Hooters

When we arrived two waitresses acted like they didn’t want to wait on our party. Group of 8 and we ordered appetizers and entrees and each had our drinks refilled once and all drinks were empty for most of the time there. Never asked how our orders were or they turned out ok but wanted us to help her win a contest by buying deserts for the table. Overall service was 2/10. Service 2/10, portions 2/10 and taste 2/10. Will definitely choose other places in Fort Smith to eat at.

We had a party of 8 and service was SLOW. They weren’t crazy busy yet our drinks were empty pretty much the whole time. Our server never cleared our plates. Now the food: the burgers had no seasoning and the wings, the honey siracha sauces was SO good but the wings themselves, I’ve never seen them so small. Just seemed really chintzy for what we were paying for them. I’ve never been to the fort smith location but overall it was pretty underwhelming and kind of a waste of money.

I had the chili cheese fries and 10 naked wings medium sauce with ranch and my son had 16 boneless bbq wings and curly fries. They gave him a free cup for ordering over 16 wings. Prices are very high. But it was a good time with my son. He enjoyed the view. 🤣💯 I do wish they had old pictures up of Hooter Girls and celebrities.

Don’t believe the hype, this place sucked, waiters rushing to leave early, the close your tab so I can go home type. I’m visiting town, thought I try it after many years of not, the buffalo shrimp was def the worst I’ve had. I remember the batter being a lot better, the shrimp here was crumbly and soggy. Everyone pretty much hanging out, place is always dead. There’s a reason for that management 😉, the place down the block was better.

It's a very nice Hooters. Kinda hard to get in and out of but it is what it is. The food is a little below what I call Hooters quality, compared to others I have been to (about 20). Service is always the issue here. I have eaten here about 10 times over the last few years and the service is always very below average. I have been in by myself, with family and with friends. Just slow, inattentive service.
