Pizza Hut

We have not been inside Pizza Hut for many many years. Decided to have a salad bar. They now offering all you can eat buffet. It's back!! They had a nice buffet, all the booths have been removed. But had tables. Allowed more room. The lady welcomed us inside. Very friendly. Very ready to get drinks. I like entertaining a eating place where the employees are cheerful & ready to serve their customers. I recommend Pizza Hut in Ozark, Arkansas for your next meal.

Wings were good. Waiter wasn't paying attention and brought out two orders of wings. They didn't charge us for it. Waited for an hour for our pizza to come out.

We have been using another pizza place for the last 15 years. The pizza far exceeded the quality of pizza hut's exact same pie. Pizza Hut's tomato in the sauce was sour and bitter, a sign that the tomatoes were not ripe when processed, they were green and lacked enough natural sugar to take the acidity down to a digestible, mild level. The crust (deep dish) was hardly "deep", but the flavor was good. The Italian sausage, green pepper and mushrooms were fine. The worst part of our experience was that we ordered it online for delivery to our home. We made sure we were ordering from the right store, and put our delivery address on the order. The pie and wings were delivered to another state. When I caught the error, I got a weak apology and no refund. I was just told to order them over the phone from our local store, which we did for another $57.00. Terrible customer service! Pizza Hut owes me $57.00!

Hard working people, the guy cutting Pizza should get paid double. He was working so hard. Please don't forget to tip, they really appreciate it and deserve it. They are always busy. Great job. Thanks for taking care of Ozark.

Food seems to always be enjoyable from this location! Never really had any problems with food being wrong or late. Might as well go ahead and order a pizza if your already here in the reviews!
