Upon arriving to pick up pizza at driver up window there was a car in front of me. After 10 minutes sitting there this driver turned its ignition and its lights off. After another 30 minutes (!!!) I called the store phone number and whoever answered told me they were getting to us as quickly as possible (!!!?) And would be with us as soon as they could. Then it took another 15 minutes before the car in front of us drive away with their pizza. So this was nearly 1 hour in line! What's the point point in returning here when I've given them multiple chances to serve us properly?
Imagine yourself the person reading this waiting an hour to pick up pizza and when we have guests at home waiting upon our return. What would you do? I've already paid for the pizza and have no choice but to wait.
I placed my order for a pickup time @ 5:55. Showed up at 5:50. I waited in the pickup line 25 mins behind one other car. They finally got their order and I pulled up. Waited some more after which finally someone came to the window and handed me four medium pizzas. I told him I had one large, two medium and two bread sticks. Told him to hang on while I check. He left. Sure enough, I had two pizzas of someone else. Waited a whole lot more and someone else showed up. She had just come in because of the mess ups. She said they burned the pizza and bread sticks. Said it'd be 15 mins to remake. I went around and waited 15 mins in the lot. Came back to the line. After 20 more minutes the line hadn't moved at all so I walked in instead. After further waiting there, I was told the pizza was ready but the bread sticks were just now put in the oven. I told them to never mind. Finally got my order at 7! One hour and ten minutes wasted at this pizza hut. She said she'd give me $15 for the two bread sticks, which doesn't even cover the cost and I don't even see a credit. Worst experience ever.
When I placed my order online it was fairly easy. I did the drive thru option because I was on my lunch break. I pulled up to the drive thru the place looked abandoned. I thought I was at the wrong Pizza Hut for a minute. When someone finally came to speak with me she looked confused and asked me what my order was as if I never placed an order. As if it wasn’t there on the computer. It took about 15 minutes because she informed me that they’re putting it in the oven. After that I asked for pepper and parmesan cheese she said it’ll cost…wow!! Here’s what my pizza looks like after all of that. It literally looks like someone played in it. I was so disgusted I wanted a refund no one answered the call. I called about 10 times. I’ll never come back to this place again. And I would still like my refund
The pizza was fine, but the delivery driver didn’t have the drink I ordered and said I still had to pay him for it and call the store to get my money back, even though I’m paying cash. I called right after he left and nobody answered the phone. So the driver got a tip based upon a product I didn’t receive and Pizza Hut got paid for a product they didn’t sell me, and apparently there’s nothing that can be done about it. So someone can contact me about getting my money back or this will be my last visit. I’m betting I don’t get refunded though.
Had to order online to get discounts. Online was difficult to navigate, so had to call instore to have them explain it. Drove to two different stores to get the discounts. Wasn't really worth it 😕.
