Hooters

I stopped in for a late lunch Tuesday afternoon and was quite impressed. My server was Danielle and she was amazing! She greeted me right away and got my appetizer order in quickly, plus had my drink out right away. In between taking care of her other guests, she made sure to check back frequently and actually have a conversation with me. Once she took my entree order, my fried pickles appetizer was dropped off. As for the food, the pickles were hot, fresh and delicious! My BBQ bacon cheddar double cheeseburger was delivered right off the grill and tasted awesome! The tater tots as a side also hit the spot. For dessert, I highly recommend the chocolate cake. It's very rich but worth every calorie! 😋 All in all, it was a great meal accompanied by some extraordinary service from Danielle! I highly recommend this Hooters location and I will be back because of today's experience!

I always have a great experience at Hooters!!! Been going to Hooters for over 30 years and I love the food and the atmosphere for the most part!!! Yes you I had with this place which has happened to me at several other locations is when I got there I loaded about twenty dollars in the jukebox and in my first song they shut it off so they could do what was called song go sort of like bingo!!! Another time a different Hooters I loaded the jukebox up and they shut the sound off so they can play the game through the speakers that people wanted to watch!!! That's fine if they want to do that stuff at least warn people or shut the jukebox off so people don't lose money in there after they load it!!!! I ended up leaving which I was planning on staying there for a couple hours but I left after about an hour!!!

Overall good food and usually good atmosphere. When first arrived, we waiting for seating, one short girl with a really bad attitude who definitely gave the impression she didn't want to be there, glared at us and then just stated "it'll be a mintue" and went back to what she was doing. The rest of the girls were nice and friendly. Like any other time we've gone, no manager seen anywhere.

We went to Hooters with our boys football team after our weighing for The Battle of Rocky Top, hoping to have a good time and enjoy some wings, but I was very disappointed by the service and the attitude of the waitress assigned to a table of our boys. Our waitress was rude and disrespectful, she ignored our orders and made snarky comments tothe boy. She also refused to split the bill and charged us extra for things we didn’t order or receive. She was the worst waitress I have ever encountered in my life. The only reason I’m giving this place one star is because some of the other waitresses were nice and helpful. They apologized and tried to fix the situation. They were the only ones who made our visit somewhat bearable.
