I came to oxxo on 10/14/2023 1:40 p.m. I request a withdrawal with a debit card and the System does not give me the money, it only makes a charge of 317 pesos to my account, be careful with charges with a Debit card from this branch, because they simply wash their hands and tell you to dial call 800 for a resolution!!!

Terrible service and the way they serve seems like the person serving is doing the manager a favor, very long line and their machine doesn't work, they just twist their face and mockingly just say my machine doesn't work. At least ask for help or put an ad that doesn't work. there is service and so you don't waste time

The 2 people that I had to take care of me, super friendly and humane. They help people and look out for the good of the community.

Too many people in line to pay and only one till.
