We went to get our knives sharpened. Highly recommend the knife sharpening here! Every employee was super nice and friendly, and it was nice to see people enjoying their jobs. The check out lady even gave us a discount for a promotion they were running that we didn’t know about. That type of service guarantees our repeat business.

This is a very well stocked local hardware store. Much more convenient than hunting through miles of Home Depot. Staff were very easy to find for assistance. They have a little of everything you need from landscaping to plumbing repair. Good selection of tools and renovation type hardware.

Looking at the price match policy no where do I see that I need photographic evidence of the item at a competitor. I came in after seeing a multimeter in stock at Home Depot. It was the same item as in stock at Ace with an almost 10 dollar difference. I was told to leave and bring back a picture and their website wasn't good enough. So I left the tool with cashier with a smug attitude that smiled at me as he informed me to go take the picture of the multimeter and bought it at Home Depot.

Always excellent! I am so glad we have this smaller local shop to run into when I’m doing a project. I have no idea how they can always have what I need no matter how random of an item. It’s also clean and organized and there are so many people to help and all of them are experts! Everything from my car remote battery being changed to a specific spree paint primer and I’ve been 100% happy with their recommendations. Salt for the water softener is a breeze here and they’ve helped me many times with getting it into my car. Make sure you sign up for the mailing list because you get excellent coupons. I have been to this location many times at this point so have had the opportunity to check out most of the departments. They do have a bit of everything within reason for a smaller hardware store. Good for the last minute needs or the oops I forgot something at one of the warehouse stores. The one section I was disappointed with was sprinklers. Selection is very limited however they do have many of the plumping type parts and a full compliment of PVC plumbing fittings. The paint department also had what I needed although I was not able to get the 9ft tape film I was looking for but all in all I have been able to grab most of the things I have needed. They also have a small number of power tools, drill bits, saw blades, etc. Not to be left out, the nuts, bolts and screws section is fairly large although you won't find the specialty items found at one of the big box stores. I will say it has been hit and miss with staff. Not that anyone is not friendly or helpful when available but there have been a number of times where help is tough to come by. All in all they do come in handy and are close by so worth stopping in.
