Pizza Hut

We got a late night pizza order tonight and already felt bad because it's a couple days before the holiday. We were lucky enough to have Ried as our delivery driver and we couldn't be happier. The food was fast, hot, fresh, and delicious. Ried was sweet as can be and very professional. Thank you Pizza Hut we will absolutely order again!

I had to give a star to do a review; otherwise it would be 0 stars. I ordered pizza through the app. My husband wanted a Detroit pizza. They delivered it...WITH NO SAUCE. My husband called and very politely (I'm the a$$hole) let them know. The girl on the phone put him on hold and when she came back, she told him that they were out of the Detroit sauce. He asked her why they delivered the pizza with no sauce instead of having the decency to call and ask if he still wanted it. She said, "I don't know. I'm sorry about that ". She offered to make another and asked if he would like marinara instead, and he told her that was fine and thanked her. 45 minutes later, his new "Detroit" pizza showed up and they literally put a dab of sauce per square. I will NOT be ordering from this restaurant ever again. This is childish and rude. I cannot believe that management allows such behavior to take place. So disappointing.

I've always enjoyed Pizza Hut. It may be a carry out chain now, but it's still good food. It was warm and ready very fast. The employees were also very kind and nice, whether fake or not doesn't matter, I haven't had good customer service at a major food chain in a long time. It was very pleasant.

Pizza was delivered about the time I requested. All of them were hot and tasted really good! I asked for them to be cooked for an extra amount of time, but it didn't seem like they were? That would be my only complaint - otherwise great delivery time, quality ingredients, freshly baked and hot! This location has vastly improved on all those things!

When I place my order I meant to set the time for later but I didn't. I got ahold of the store and even though the driver was already out to deliver the lady that helped me was super nice and corrected it for me. She was rude and didn't sound frustrated (as I would have). This is the customer service I wish I could find everywhere.
