Pizza Hut

Came in for a pick up order and when I arrived home my family had noticed the drink was missing. I called them over the phone to refund the charge or to have it delivered. I was on hold for 5 minutes before I drove back. When I arrived back at Pizza Hut I was still on hold. When I asked if I could get an extra drink for my time and lost food quality since I would arrive home to cold food they said no can do. Overall I would say if this is your nearest Pizza Hut head to the next one it’ll save you more time

Pizza arrived really fast, was super hot, perfectly prepared and they actually included the extra cheese I paid for...really rare these days. 2 pieces filled me up. Best Pizza experience I've had in a long time. I guess it's true... no one out pizzas the Hut.

Shuron at this location was extremely unprofessional, disrespectful with zero hospitality. Placed an order a hour in advanced. Upon arrival she advised my pizza was not at this location. When I asked her to double check she became hostile. After arguing back and fourth my pizza was sitting in the warmer. Tried calling Leslie to complain and waited on hold over and hour with no success.

Horrible customer service no one calls you back and when someone does answer they keep transferring you to voicemail. If I visit again I’ll never order from Pizza Hut in Denver, they sent me the wrong order then I couldn’t get through anymore now I have food I can’t even eat… thanks

To whomever helped me on the phone Sunday the 9th in the morning you are awesome wish I caught your name. Really great customer service and the unexpected handwritten note in the box was so nice. Thank you again. Also food was good and delivery was smooth in our crazy apartment complex.
