Hooters

I came to hooters because I was craving fried pickles, they are so yummy here. I had the Baja shrimp tacos also very good and very filling. The sweet tea was extremely sweet but not a big deal, I added water to it and it was fine. I’ll be back the next time I am craving fried pickles!

my bartender olivia was so amazing and so attentive and she made the best green tea shot i’ve ever had. would 10/10 recommend and i will most definitely be back.

If I could give it no stars I would. Worst atmosphere by far. The waitress suck. No one greets you when you go in. The food is gross. We got a long hair in our wings. The manager never came to apologize or ask if we wanted anything else. The manager did come and tell us we had gone over our drink limit and could no longer drink. When she found out that we were the ones with the hair in our food. She was like oh really I was wondering who had the hair in the food. Lady! There’s like three people in the whole restaurant. It’s sad how bad hooters just went down. That use to be the best spot ever!

Yesterday, Thursday I had an absolutely super amazing evening at Hooters Kirby, kudos to Estefania “Stephanie” who was very attentive, cordial, amicable, and delivered remarkable impressive service.  Stephanie was a Super Star, who definitely raised the Bar of Excellent Customer Service. My adult beverage cocktails and food were very good that met my expectations. The atmosphere, sporting events on multiple monitors, and the entire Hooters staff were all cohesive in the delivery of my highly pleasing evening night out.  I recommend Hooters for a delightful superb enjoyable night out. Visit Stephanie at the Bar for a delightful, amazing, extraordinary, and unforgettable night out, you will love her personality, smile, and Five Star Customer Service.  Thank you Stephanie, you’re the Best, I will see you soon and on Monday for an exciting evening to watch the College football National Finals between Michigan Wolverines vs the Washington Huskies! Worst dining experience ever. I should have figured when I walked in and saw almost every table open and the manager sitting at the bar that my service would be subpar. Waitress seemed like she'd rather be anywhere but in this place, and it was like pulling teeth to get her attention. 2 ppl in my party, and the tabs were completely messed up. Closed out and went across the street. Far better service and general atmosphere. No wonder the competition is full, and you guys aren't. You'd be better off getting to go order or just going across the street. Upper management should really take a look at how this facility is being ran or lack there of.
