Pizza Hut

I was disappointed with my food / price of food. I felt my pizza was way overpriced and I thought I had extra items in my order that I had apparently not officially added to my cart. (That was totally my bad) but I would have never paid what I did for one pizza knowing that's all I was getting. The store however was very helpful and everyone I talked to was awesome. Helped me with everything I needed. Great customer service and much appreciated. I didn't catch their names unfortunately, but super big kudos to the employees that helped me out tonight! Also, still hope my delivery driver got their tip. Recommend this location for delivery, just pay attention to your cart before check out.

Mr. Curtis at the Barnes, location Pizza Hut. Had very much so good customer service. I ordered a pizza and it came back to me wrong, but he was able to make it right and have them send out the right pizza that night. Thank you so much. Mr Curtis for being as awesome as you are. I was starving and forgot to take a picture before we ate. We normally order the big new yorker which is good. We ordered wings this time (buffalo burnin hot ). They were not hot at all. They either gave the wrong order of wings or Spicy is not Spicy. We ordered delivery this time, which gets pricy after you add the delivery charge and tip. We paid over $90 when said and done for 2 pizzas and wings, not sure if it's really worth it. Oven pizza taste just as good.

I’ve ordering via delivery and pickup from this location for almost a decade. Tonight was the last straw, whatever I have to do I’ll get pizza elsewhere. There are pizza huts that care about the customer and I’d rather travel at this point then have convenience because it’s always wrong or messed up or cold and we typically use them in a pinch but I’d rather pour a bowl of cereal for the family or go anywhere else than give my business to them again.

Pizza is just like ever other Pizza Hut what makes this place a piazza chain I will come back to is, the personnel that work there make this Pizza Hut stand out and not in a bad way ether. They took care of my order when there was a mistake not to sure where it came from but. Bottom line it was all taken care of.
