ahead to make sure that we could eat in. When we arrived to eat in, they seemed annoyed. As we ordered, it couldn’t have been more clear that they did not *want* us to eat in, even though they had eat in. The drink machine was broken. When our food was brought out to the table, the associate was weirdly rude. When we asked for plates, it was a huge hassle. The pizza and wings were delicious, but the staff couldn’t have been less welcoming. Even the pick up customers were treated with exasperation. Just order online.
